K. F.I don’t tend to leave many reviews but felt that I had to comment on the excellent customer service provided by Lenstore. I have used the delivery service for my contact lenses and can honestly say, that the service provided is professional and swift. They always make sure that the customer experience provided has been the best it can be. I recently placed a reorder and mistakenly gave the wrong prescription. When I realised my mistake and requested that the order be amended, I was politely told it had already been processed and dispatched. However if I wished to return the package unopened, I was perfectly able to exchange or get a full refund. Keeley in support was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Well done Lenstore! I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you

A. R.I always have good experience with them. One of my orders never came before, I contacted customer service and they immediately ship replacement for me. They ship really quick too, usually after a few hours or at least 1 day after I placed my order, I’ll get shipping notification.
I ordered from North America so it’s understandable it takes awhile to get here (approximately 7-14 days after they ship, so please order early before you running out of your daily lens) but for very reasonable contact lens and shipping prices, I am very happy and satisfied.

Unpacked the box and realised that I've ordered -3.75 instead -3.25 🤦🏼♀️
Contacted them immediately - just 1 question asked if I've opened the box of contacts. That's it!
The return email sent, left a note inside to exchange.
Few days later contacted them again as I've haven't heard anything and only 2 pairs left to use, so felt very desperate.
Got an apology that they're backlogged with returns and the consultant processed the exchange immediately.
Should be receiving them tomorrow!
Honestly, it's the best service I've received in years!

I have been happy with the quality of lenses I’ve ordered and they seem to be quick to react to customer issues. I had some broken lenses delivered but that was resolved in a day. So well done for that. Also when I had friend visiting and she needed some lenses lenstore contacted me first to ensure that it wasn’t ordered by mistake coz it was different prescription to my usual order. So overall I’m my experience that are quick to respond and deal with customers.

I've moved house several times and even though I always select standard delivery, they're at my door the next day! W.First class service, would give 5stars, how ever Having worn contact lenses for over 36 years and wearing a top brand Bosh And Lomb, I have never had any problems, how ever since wearing same brand from Lenstore I have had nothing but problems with the right eye, developed an infection resulting in not able to wear contacts in the right eye. Very uncomfortable after only wearing for only 4 hours.

S.(Translated) I've had really good experiences in Germany. The contact lenses have been great so far and my (brand) contact lenses have also matched the information. They also came very quickly. I haven't had any complaints so far and can't say anything about them. Just a bit of a shame the group is extremely tax avoidant with a head office in St Guernsey. That gives a star deduction.

Ich habe in Deutschland wirklich gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Kontaktlinsen sind bisher top und auch meine (Marken-) Kontaktlinsen haben mit den Angaben übereingestimmt. Sie kamen auch sehr schnell. Ich hatte bisher keine Reklamationen und kann nichts dazu sagen. Nur ein bisschen Schade, dass der Konzern extrem Steuern vermeidet mit einen Hauptsitz im St Guernsey. Das gibt einen Sternabzug.
