K. H.I have always found the staff at this store so helpful and friendly. Today I went in to buy a few things for my cat and new kitten, the woman on the checkout was very helpful and even showed me how to get 10% off with the VIP app if I registered my other cat. Also the new lay out looks great.
O.Very cute store. Love the animals and also that’s the first thing you see when you come in.
B. M.Staff is very helpful. I requested over the phone to keep aside 2 packets of particular cat's food as when I visited last week it wasn't available. They were so polite and gentle, and I didn't pay online, still my cats food was ready at the till and I paid it at the till.

Z. F.Wanted a fish pet for a long time. I wasn’t ready because I felt like there was a lot to learn. Came in to the store a couple of weeks ago, a guy in green shirt with short curly (blonde-brunette) hair helped me out. He took his time to explain to me the majority from fish tanks, to mates and food. He was being very patient with me. I felt so much more confident after the visit. Went home and started straight away with setting up the fish tank, after over a week I came back and got my first corydoras. Best choice ever. Thank you to the guy who helped out, he really knew what he was talking about:)
