Purchased wood stain from Morrells for the 1st time, and I must say this is some of the best service I have experienced. Wayne was an absolute delight to deal with, timely, polite and a true professional in making sure that the stain was correct. Wayne kept me up to date and this unique stain arrived in 3 days from point of sale! Thank you to Wayne and his team, will certainly be purchasing from this branch again! Excellent service and highly recommended if you are a looking for s stain that is not off the shelf and require a true match to your existing floor/ furniture.

I have only recently begun using Morrells products and have been working with the South London branch in Bermondsey which happens to be managed by Wayne. Wayne was my initial contact point at the company and he did a good job of welcoming me in, the first couple of times I telephoned he took time to explain what Morrells could do for my company and what I should expect, in the background I could hear the phone going but he continued to be patient, I know he is on his own at the branch and that is something that the head office should rectify. The first order I made was to be delivered direct to a site I was working at, on that day there was some muddle with the delivery vans and the order didn't arrive until 7 pm. I believe that I had told Wayne that I work late and he made sure that the delivery came although it was probably after the driver's offical hours. That sort of thing goes a long way in my business and I am grateful and will lead to repeat business, Robert. I would like to add here, because I cannot leave a specific review for the technical department, that as a new customer I have been using Morrell's technical department at their head office and in particularly the assistance of Harry Dixon. Harry has helped me greatly with my current project even though I have probably been on the phone too long, he has been patient and has answered technical questions I have even though as a beginner with Morrells products the questions may not be the most informed. Just speaking with Harry has expanded my knowledge of site spraying and I am very grateful for his help. Many thanks, Robert

Being in the Fine and Industrial finishing market for many years, Morrells has always been my Industry standard, go too, provider. The knowledge and experience the guys have at the Bermondsey branch, means keeping me as a client up to date with all the industry products as well as incorporating new and contemporary techniques in finishing. If you have any sort of problem within their field, they will go above and beyond to find a solution for you. I have tried many suppliers and none come anywhere near to what Morrells Bermondsey offer. Keep up the fantastic work!
