We are extremely happy with the carpet and service we received at Tapi carpets. The team at the Brent Cross branch were amazing. We had previously gone to an independent company but we were impressed with Scott’s service and knowledge and honesty we decided to place our order. We were kept up to date of and were able to get the fitting date we wanted. The price was very good and they had a beautiful selection of carpets to choose from. The fitting was done with professionalism, efficiency and they were friendly. My living room looks beautiful and considering I have a difficult space with different walls and angles they did a great job. I highly recommend Tapi Carpets to anyone.

We are having carpets fitted by Tapi carpets who are very helpful to explain the materials and information related to the carpets. Mr Haider Abbas was extremely friendly and patient with us and guided us to make a final choice.

It was a little bit of a bumpy journey, needed our whole house carpeted. Went into Tapi just to see carpets. Scott was fantastic, wasn't salesy at all, really professional and explained everything, the carpets we chose happened to be discounted the following week and they kindly honored that price reduction. We got measured as soon as we got the keys, and thanks to COVID related delays its taken over 40 days, however we have the most amazing carpets. They were fitted by two extremely polite guys, they moved furniture around and operated totally flawlessly. Although its Paul that gets the most recognition - he put up with constant chasing from me, and was absolutely 'on it' - I think he's probably sick with having to deal with me and my almost daily calls, but its totally worth the wait - the carpet and underlay is sublime - the prices are very competitive. I'm glad we stuck through the process and let quality prevail - thanks Paul and team!

I was looking to do my 2 bedrooms and stairs fitted quickly. I went to Tapi at Brent Cross. I wasn't disappointed, the staff is really good, large selection and pleasant layout. I was helped by Raj. He is knowledgeable, courteous and helped me to select right flooring for my budget, He called me 3 days later to tell me that my carpet had arrived, my wife wanted Saturday fitting which was accepted. He promised to send a good team of fitters, and fitter Jass was a well spoken person. They worked fast, moved the furniture and we paid with card the fitting money. My mother visited me and saw all this. I have told her to go and see Raj. Happy to recommend you the place.

Had a fab experience at Tapi today. Measurements were carried out promptly with details passed onto the store swiftly. Samir and Mo Rezwan were very informative and offered great advice, which meant we chose all our flooring with Tapi and cant wait to have it fitted! Very proffessional and polite young men a credit to Tapi for sure. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Even my babies had a cute play area with both refreshments and colouring books making the experience run much more smoothly. Top Notch!

Wow!! This place is top notch! The shop itself in brent cross is clean, smells amazing and offers such a wide range of quality flooring. The manager Sabah was a pleasure to be served by and gave great advice and her assistant moanah was very sweet and helpful too. Mohammed (Mo) also gave us great advice as to which flooring to go for and was very sweet towards our children and Andrea was also ever so accommodating to me and my family while visiting the shop. We had a bit of a problem with getting the measuring guys in on the day they were told to come to our home due to the driver not the shop but the whole team apologised profusely for the inconvenience and sent somebody the next day and gave us a £100 discount off our bill which I felt was extremely decent of them. We ordered the flooring on the thursday 18th Jan and we were told that the flooring may take up to 5 to 7 working days to arrive it was delivered to the shop the following Monday 22nd Jan and was fitted in our flat the next day and was finished by the Wednesday 24th Jan. The guys they sent to do the fitting were the same guys that done the measuring and they have done a spectacular job!! Such friendly professionals their efforts and hard work has left my flat looking like a millions bucks and has left me feeling so excited to move into out new home! This company and particular branch I feel is a real treasure each and every staff member there gives such care and attention to your needs for your home. 10 out of 10 great job guys thank you so much!!
