Warm and friendly also amazingly helpful for advice for pet owners. My lil ones (dogs) go to Peefer to get groomed and they love it and the grooming is fantastic quality. Whenever I take my lil ones to the store whenever we’re 30 yards away they start to get excited.

Peefer is more than just a great pet shop. The level of service is extremely high. The advice of nutrition, lifestyle and general well-being for our dog has been so valuable. The grooming team is also worth a mention, we have never had a bad experience, it takes skill and patience to deliver a good dog groom. Thank you, Peefer - keep up the good work.

Peefer is the best! We’ve only had positive experiences with Denise and all her employees! They always accommodate our doodle, Oliver, and have always been pleased with their services! On the rare occasion if I felt Oliver’s groom needed a bit more taken off, Denise and staff were willing to resolve the matter immediately! Proud to be a longtime customer of Peefer, because this shop demonstrates community which is what I look for when shopping local!

I just wanted to share my great experience I had today - and I wasn’t going to post any review but seeing all the 1 star anti-maskers I felt I ought too. I was already pretty nervous considering Benjis first groom was actually quite a rubbish experience at another groomer - they weren’t particularly interested in the dog. All dog owners want their dogs to be greeted with kindness and excitement since you are leaving your dog with technically strangers….this was exactly the case today, both lovely ladies were so kind and asking me how I would like Benji groomed, gave treats to calm him and were overly helpful and warm. Benjis groom is fantastic, he seemed very happy coming out which wasn’t the case last time. I think it’s also really well priced considering the quality of the groom and it was so thorough. The selection of everything in store is also great and I couldn’t recommend this place more. Grateful it’s there when I need it!!! Thanks guys

I absolutely love Peefer. The staff gave me so much useful advice before I got my little puppy. Since then, my pup Olivers been pampered and spoilt by the staff. He always comes out looking like a model after each and every groom session. He loves Peefer so much that he drags us into the store as he's that excited to say hello to everyone. 😂

Denise and all her staff are great. They are always happy to accommodate when my cat Emmy needs her nails clipped. They are so friendly and very professional. Cannot fault them for excellent service. I would happily recommend Peefer to anyone who has a pet.

Another brilliant groom for my Wheaten Terrier, done just as we requested, along with a laser teeth clean, and one happy dog when collected. The shop is very well stocked with doggy accessories, frozen food, and a good range of training treats and supplementary food items. The team are friendly and knowledgable.

Peefer is not only an amazing pet shop but for me the team have helped build a lovely community for pet owners in Ealing. As a first time dog owner, they have provided some great advice in addition to connecting me with other puppy owners in the area. The shop itself has a great selection of quality products from pet toys, food, treats, accessories etc. My dog also gets groomed there regularly & he absolutely loves all the staff! Whenever we walk pass the shop my dog always tries redirect me in which speaks words for how much he loves it there! I find it quite upsetting how people go out there way to attack a small independent business. TFL, British Airways and many other large companies are asking people to wear masks still so this is not uncommon. They have masks if you have forgotten one and their policy is communicated very clearly on the front door. We all respect those who are exempt however we should learn to respect those who need this protection too. There is no need for unnecessary abuse. In a world where you can be anything, be kind.

Our dogs love Peefer - in fact it's their favourite shop ever! The team are fantastic and friendly and are always so generous with their time and advice whether that's on diet, fitting of harnesses, grooming, health, toys or even flavours of doggy ice cream! We love to visit and it's sometimes difficult to get our little pup to leave. We appreciate the care that the team take with our health too. Covid hasn't gone away and we all need to play our part.

Such great service. The workers and the owner really took interest in my cat and what it is I needed. I chose a nice little cat tree, which they assembled and delivered for me same day. Amazing service, and I will be coming back for all my feline needs. I would also like to say how much of a shame it is that anti-maskers have decided to bombard this small business with such shameful views. If you click on most of these 1 star reviews, you will find that they have alias names and that most of them do not even live in London; they are bombarding the reviews in an attempt to push their wacky political agenda and should be ignored, because their reviews do not reflect the service that I and so many others have received. Thanks again Peefer and staff for such a lovely experience.

The only place Milo doesn't mind having his claws cut! Very grateful that this is one of the few stores in Ealing that require a face mask upon entry. Not enough places are making it mandatory! The staff are so lovely and helpful, as well as very patient even when I'm spending 40 minutes trying to decide on what to get! Knowledgeable, friendly and above all else wonderful with Milo. Can't recommend them more!!!

The team at Peefer are amazing with all their human and animal customers. They give wonderful advice on exactly what’s best, have fitted harnesses that otherwise wouldn’t have been right if I’d bought off the internet and are always welcoming. Their grooms are immaculate and they take time to do what is asked for, and more. They are taking a firm line on mask wearing to keep the team and customers safe and I know they hate having to ask customers who don’t comply to leave but it’s their right to enforce, especially in a small space.

Brilliant top end pet store. They have all the things I need for my cat. I have been in a few times and bought gorgeous collars for my little baby. The staff are very understanding and helpful. I hope they continue to stock new products for cats - especially collars and the like. I will definitely be popping in again.

We have been taking our extremely large German Shepherd to Peefer for over two years now. Every time we pick him up he looks far better groomed than we could ever manage! On top of that, the staff are extremely kind and friendly, and they have a ton of pet food, treats and accessories that I’m pretty sure we couldn’t get anywhere else! Our dog especially loves the dog friendly ice cream that they stock!

Peefer is a great place to come to if you want to spoil your cat and dog. Peefer has a great variety of quality products. Every time I buy my dogs a bone or a treat from here they absolutely it. Could not complain at all! The best groomers I have been to owning a cat. Its so difficult to find the right groomers for a cat, as its such a difficult job.... but Peefer have yet again pleased me. My cat lumi looks beautiful! Great staff!! So friendly and they really listen to what you want! Recommend them 100%%!!!

I was completely astonished by the knowledge of the staff. One of the girls name was Georgia. She helped me with choosing RAW food for my dog. I also had a chance to meet The Owner. She gave me incredible advices about keeping my dog healthy and happy. As well, had a great chat! The shop itself looks cozy and warm, people were very nice and smiley. Our dog Camden had been using Denise’s exceptional pet services for the last 2 years now and this new pet shop is no different. A perfect ‘feel at home’ boutique with the latest products that make you really have faith in the products your buying. The staffs knowledge is exceptional and they are more than accommodating to help you find what you need, we cannot fault a single thing. Reasonable pricing and a wide variety of items take this shop from being great to being extraordinary - would highly recommend!

Wonderful shop! Wonder staff. Very helpful and very knowledgable. I did have an appointment for my dog Thor to be groomed but unfortunately it had to be rescheduled twice because of staff sickness (these things happen). I went in in December last year to buy presents for my sisters dog and the female member of staff who served me was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and very patient. She helped me choose chicken flavoured chews and a zebra toy and my sisters dog loves it.

It’s Wonderful to find a gorgeous pet store and groomers in Ealing Broadway. I would highly recommend a visit. The store assistants went over and beyond, and are full of helpful advice and knowledge. Huge choice of raw food and pet accessories. Gorgeous selection of coats for dogs. My King Charles Cavalier also had a grooming session and was extremely relaxed and happy when I collected her, the groomer was very attentive and listened to my specific requests. I felt comfortable leaving my precious pooch in their trusted hands. My visit from start, Ruby being greeted with a yummy gourmet treat, to finish, leaving smelling delicious and a happy doggie with a very waggy tail was a joy! Thanks to all at PEEFER! 🐾
