Highly impressed with the staff here especially Dianne in the baby section. I came to your store a few months back when I was pregnant and spoke to Dianne. Dianne offered some very good advise and was extremely knowledgeable and informative on all of the products/questions we asked. I returned to the store today as I had a issue with the pram I purchased and to return an item, Dianne recognised me straight away and made my experience very personal and made a huge fuss over my now 6 week old daughter. She was able to resolve my issue within seconds. I expressed I was concerned about the installation and the way my daughter was sitting in her car seat (purchased at Smyths) and without hesitation said she would check in the car that the car seat was fitted correctly. Dianne made my experience one I won't forget. As a first time mum you have lots of questions you want to ask and to be reassured about what products to buy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend sending any parent down to your knowledgeable team. Dianne really took the time to understand my worries and reassure me with the right products for me!! What an asset she is to your team and so refreshing as a customer to be educated about the products your buying.

Good range of toys and lots of free parking, toys are a bit more expensive than The Entertainer. I have been coming to this place for many years but one of the worst things about this place is the female manager, who needs to improve her customer service skills. She treats customers like they are committing a crime. Shame, apart from that, it's a nice store.

Smyths is my go to for toys, great store with a wide selection of toys at great value. What I live about this store in particular is their isle of Funko pops. When I walk into the store, this is the first place I check. Could spend hours in this store and never get bored. I have bought many items from this store and have helped grow my love of funko pops. Any birthday occasions I can drive to the store and pick a gift at great prices! I usually attend the store with my kids and let them pick a few things that makes them happy. Their website is great as you can check stock at your nearest store. Reserving items is great and the team here are very friendly and extremely helpful. Free parking outside of the store is a huge bonus!

Excellent shop for process toys, very spacious and so many choice from toy to books. Located in Beckton galianrich come with free parking facility. Very reasonable prince and even easy to click and collect. During the lock down there wear big que for click and collect for children birthday present where most of shop was closed.

Amazing Smyths Toys Superstore! They have always been my go to for toys and other items because they offer a wide range at such affordable prices. The sales are always brilliant as well! This branch in particular as it has been my favourite Smyths Toys branch for many years now! The customer service is very good and all the staff are very friendly and helpful! The store is always well stocked, well organised (especially with all the children running around) and clean! Social distancing measures are strictly in place and all employees are wearing some form of PPE! The click and collect service here is wonderful and very convinient! All orders are completed quickly and always ready to collect fast! I also find it very useful that on the website it shows how much stock of each item there is in all stores! Overall, I strongly recommend that you shop here for Toys and it is absolutely perfect for Birthday/Eid/Christmas Gifts!

I loved the shop and you get exactly what you pay for. I didn't know about it until a family member recommended the place. Only thing I think they should have are loyalty cards. That way customers can keep coming back. Everybody loves a bargain.

We went into in search of a travel system for our baby due in June 2017. Although we already knew which pram and car seat we wanted, the extremely friend sales lady completely confirmed we were making the right choice and instilled great confidence in our decision. She was friendly and knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure we fully understood how the pram worked to ensure we were satisfied. We will definitely be going back to this store for further purchases due the variety and prices! :-)
