Reviews of The LEGO® Store Leicester Square
E. O.
A great Lego experience. We had to wait a little outside the shop but once inside the kids were over the moon with all the different Lego sets. The staff was super nice and helpful.
l. l.
This shop is really good for everyone, even if you're not a Lego fan its still worth the visit to see the impressive big ben made out of Lego and the Lego tube train. I have been here a couple of times and really enjoy looking around. Staff are also very helpful. The only downside is you have to queue to get in but the line does move quickly.
M. G.
Simply Love this place. One of the main reasons being it's in Piccadilly / Leicester Square... I am addicted to LEGO. Not sure how much i have spent on these tiny blocks specially on Star wars models but still i feel something is always missing in my collection.
One thing I have noticed during my last visits is that they have removed the play area. It was actually a fun to tryout new models.
A. B.
Fantastic place to explore Lego and dream about the large masterpieces you want to buy. Lots of builds at different age groups in stock too which is great! Friendly and welcoming staff, can't recommend this store enough!
B. M.
Me and my wife came here on 1st Feb 2022 to buy some Lego gifts for our friends. We were firstly blown over with the creative setup of the shop which was more like a mini theme park with a life size underground tube train carriage to go inside, a massive Big Ben complete with chime, and a traditional phone booth complete with ringing all made out of Lego… the staff were the biggest asset with Madel (sorry if I misspelt your name) and Conner and another staff working on the innovative make your own design lego character was really special. They were all super helpful and Madel was really passionate and knowledgable telling us about how many pieces of Lego were in the Big Ben and London Underground life size set! We will definitely be back with our two young children and I’ve also signed up to the VIP lego membership! Thanks a lot! Benny

The moment I went in I felt like a kid again. So many sets and so many buildings it was amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind. For someone who loves Lego like me it’s an amazing experience!!
S. M. K.
It was very nice experience to visit Lego in London. The shope was big and there were so many new toys that I ever seen before in Lego shop. display was amazing. Best shop for children, expensive for parents.
T. J.
This is a place of happiness, from the moment you enter to the time you say goodbye, there is a joyful ringing of excitement that is sure to warmly take over your heart.
D. P.
Great selection! I have been to probably fifteen different lego stores and this Is one of the best there is. Plenty of photo opportunities and exclusives that you can’t get at other stores. The staff was also very kind.
M. M.
A whole shop of Lego!! Lego I've not seen anywhere else and soooo much choice!! We went on a Thursday evening and there was no queue and it was really quiet inside. We loved looking at the huge Lego London creations and then the decision of what to actually buy. Had to pick something small as we were off to the theatre after but such choice even with limitations. It's worth a visit just to see the lego tube train you can sit in with Shakespeare!!
S. W. (.
Amazing store, tons of stuff to look at. Several personal custom options and really friendly, helpful staff. A must see if you are a Lego fan.
H. D. S.
Great fun! A bit pricey, which is a real shame because if it was the same price or close enough as places like Amazon, supermarkets, toy store, it will get much more sale not just window shoppers! The kids loved the demonstration of the new Super Mario Lego! Awesome guys and gals who work there though also :)
W. B.
Been here with my Miss few years ago when we still in Essex. Very good place to shop and have fun!
C.
The queue from the outside looks very daunting, but it moves steadily enough. And there was a Lego member of staff talking to the children to keep them entertained.
The Lego store is restricting numbers to help with Covid and provides hand sanitiser at the door. It made it a real pleasure to shop inside without large crowds getting in the way.
They have lots of huge models inside and its easy to get photos with them with limited numbers which was nice. Upstairs was busier, but able to look round very easily and went straight to a till to pay with no queue. Downstairs was was very quiet with only a couple of us on that level.
Everyone was really friendly, put a couple of stamps in my passport and I bought the set that I wanted. It felt much safer & secure than when I visited before without the restricted numbers which I appreciated.
M. W.
Visited on a Tuesday afternoon in the school holidays was surprised only a short queue to get in, waited about 5 mins. Totally worth the wait.. Lego are really sticking to social distancing so very few people in the store, making for a very nice shopping experience! As always the staff were engaging and friendly. My son was sad that the mini figure building area was closed, which is odd as we visited Legoland the week before and it was open there. Newest edition is a design your own mini fig, you use touch screen monitors to design on then that gets sent to the printer, while that's happening you select accessories, hair, trousers etc it all comes in a cute gift box. Not cheap at £10.99 for a tiny figure but my son was over the moon!!
The interactive screen is brilliant, hold a set up and it comes to life on the screen.
M. A. (. ا.
If you love Lego ❤️ then this is the right place . This store is for kids and adults
C. C.
Nice place. Now you can create your mini figure and personalised. Nice shop.
J. M.
Must see in London in the heart of leicester square. You be surprised how they can make some of the Lego items👌There is normally a little cue outside but worth the wait if you haven’t been before 😀 staff always friendly every time we have been 😊 follow my TikTok @Joes.travels for more reviews ☺️
J. H.
Beautiful decor and figures, I’m in awe at the talent it must have taken to create such beautiful pieces of artwork !! A true landmark
D. J.
Very cool Lego experience. All the latest models build and on display, good stock, good displays and some unique experiences such as the Lego Mosaic Photo both and the Mini Figure printing to design your own.
S. M.
I went on a Monday evening. Queue to enter went down quick enough but I mainly went for the exclusive Build A Minifigure section. Due to covid the customers can't pick up the figures but it's quite busy upstairs so getting staff attention was quite hard. I think as it's one of the quieter stations for now it would possibly be better to have it near the downstairs tills or closer to something with regular staffing.
T. C.
I absolutely love The Lego Store. It's split on two levels and filled with lego sets for all ages. There are some great display pieces to view and always friendly members of staff on hand to answer any questions.
G. N.
There was a bit of a wait to get in which doesn't become apparent until you go upstairs. A lot of people designing their own mini figs; which could be better laid out thus quickening the process.
There were a lot of sets that I have seen as unavailable elsewhere; shame I didn't have the room in my case 😭😭😭.
Staff were helpful and friendly. A good experience overall. Next time an empty case lol
K. “. S.
Staff are so nice and helpful. Was only browsing but they made my day
R. S.
The place is just amazing . The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Happy to visit and did bought a couple of boxes for my kids. Cheers ..
m. l.
Great chance to pick up a couple of exclusive pieces, and see unique massive builds (kids still talking about Big Ben...) in this flagship store - the chance to design your own minifigure also a real highlight. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, a must-visit if any extra pennies left...
t. i. e.
We went right after it opened at 10am so skipped the massive queues in the afternoon. Lots of photo spots with London tourist attractions. The best part is the minifigure factory which isn't common in Lego stores- boyfriend had a blast making his own!
O. P.
Amazing shop! And they were dog friendly! The staff were incredibly friendly, both Harry and Abdul gave amazing customer service, I would absolutely come again! A must do if you’re in London
V. F.
Amazing shop, kids loved it.
d. b.
Went in to use the Mosaic Maker. Website problems (mosaic photo not loading) so made detour to see machine in action in the LS store instead. Wifi issues in store and additional technical issue with the photo booth type machine software hanging. However, the staff were great. We tried several different workarounds and rebooted the machine (twice). Eventually came away with 3 great pictures. Really appreciate all the staff involved fixing the different issues and helpful can do attitude so did not need to make return visit, or have 1 child disappointed! Thanks and well done. Suggest improve the store Wifi so it will be faster/stable, more profitable and an awesome experience.
I. S.
Incredible store and the friendliest staff. They have two floors filled with Lego sets, some built and on display and great creative builds (such as a mural of London), a make your own figurine and more. It’s on Leicester Square which is also great.
D. R.
A must if visiting nearby with kids. Create your own minifig was fun if not a tad overpriced. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
M. S.
Love the Lego Store here. So much to see and do even without buying anything. The lift to take you to the upper floor is decorated inside like a tube carriage. Loads to see. Highly recommend for all Lego fans and imaginations.
E. W.
We loved our visit to the Lego store in Leicester Square. We made our own Lego mini figures which was a lot of fun and a decent price. Staff are really polite and helpful.
D. M.
Very overpriced and cramped, however, staff are very polite and kind.
Queues can be long at times, but it’s quite the experience if you love Lego.
M. G.
If you're anything like me you will love the Lego store. So many choices it is hard to pick. Thankfully their staff is really nice and helpful, they give you tips and direct you towards the right Lego. The advantage is you have a lot of different price ranges. Definitely recommend going.
P. C.
Had to wait to get in which I didn't mind, inside i feel they could do a little more showing off the Lego sets, there is loads to take photos of , including the large 3d model going up the stairs, i do prefer the LEGOLAND Winsor shop over this one, staff are helpful tho,
M. k.
Amazing store with an amazing staff! Keep up the great job. 💕 LEGO Rocks !
Oh wow you replied to my review, what an amazing service. Take care team!
G. “. J.
Every childs dream to build it like they do!
N. J.
Great fun, nice staff! Ayaan served us, very friendly!
J. C.
Bit of a queue to get in, but it moved fairly quickly. Great range of sets/themes available, although the Star Wars ones are somewhat limited, with a focus on the UCS sets instead of a range of sizes and age-appropriate ones.
J. H.
Its not a huge shop but has fun things for kids and lego fans to look at. We went in the evening so there was no queue. Staff were lovely.
K. S.
Nice place to visit for Lego fans. With helpful staff can find everything you need. Good range of variety Lego series including Duplo. Unique sets of film Lego series such as Friends and Ghosts Busters, Star Wars, Lego city etc.
Generally, worth visiting.
S. _.
I went in looking for 1 of 2 sets last week i found one of them and they rang it up for me immediately. I loved the customer support they gave and how friendly every employee was
C. M.
Go early to avoid queuing and allows you to look around with ease
F. M.
I purchased some very nice Lego here. There are some cool displays in the shop. The staff were very chatty and kind.
V. O.
Every visit is a treat for the whole family! Friendly and very helpful staff too! Thank you!
M. L.
Fantastic staff made a potentially difficult half term visit to the Lego store a really enjoyable experience.
We went specifically to create our Lego figure. The team upstairs in the store were brilliant and the system was simple and intuative for kids to use
U. W.
Kids enjoyed shopping from lego, miniature factory is a good experience for kids to style there own figure
K. P.
As always me and my kids had a great time there maybe a bit overpriced but still love it
S. E.
Amazing store and the builds there are awesome!
J. b.
Wonderful staff and lots of addictive lego! It's a wonder how anyone can not purchase something. Worth visiting everytime you go into London.
D.
Very friendly staff, interactive environment to keep kids busy, lots of various Lego with a big selection of licensed Lego. Bright and colourful store, a few more floors would be nice but for what it is, it's very good.
N. B.
When you in London you have to visit the Lego Store in Leicester Square! Amazing Lego displays that will want to buy everything in store! Make sure you try and get there early or otherwise an hour or two before it closes in the evening so that you don't have to stand in the long queues! If you must queue it will still be worth it!
C. H.
Fun place that's definitely more a tourist spot than a Lego shop. You can get a broader selection and much better prices elsewhere / online but here you will see rare sets, fabulous large creations like a life-sized underground tube carriage or a giant Big Ben tower replica. There are things to try, super helpful and knowledgeable staff (they let us hold the Lamborghini Sian assembled set for a picture and brought out the huge Titanic set, in 3 parts after rupture, on request!), a system to create your own customised Lego character etc. It's a fun outing for Lego fans if you're in London, but don't go there to shop for a standard Lego set!
M. D.
Very nice Lego shop in central London. Not much queue to get in at the moment. A nice helpful staff. Social distancing is adhered to. Loads of various displays - bring your phone/camera to take pictures. There’s a second floor - with an amazing London display on the wall. Loads of various Lego, built your own. Great for boys & girls. They have loyalty card schemert
Definitely one to experience;)

Price of Lego is nuts... the shop was nice but to have 2+ security / bouncers doesn't make u feel at ease.... I'm all for security etc but felt like I was in a nightclub
A. G.
Amazing place!!! One the best Lego stores I've bee into. They have a great stock and great sculptures to take photos with. I felt like a kid and I was just very very very happy!! The only thing is that (I believe ) they don't have bathrooms :/ with so much people and kids they should offer one. Anyway.. a great great store. I'm giving them 4 stars because the lejillos that I bought (red London bus) came with out a piece 7.7 -_-
T. D.
Great giant models. Fun store. But for me, the best bit by far was the design your own Lego figure top (torso) and have it printed to create a one of a kind Lego figure. 100% unique. A real treat.
M. A.
Very good if you like Lego, the biggest Lego shop in England.Very good Lego buildings from around London
A. M.
A cool shop with jaw dropping displays to impress both young and old. We visited during a Star Wars celebration. It was great to see the Stormtroopers and Tie Fighter Pilot outside the store.
Didn't take too long to get in and well worth the short wait. The displays are simply awesome.
S. B.
Great store. There was a queue to get in but it was moving very quickly and once in we did not feel rushed at all. The store was very well stocked and there were options for all budget but with emphasis on the higher end.
I would advise not to go there unless you have agreed with your kids what they can get. The overload of options can be a bit too much even for the adults
C. L.
Very nice layout and lots of small activities for the kids to (or adults) to do. There’s a demo booth with the latest and greatest and build your own people center as well. My 4 year had a great time!
D. G.
Wow! What a great selection of everyone's favourite! So many choices of things to build and available in packets or boxes!
The Underground train, map of London sights and Big Ben, all built up with Lego are superb and worth the visit alone.
A. A.
What a lovely shop.
The displays the photo opportunities especially the underground and phone booth are absolutely fantastic.
The prices and gift ideas are perfect and very affordable.
Love the reaction of the children when they walk into the shop. Loved the lift as well l.
The staff are so friendly, polite helpfull.
Fantastic location as well.
L. A.
It's a huge lego shop in the middle of Leicester square with a Lego tube train, queen, football player, sherlock holmes, Robin hood, tube drivers/staff, a massive big Ben, dragon and so much more!! Is there really anything more to say
T. H.
Great place for Lego (Ninjago) obsessed kids to hang out. Don't buy the stuff in store though, it's much cheaper online.
S.
Such a cool shop even if your not into Lego like me. The lego mini character factory was my favourite. For £10 you can design your own lego figure. First you put the name you want on its display brick then design the figures top by drawing, typing and putting stickers after that you get to pick its hair, face, trousers and an accessory it's super fun and perfect for a gift the staff working at the lego are super nice and helpful
m.
This is a great place to shop for Lego toys, both for young and the young at heart. Every imaginable Lego line is available here. There's some great London themed giant Lego pieces like Big Ben, The London Underground, Red Phone Box etc. Those models I just mentioned are impressively large. However, my favourite section has got to be the display cabinets upstairs on the first floor displaying Star Wars set. Love the Millennium Falcon!
At popular times there can be a queue to get in.
J. K.
Great Lego store spread over two floors with a wide range of products. Something for all tastes.
The store features its own unique builds such as a replica Big Ben, London Tube (you can sit inside for photos) and Mural art. A Lego mural creator photo booth is also available here.
During my visit COVID measures where in place I was pleased with the speed of the queue and the friendly service from the time at entry up until leaving. Having forgot my Lego store reward card I was happy to have the person on checkout take the time to search for my details and also Inform me that a mobile reward card is now an option!
B. K.
Best store I've ever been to. Lots of very cool special sets and accessories you only get there. Good PaB selection, great models on display and most of all veeeery friendly staff! If had very long and nice chats, as it should be in a Lego Store. Exactly the Lego Store experience I was hoping for
R. B.
Impressive!! Particularly like the underground LEGO theme. Worth a queue and worth a visit. Got my son a birthday present.
A. B.
Short queue to get in, sanitizer at the door. New products and displays. Super helpful staff.
E.
Great staff everyone was so friendly and happy, the store had lots of large lego models & my little boy loved it.
p. l.
A fantastic shop to buy gifts for kids. Huge Lego set Models inside! They keep on changing the theme and so it's kind of creative and entertaining. The staff ws really helpful and helped me find a perfect gift.
M. S.
Got there just after opening and only a small queue. Great shop the kids loved it. The staff are very welcoming and helpful
Probably the best time to go as quite a large queue when we left
n. A.
I love there cause, I got legobus.
I.
Underwhelmed with selection of Lego, Birmingham store is probably better for that, staff weren’t very welcoming either and were just trying to close sales rather than actually engaging in conversation like in other stores
S. C.
Giant Lego store that is fun for all ages. Love the large Lego displays , they ar worth checking out even if you don't want to buy anything. The employees here seemed to be having fun and were super helpful.
G. L.
I bought some gifts for my little cousin☺️
They you can buy some Signature lego London bus or London eye or Tower bridge things.
Nice staffs quite long queue but worth it!
Mini bis is around 8 pounds.
And there is some play place for kids! Let them enjoy :)
T. S.
A good store if your are prepared to wait some time queuing. Some great large builds in store that the kids enjoyed posing with, and huge range of Lego. Quite a few out of stock though- seemed to be all the sets we were interested in
K. B.
Queuing time took about 40 minutes and the store colleague at the front of the queue used humour to make the final waiting time more fun for the kids. There's some great photo opportunities with the brick sculptures to admire and more Lego to purchase on the second floor. I'd expected a greater range of the Marvel sets, but we enjoyed making our own Minifigures and still managed to buy a few sets to take home.
V. I.
Great that they limit customers so it doesn't feel too squishy inside. The queues go down pretty quickly and anyway, you can watch Darth Vader and the human beatbox while you wait outside. Inside its lots of Lego. It's mostly pretty expensive Lego but it's still pretty cool. The guy on St Albans Market does cheaper lego kit stuff so check him out too and Argos and maybe even John Lewis.
F. a. F.
If the kid in me could have seen this place she would have died. This is heaven for everyone who grew up loving legos. Take the time to check out all the cool things built with legos. This is a blast!
W. L.
This is a dangerous place to go, because you will spend so much money!!!
They have so many good sets at prices that are cheaper than toy stores!
Highly recommended even just for a visit, and leave with a cheap set at least :)
W. K.
Great place to see all the exclusive Lego sets, also a chance to create your own miniture figure, though be prepared to wait a long time as they only have 4 machines, gets very busy on weekends
a. f.
Lego store set over 2 floors.
Do visit the top level.
The aerial view of London on display above the staircase is mind boggling. Beautiful & realistic. We spent quite some time spellbound.
One has a chance to design a lego figurine for £10.99... Something different.
Or generate a lego portrait for £100 by clicking a picture.
In addition, no need to mention, there are lots of Lego sets to choose from and awaken one's inner child.
Visiting this place will make both young and old happy.
Great place to kill time between meals in Chinatown.
N. B.
If you have kids.. you going to spend money guaranteed, but you will have the happiest child 👌🏼
We stopped by and end up spending 45 min looking at all the LEGO.
Great LEGO store
J.
Very well organised, spaced out, clean store with good COVID measures in place. Great selection of different sets for all ages and skill levels. Something for everyone!
Y. -.
Clean shop with friendly, child focussed staff. A lot of awesome Lego showcased.
C. W.
A lot of queueing to enter a shop for Lego. It was lovely for the employees to come and entertain the kids with tic tackle toe game made from Lego. Kept them amused with queueing. When finally arrived in store, it was worth the wait. All the Lego statues were amazing! The kids loved the Harry Potter section and the underground train seat too.
Higher prices though than other shops and Internet. But it the novalty of buying it there.
L. V.
Helpful friendly staff and a sensible balance between COVID aware safety and letting people enjoy the store. The minifig factory is great too, although I wish you could start with other colour torsos than just white.
F. W.
Great place to visit
F. F.
Love the statues and all the effort it took to make them. Good range of Lego sets if that is where your heart lies
e. b.
Great fun for all kids and adult , staff always attentive but not intrusive.
S. h.
Went on Wednesday 14th April, just after Lockdown in London lifted for non-essential shops, in evening at 740pm and it was fairly empty, which was my hope 🙂 chatted to some lovely employees about Lego, oogled the Baby Yoda build, was offered help and bought lots of Lego 😍
N.
Have visited today with my autistic son who was really excited about going into Lego store. It's true that queue is long but its also moving reasonable quickly, stuff is really nice, especially very friendly guy who is welcoming you at the door.
Z.
Must pop-in for big kids! An impressive space, feels like being in a museum surrounded by large and smaller Lego models of various household names. There are some really cool pieces to marvel at and the minor temptation to buy a Lego Taj Mahal model for £299! Spent a good half hour upstairs making our own Lego figurines (head, hair, torso, legs and accessory) which is a germophobe's worst nightmare but if you can handle it, it's good fun - and at £4.99 for 3 figurines, not an extortionate little memento for indulging our inner kids!
J. Y.
Great to look at the displays but not as big as I expected
C. K.
Amazing place to go. The models on display and the create a mini figure has been upgraded from when I was young. You can even get a mosaic done, custom!
A. W.
Great thing about the store is its amazing models: a map of London, a "Bobby" (policeman), Big Ben, a replica of a tube carriage, a phone booth, and more.
Most interesting is its Mosaic Maker, a photo booth where you sit inside, have it take a photo of you, and then outputs a set of custom Lego pieces to recreate your face. Cost is £99.
Tip: There are usually queues here, so go first thing in the morning, or evenings, when you will not have to wait to get in.
T. C.
Really wish we had one of these in Norwich, brilliant store I liked the personal touch with somebody making sure your hands are sanatized on entry through the door it's a shame more shops in London haven't followed their ideas.
C. T.
Duper duper awesome!!
Hundreds of Lego related merchandise, I went there with my boy and we built 6 custom Lego figures for a quite reasonable £10, and as it was his birthday, the staff presented him with a special Lego gift, which he loved!
I. H.
Mecca for Lego fans, you don't have to be a child to enjoy building Lego. Excellent choice of sets.
A. R.
The store itself was wonderful; beautifully laid out with a huge selection of Lego.
Unfortunately some of the staff were a little too pushy, bordering on rude. Overall a good shopping experience and speedy checkout!
S. H.
Probably one of the biggest Lego shop in the world.
Lots to see and do and ultimately buy.
Usually a big queue to get in but worth it.
Its a massive tourist attraction in London as it has all the London landmarks built from Lego.
The exclusive product which can only be brought here is the Iconic Red London Bus - not sold any where else.
Prices in line with department stores.
Y. H.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. This lego store is more like an attraction than just a store. Prices are on the expensive side; the same item is often cheaper at other retailers. Impressive lego arrangement on the staircase walls. The model of Big Ben and a tube train car are also very good. There are often queues outside this establishment to limit the amount of customers inside the store set any given moment.
Z. P.
Amazing, a variety of series, Duplo, Lego City, Creator, Expert, Technic, ... etc.
I bought a box of Lego London Eye, haha, my kid is loving it.
Several spots there for photo taking, like the Lego Big Ben, Lego train cabin, Lego... Elevator :)
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Location is good, just near Leicester / Knights Bridge.
Foreigners remember to fill in Tax Refund Form ^^
The staff there is really helpful to arrange.
Thanks Lego Leicester all the staff.
d. b.
This shop is AMAZING! It has LOADS of Lego sets, from Marvel to DC to Star Wars to Harry Potter, and there are also MASSIVE Lego sculptures, like Big Ben, or a tube train, or even a giant Lego London Landscape!
P. S.
The biggest Lego store in the world is the most awesome. The app assistants are outstanding, friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is great and the exclusive products are worth a visit. Attention: it can be extremly crowded here. Don't miss too get your exclusive Lester Minifigur and your red London bus. BTW: Lego prices are much lower here than at Hamleys!
v. g.
Kids enjoyed and store has lot of options.only issue was long queue outside due to covid guidelines
D. H.
Super bright, fun and full of energy. The layout is open making real easy to browse and find products. The staff are the best part of this place, the welcome was warm and inviting, urge both adults and children to test out what they have on offer and be prepared to get challenged to a light saber fight ! 100% reminded me of times I've visited legoland Windsor and truly gave back that feeling of being 10 again.
W. J.
Hello Lego!! We have decided to give you 4 stars (modified from previous 1 star).
We had to wait for 1h 30min outside due to your website giving wrong information about opening times. We waited there as we really like Lego and that was the main reason of our trip to London. We have complained and we received nice apologies from your Customer Service plus a little treat for the boy. Really nice of you! Thank you. Apologies accepted ;-) We are definitely coming back again !

It is a store full of Lego. What is not to like? Except for the crowds of people and queuing to get in, that is. However, it is a busy store, the queue outside was short and moved quickly. This does help manage the crowds of people inside the store, you can at least move around. We found the upstairs at the back more quiet as there are not so many brilliant Lego models to photograph. Me and my two young boys (5 and 7 years) absolutely loved this store. We were wowed by the models on display, the staff were so friendly but not intrusive and the pick and mix Lego brick wall had my son busy for a very long time. There is even an area where you can select from many mini figure parts to design and build your own pack of three mini figures. This was very popular among many shoppers. There was a steady queue for the Mosiac maker (I am not rich enough for this) and people looked very happy with the results. I usually have anxiety and panic attacks in crowds and thought we would be in and out very quickly but we were so busy admiring the Lego builds and merchandise that it was not a big problem. Find a bit of space at the top of the stairs to take it all in. Look at the models downstairs on the your way out, it is far less busy this way. The staff working the tills are efficient and friendly, the queue to pay moves quickly.
D. T.
Great Lego store, it has a good selection of sets and a lot of great Lego artworks around the store such as a two story tall Victoria Tower (Big Ben), a underground train, phone booth, etc.
The brick wall often doesn't have the greatest selection, if you're looking to buy some individual bricks I would suggest going to the Lego store at Westfield (Shepherd's Bush).
There is often a queue to get in but it moves quickly, a 30 person queue shouldn't take more than about 5 minutes.
T.
There are at least 3 exclusives in this store. They are between 5-20 pounds each. Worth picking up if you know a lego fan as they are almost triple the price online. The staff will be able to point them out to you. Even if you don't get anything, go in to check out the architecture and art built in this store. The big Ben replica alone is worth walking in. They also have a life size metro station sign. The London landmark backsplash is also pretty incredible.
K. D.
Great selection of Lego products worth a visit, might not want to take children as it could be costly but a great place to take them to choose a gift.
A. K.
If you love Lego, then you'll love it here. Even if you don't, you'll still most likely be in awe by all the of impressive models that replicate some of London's most iconic features. Add to the fact that it's floor to ceiling with sets, your little ones will be sure to ask for each and every one! Everyone's a kid when it comes to Lego, so be prepared for your inner child to come out when here!
S.
What a wonderful store! We had to wait in line but it was for a very short time! Even as an adult it put me in awe, so kids will love it even if you're not buying anything! There are so many awesome things to look at, including Big Ben made out of lego! I especially enjoyed the "Women of NASA" set!
L. G.
Fantastic store!! Leicester square has the UK's largest legos store and it certainly doesnt disappoint. There a dozen of huge lego sculptures in the store, which is an experience you cant get anywhere else. The store has a good layout and is very well organised into the different lego themes.
J. T.
Great place for Lego enthusiasts. Very crowded and a lot of people pushed in when you are trying to take photos. The Lego models are outstanding.
a. c.
Very busy store but what would you expect from the location? The store itself is very bright and doesn't feel cramped once inside. Amazing sculptures and photo opportunities and more Lego than you could ever want to buy. All the staff are extremely helpful and happy. Worth a look around of in the area even if you have no intentions of buying anything!
J. S.
This store is epic and sick, So much to do and a lot of lego
M. S.
My favourite LEGO shop, most of the time I have to queue to get in but is well worth it!
They have almost a real size London Underground train (part of it), a mini Big Ben, a red phone booth etc.
C. K.
Just fantastic, brings out the child in everyone. Greate selection of Lego. Must visit when in Leicester Square ⬛️
N. S.
Excellent store, friendly staff visit made more special with gift of 2 lego characters from the duty manager, very thoughtful
V.
Amazing store, would recommend for anyone who likes Lego just to have a browse. Would be brilliant for children to give them something to do for 10 minutes (have tables where they can build). Brilliant experience.
M. P.
Great place to visit with a full range of lego products available helpful staff members .Great for kids of all ages especially the big ones
G. A.
I loved this store! I didnt have to queue to enter (it was tuesday, arround 16:30h), but the store was crowded. You can enjoy yourself with the amazing London popular touristic stuffs madw by Lego (telephone cabin, the Big Ben, London underground, a map of London city, etc). You can even play with Lego blocks in the second floor. The prices are a little bit high, but you can by a Lego London bus for 9,99 pounds and make a lego toy by yourself selecting yout head, cloths and acessories for less than 10 pounds. Really funny for every ages!
J. B.
SO COOL! Really nice staff, a chance to create a personalised LEGO figure of yourself or someone.
The only issue is not with the store itself, but the products. I think the kits are incredibly expensive - more so than when I was a kid (I'm mid-20s). I think that the prices alienate poorer families, whereas before, LEGO was accessible to everyone.
G. B.
Fantastic service, a credit to the brand. Shaheen and Elliot were particularly helpful despite it being very close to closing time.
V. N.
Amazing shop on 2 floors. It is like a Lego museum. It has a lot of London sights made from Lego. Normal prices. Kind staff.
S. C.
Love it staff very helpful lots of things to see .lots of lego displays to kids will love it even as a adult I loved it .
M. I. P.
We visit LEGO store at every place we go, since we are LEGO fans. We were very happy to visti this one, since it is the biggest one. We weren't so happy, when we saw a large queue in front of the store, but it went quit quickly. So don't go away, if you see a lot of people, just wait for a while, it is worth it. There is a lot of different sculptures made out of LEGO, including the largest London attractions. We specially liked the tube, Big ben and a hudge mosaic with a picture of London. They are trully awesome.
As in other places, there shoud be some more promotions, since in the time of our visit, there was just a gift for a bigger purchases, no discounted products.
Otherwise it was a great experience and definately worth of visit if you are a LEGO fan.
V. G.
Good options kids love this place, its flagship store. Only pain is queue outside due to covid measures
M. T.
Amazing store, finally came to bring joy to kids and adults. You will be amazed with their creative walls and views. Nevertheless, you can play and bild your own creation.
M. S.
Wonderful store. Had to queue for 20 minutes, but that was fine. Had a fantastic selection of Lego sets with a bustling upstairs. Wish Lego sets weren't so pricey in store, then that would make us go even more.
C. S.
Just love it. Worth queuing for and seeing all the different lego
S. S.
Amazing, but the lego themselves are overpriced, as expected. Much cheaper on Amazon or your local supermarket. Go here for browsing only.
M. B.
Wonderful, amazing, lovely... is fantastic to see the toys and remember a childhood. Workers are very polite and you can play in the store, is very good!!!
K. E.
Very impressive store. It has two levels for you to look for LEGO’s. Today, I bought a small double decker bus and a magnet for the fridge.
Y. A.
This is a heaven for Lego lovers! Come and build your very own Lego minifigures or make a pose in the all-Lego-built London underground train!
A. G. A.
I'm not into Lego as much as when I was a child but I still wanted to see if I could buy something interesting... Well, I indeed found something very interesting to buy: a MINI ME!! So my shopping experience at the LEGO Store Leicester Square was satisfying and I recommend buying something from this shop!! Best Regards. Luana.
A. F.
If you love lego like me then this is the place for you, lots to see and do, 2 floors of lego and some huge pieces like a london tube train and big ben. Children can make lego pieces on the 1st floor on the tables. This is in Leicester Square so brilliant location as the station is only a few mins walk away, lots of food places so you could really make this a day out.
K. B. L.
I know I know. 5 stars + right?
I give 5 stars because all the places I have reviewed really have provided excellent service and food.
I have had so many views of the reviews so far, so others agree, right?
This place is THE place to be.
Thanks to my beloved uncle and aunt, I have had superb superb memories of building a Lego car race track at 9 years old with my cousin.
Since then anything Lego has been part of my life.
The Door Host, the Customer Service advisors, the cashier were superbly brilliant and more importantly enthusiastic about Lego Land!!
I even got the free VIP card because the cashier was brilliant.
All the reviews are really rated 10 stars!!
T. G.
Queue was long but worth it. Staff were delightful, and there's a great selection of Lego plus games for the kids to play. My 3 and 5 year old had the time of their lives. My credit card enjoyed it less.
M. H. S.
Fantastic place to shop and enjoy around and get new ideas for kids and grown ups to play with Lego stuff.
Its own Lego decorations are amazing too and if you are lucky enough you may be surprised by some human megaphone announcing store information.
T. C.
The shop is quite small. I thought it would be bigger. There’s a lift to go to the 2nd floor.
The price is good. There’s a lot of exclusive at this store. A lot of variety. U probably can get any kind of lego u wished ~ the kids can play around that the store.
The crowd is controlled. There’s a staff managing the queue to go into the lego shop.
A. G.
My daughters fave place in London. Love all the displays and the fact you can build your own Lego men/women.
We got a free Easter Lego set with our purchase on this trip. Fab!
M. D.
So long as you go outside of busy hours, always well stocked with the friendliest staff.
S. G.
Awesomely built models of London specials and Landmarks. Good timeout for kids to play in the DIY bricks in the first floor. Easily we can spend an hour with our kids.
S. F.
This shop is awesome, I just wish it was a little bigger. Upon entry into the store there are lots of great Lego models of British Stuff: Big Ben, Shakespeare, even a Tube Carriage that make for good photo opportunities. The store has a massive stock of items to buy - it was great to see that the prices weren't inflated from what you'd find on the Lego website/other Lego stores. The store does get very busy so be prepared for people - lots of people.
L. L.
This store is very large, has several types of toys and variable prices
D. A.
More of a sightseeing place really being in Leicester Square. Great place to pop with kids, some nice Lego displays and photo ops. Lego full price here, best to just buy it online, but good for an idea of the cool sets out there!
I. N.
When you enter this store, it feels like you entering another world. This store filled with lego & it kinda brings the memories of childhood back in mind.
T.
Massive store with lots of selection and some great brick-built displays perfect for photo ops. Minifigure factory is a fun addition and one of the only ones in the world. Friendly staff.
N. C. P.
Great show with a great range of products. So exclusive to the area. Super full size builds in the shop, for photo ops, for the snap happy tourist. Pleasant staff and building boxes to keep the kids happy whilst you browse the brick based offerings.
I. P.
An interactive experience for Kids of all ages, with build your own figures inside The store, awesome LEGO built backgrounds and charecters from Her Majesty The Queen to a oversized dragon, The Big Ben to a lifesize Red Phone Cabin.. All out of LEGO(of curse)
D. Z.
Bought a DB5 from this store, nearly cost whole afternoon to built, but I am very enjoy.
L. P.
Fantastic store. Loved seeing all the large models. Great selection of items to purchase and make your own minifigure was great. Very much enjoyed by the whole family.
D. J.
It is nice, like all the other prime location Lego stores. They have London specific Lego installations (huge ones), which is something that I liked.
Items are pricey as usual :)
T. T.
Queue is very long to get in. Good experience but lots were out of stock.
A. A.
This is said be the largest Lego store in the world. Located on two floors, the location is perfect and you will find lots and lots of Lego sets. I personally prefer the one in New York. This store also has a unique picture studio where you can lego pieces of made based on your face. Always busy, it is a good place to visit if you are lego fan or looking for any specific Lego set!
V. B.
Great place, always land up buying something for my son and get him to hone his skills...
N. R.
What an incredible store, two whole stories of pure LEGOs for all ages. There are a lot of sets, many expensive ones that you wouldn't find in a regular store. The store is very busy and we had to wait in line before we could enter, once inside there are a ton of mini exhibits as well as large ones for a photo op.
E. T.
Flagship lego store in london Leicester square....everything your expect plus iconic giant Lego models to have your picture taken with. A must for any lego fan visiting London.
A. J.
A great lego store conveniently located in the heart of London. On this day the air conditioning was not working correctly. So the general feel inside the store was not so pleasant... shortening the visit.
A. L.
A happy place with delightful people ✨ A big thanks to Harry and Wan for helping me customize a Lego ! They were incredibly nice and fun to talk with ☺️
J. S.
Loved visiting the shop and being reminded of my childhood! Lots of fabulous sculptures entirely made of Lego bricks and really fun looking around the shop. Very friendly staff however often very busy!
M. M.
Quite busy at most times. But best if you near closing times around 8-10pm; where there's less people and quick checkouts. Staff are friendly and very helpful
J.
Awesome shop! Worth a visit even if you're not buying.
A. b.
Great staff service store was it's own let down poor stock availability considering its literally their own store went in for 2 sets and didn't have either great for kids and first time visit but poor stock
D.
Great place, lots of sets too browse. Nice atmosphere.
L. V. P.
The Lego Store London Leicester Square. There are plenty of fun London touches, including a 21,000 ft (6,400-metre) LEGO replica of the Elizabeth Tower (commonly referred to as Big Ben) and a LEGO Tube carriage.
#LVPMoment✔️
D. M.
Very busy, found Christmas sets unique to the UK and an exclusive figure. Doors open a half hour prior to the registers/checkout to encourage browsing. Fun building area for kids upstairs.
P. W.
Well, one is never too old for Lego The store in London, for want of a better word, is awesome. All the themes are provided for as are all the current sets. Very, very busy with the kids in store having a ball. Great attraction..!
m.
Very fun and great place to visit! Staff and extremely helpful and friendly and they filter how many people go in the store at one time to stop it getting over crowded! So if you have to wait it’ll be worth it!
S. D.
Extremely popular destination for all things play! Huge variety of kits and many unique displays. Tables of bricks to play with and friendly, engaging staff. Pop in and get a mini London Bus for a tenner!
E. M.
It was amazing to go and see no people at all, no tourists 🙏🙏🙏, no queues!!
Staff was amazing too 😁
L. S.
Lucky me that each time when I visited, there was no queue. Absolutely amazing environment and staff. Happy to visit again and again
o. r.
Heaven for me and the kids. They loved every minute of it. Staff is so friendly and funny. Covid guidelines adhered to even though they were busy. Unfortunately the play area was closed but the kids still loved every minute of it. Glad we managed to stop there
O. N.
Unfortunately we did have to queue up to get inside but I can say it was worth the wait. We loved seeing the lego tube and big ben. My son also enjoyed creating his own lego minifigure. Great selection of lego over two floors not over crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful.
L. M.
Only letting a few in at a time so the queue was very long ,once in the staff were really friendly helpful and able to show you how to work different machines to make yourself in Lego .
A.
The queue is long. I expected it to be huge inside but its not. Its 2 floors and its your regular lego shop selling lego. The lego creations/displays are impressive though. They are mostly on the bottom floor. Kids got a lego passport which made them happy only to forget it somewhere on the way home. Not many activities with lego but what did i expect its a lego shop not lego land! I guess i thought it'd be a lego version of hamleys where you get to try out the different lego or do verious lego activities. Go when theres no queue or order your lego online somewhere cheaper if you can.
S. B.
An amazing little store witha a huge range of items to choose from, kitted out with lego replica constructions of famous and popular icons such as a near life sixe model a tube-car and big ben
S. S. (.
Love me some lego. Had some exclusives I've not bought before. Very nice. The person at checkout was lovely too (Liat I think her name was) it was only their second day! Very friendly 😊
A. H.
Really, what can you say? At this point, lego is such a classic that it's hard to enter a store like this without a tremendous rush of nostalgia. Long live lego!
o. z.
Really nice people! The lego minifigure customize factory is great!
m.
If your a Lego fan this is must not just to see the Lego models. You can get sets exclusive to this store only. The only issue is some of the other customers pushing in front to have photo taken by the the models but that's life
D. T.
Not particularly a Lego fan but we wound up spending over an hour in here. I see a lot of reviews mentioning long lines to get in but we walked up and walked right in on a weekday evening. I'm still not a Lego fan but the visit was great.
L. P.
Lego's flagship store. Smaller than I expected and a little odd they make you queue to go in- building the hype I guess. Fantastic display models inside and the staff are so friendly and fun to chat with. They really go out their way to accommodate their customers. For me it was the pick n mix wall and also the fabulous mosaic portrait maker that really made the visit worthwhile.
K. M.
Visited after weeks back and was helped by Louis I think his name was.great passion for the brand and excellent service
L. Y.
Great for Lego fans. Staff were friendly and they don't let too many in at once so plenty of room. Downside to this is that there is usually a queue to get in. Worth checking out for the displays at least once.
R. C.
Went to the store today (left around 5:54pm). It wasn't as busy as it usually is which was great as I got to look around. There were two employees in particular who were helpful. Magda downstairs and James upstairs. Both were friendly without being pushy. Knowledgeable about the products I asked about and directed me to items that matched my search query. I left with purchases. My children were happy :) thank you.
B. S.
I've expected so much more from the largest Lego store. 45 min queue to get in is not cool. They have some really cool sets but for some reason they are the same on both floors. Kids leave a huge mess so it's not very pleasant when you want to browse in peace. Great photo ops with some Lego characters. Loved the Lego big Ben and Lego subway. Not sure if I would wait for 45 minutes again to get in.
A. “. H.
Always something great to look at, some crazy build to get you inspired. Saw Lego sets here too, which you don't see in 'normal' shops. Last thing on a day out in London, fun for the family before hitting the station for the home bound train.
S. P.
As it was a weekend the queue was quite long, after deliberating we decided to join the queue and a member of staff informed us it would be at least a 30 minute wait to get inside due to Covid measures. Love that the staff come and interact with you whilst in the queue, chatting to the kids about their face Lego.
Once inside the shopping experience is simply amazing, from the helpful and friendly staff, photo ops without having to wait as there is hardly anyone in store. My child had the best experience today, topped off by awesome staff on the tills. Thanks
C.
Like a Lego museum, so many things to see and so many types of Lego to buy, really worth a visit
m. s.
Staff is very Welcoming and professional
and the store is amazing lots of thing to get form here
L.
A young boys dream, lego as far as the eye can see. helpful staff, and a wonder to hehold.
V. R.
Very friendly, energetic staff that have a very clear love for LEGO. The store looks amazing and seeing some of London's landmarks recreated in bricks is a treat to behold. Wish the store was a little bit bigger as it can get crowded with people trying to take selfies, but I'm sure they'll be expanding at some point. 10/10 will return.
E. M.
We spent a good 45 minutes in this shop, not just looking at the toys for sale but also playing. The children loved posing for photos with the different giant Lego statues and building things at the Lego tables upstairs.
L. O. G.
My favourite shop, in London and everywhere. The people working on it it's soooo friendly and very helpful. It's a must visit for me.
S. a.
i love the staff they were very friendly , the lego builds look really nice and the selection of legos weren’t much
M. R.
The most wonderful place where isn't just for buy toys but also you can play with a lot of Lego pieces inside the store
S. G. &. S.
The biggest Lego shop in the world! (Apparently)
Really friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff.
A pleasant place to visit.
E. M.
Does what it says on the tin. You can also make your own Minifigures as well as a pick & mix section for buying bricks. Friendly & helpful staff, enjoyable regardless of age.
D. C.
Was A great shop to visit whilst spending time in Leicester square, a must visit when in the area as in a great area and not that far from the main tube stations. Really friendly staff, tidy store and lots of different items just to look at. Staff were happy to help out and even offered to take pictures for us. Great variety of stock as well so ideal when treating the kids or big kids.
I. S.
Great store, everything a Lego fan could wish for. Beautiful sculptures of famous London locations
M. J.
What's not to love about a Lego store, great British themed Lego displays to lure you in. Mammoth two story shop with all the latest sets. Its a high energy shop that adds even more appeal to the Leicester area.
S. R.
Expected a big bigger store but other than that cool place and staff is very friendly.
R. F.
Nice LEGO shop with Big Ben and the city of London made by LEGO are amazing. You should go earlier during daytime.
T. S. B.
The range of Lego is vast with all Lego staff determined to ensure everyone enjoys the store . Ideal for all Lego enthusiasts from 3 to 83
B. Y.
Experience: Thoroughly loved the Lego experience at this store. The interior and decor structures are largely built using Lego - simply lovely!
Price: Coming from Singapore, I noticed that the price of Lego here seemed to be rather steep compared to my home country and other countries I've been to.
Tip: Also, they have a customised Lego mosiac experience where you can build your very own lego mosaic from the photobooth. However, it's pretty steep at 99 pounds. Also so note that you have to go online and pre-book your slot!
A. L.
I want to live here, had so much fun checking out all the new sets and displays.
C. F.
If you are a lego fan you will love this place. I just wish it was bigger and had sitting available
L.
Knocking off a star because it gets so busy and the store layout is quite restrictive at times, but otherwise this is a great place to get your Lego from! The staff are always super helpful and they have a great range of stuff!
V. F.
Simply a wow experience! I think this is the only place that sells the £9.99 mini london bus. Excellent gift choice to bring home!
T. A.
Attended day before yesterday with my 3 year old. Had a great time. I go every so often with him. I would have given 5 stars, but the designs and the set up has remained unchanged for quite some time. May be worth changing things up a bit if possible? Staff were really friendly as always.
D. R.
Absolutely beautiful place to shop and great for kids... customer service was fantastic. Only sad part is have to wait for long queue to get in the store but absolutely worth it...
We enjoyed our shopping... 😀😀
B. F. P.
Loved this Lego store!!! Really polite employees
m. t.
Fantastic Lego store with a London appeal. Right now, they have one Lego figure and a double decker bus that you can only get in England from this store. The bus cost about 10 euros.
M. G.
Amazing store with a lot of different Lego toys. One of the best things of the store its the recreation of London's map.
M. K.
Full of people, we had to do a line, but not more than 5 minutes to wait to enter, it worth it. There are amazing LEGO pieces and such a lot of toys and LEGO box of so many different kinds to buy.
The staff it’s so nice and so the security personal.
All it’s made of legos, it’s actually a LEGO world.
c. l.
My favourite adult/kids shop 😀😂
D. P.
Long queue to get in but understandable when they are doing everything possible to keep people safe. Once inside the numbers were low, we could see and participate in everything and the staff were really friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Great work, LEGO store! Thank you 👍
A. F.
Lovely place to visit. Clean bright and airy. Lots to look at whether browsing or buying. Staff extremely helpful without doing the hard sell.
K. L.
Cool Lego displays in the store. You can get you own Lego portrait for 99 pounds. Depending on the time of the day, there may be a line outside of the store as they control the number of people in the store.
K. H.
Being London I was expecting it to be extremely busy and long queues outside the shop, but actually the queue moved really quickly. Inside was all sorts of ranges of Lego, including a huge model of the London Tube and the Elizabeth tower. All Covid measures were set out, and staff were friendly and attentive. I got exactly what I needed. Would’ve been nice to buy a Lego t shirt as a souvenir but only available for kids. Adults like Lego too you know! 😁
S. D.
Very warm! Friendly and attentive security staff.
Not overcrowded.
Mini build was fabulous - both boys delighted to to take away something for free!!!
Amazing Lego features, busy staff and room to move easily.
P. N.
Fun for kids and adults that like Lego. You have a metro at human size.
You can spend a great moment there
Good services
Z. B.
A very well maintained and a spotless store! Staff is also super friendly! Also the store offers a HUGE variety of lego sets! Do visit this store if you are in Central London you won't be disappointed!
J. M.
Awesome shop!! Even if you are just browsing. It's Lego so it's on the expensive side, but it is certainly worth going in :).
M. M.
Really good, some very nice things on display, if you happen to be in Leicester Square pop in and browse the store. Big kids will love it.
J. S.
A great store with a friendly welcome. Some awesome Lego models to view, and take your photo with. there are also models special to the store to purchase. and they have a photo booth that will produce the photo as a lego mosaic
M. B.
Huge store, very cool seeing Big Ben on display.
L.
Amazing store lots of Lego, unfortunately all the sets I wanted this time were unfortunately out of stock but not there fault.
J. H.
LEGO only store, very big. Lots to view and they have some very large pieces on display. Only negative is if busy you have to wait in line to go inside.
C. M.
Staff very helpful, very interactive has everything a Lego enthusiast cold want! Very well done. No brown hair for my build-a-Lego-person.
M. L.
There is a good variety of products! Some interesting collections! We got ourselves the hamster ball from overwatch! You can even find stranger thing collection there! Very good deal for black Friday! Definitely will recommend it!
a.
A great shop full of just about everything you could need lego wise and the lego builds around the shop are awesome though I think there was room for more. The sets were quite expensive though.
C.
An amazing store and amazing workers who are very kind, a bit high on the price but hey, most official shops are
V. F.
Small store but had lego for adults which are pricier and which you normally won't find in other stores that carry the lego brand.
K. M.
I loved visiting the Lego Store. Excellent place for Lego lovers and tourists too. Plenty of items to buy and there's even a build your own section. I loved my visit.
p. p.
It was overcrowded i felt i was gonna die good job my kids puĺled me out
H. R.
What's not to love about the Lego shop! Huge models everywhere that you can get your photo taken with. Loads of variety in the Lego sets (which are the same price as their online shop, so not a rip off)
There's a great section where you can buy 3 mini figures, but you make them yourself from millions of hats, hair pieces, heads, bodies, bottoms and accessories. And this is why I've given it 4 star..... It's a brilliant idea but there's not enough space really fit this and people, naturally, drop bits and it makes the area pretty skiddy here, you sort of step in bits of Lego without raising and have trip. Would be a good idea to put a rubber mat down.
BUT other than that, it's brilliant. And we didn't have to queue, despite going in a study in June. And the staff were helpful and it really fired to the imagination!
C. L.
Watched TV programme about the setting up of this store in London, was looking forward to going to see it with my friend and god son. Staff are really great, happy and helpful, was kind of expecting the place to be a bit bigger though, still worth a visit.
L. F.
Definitely worth a visit when in London. You do need to queue to enter, but this is usually only for a few minutes. The models across the shop are very impressive and the staff are happy to take your photo at any of the photo opportunities.
J. D.
My son attempted to make a mini him lego figure but was disappointed as there were no ethnic skin tones or hair styles to reflect him. Needs to be more inclusive and multi cultural with figures, skin tones, hair etc
T. A. -. F. L.
Very busy but amazing lego store in Leicester Square. Long queue especially during summertime or holidays. Worth visit.
D. L.
A great visit with some spectacular models and the best range of Lego you'll find offline. Well worth a visit if you love Lego although be ready for a queue to get in at busy times!
R. U.
The house that Lego built. Less is more so here's the more. Enjoy the pictures.💂📷 & if you love it. Please like it😎. I'm available as a guide in real life. Just message me..
L. B.
Staff are so knowledgeable and v friendly and engaging. We managed to get the missing blind bag character with a wink and a nudge for our mario set so that was amazing. Came out a lot lighter in the wallet area but the kids love lego and I love watching them do it (just don't love it when we lose a tiny piece for years/ever).
j. e.
Nice, big Lego store.
Able to get things here that you cannot elsewhere...like the Double Decker bus.
A wee bit pricey if you convert it to dollars.
a. s.
The store I'd beautiful, has amazing art pieces and of course, all the Lego sets you could ask for
C. C.
Super pretty showcase
A. J. (.
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Whether you are just browsing or looking to spend a little or a lot there is something here for you. If you like Lego stores then this one takes it to the next level! I would actually state that this is worthy of being on the tourist trail.
A. S.
A childhood dream, great sculptures downstairs of famous London monuments, and a wide selection of products upstairs for everybody. Lots of friendly staff, although it can get very packed with tourists very quickly! A must see!
K. L.
Awesome store with so much stuff to choose from and amazing structures and models!
A. C.
I love Lego, so I love this place it has everything you can think of and the large sculptures that they have great it is absolutely spectacular even if you don't like Lego you need to go down and visit this place.
j. p.
Wow some of the Lego things that have been built are quite amazing
s. e.
Lovely displays of London landmarks made of lego. However it's not as big as I thought it would be, could make use of a bigger selection of lego patterns. The staff are super friendly though.
D. V.
Biggest LEGO Store in Europe. A must for LEGO fans. Was a very nice experience going there.
E. S.
Really friendly staff at the door and inside. Very impressed visit
J. B.
Such much fun, and lego never really discounted so price in store same as online
F. V.
I loved the work of the people involved to build every Lego structure you see at the store like for example the big ben 4 meters high.
A. I.
Must visit place in this part of London for lego fans and not fans. The store occupies 2 floors, but it's not too big. Always have nice lego installations for photo zones. Huge Big Ben as tall as the 1st floor and dragon hanging from the top, as well as london panorama built from Lego above stairs.
There is a kids zone on first floor where you can build something from lego for free or pick and pay for parts.
Most expensive lego set build are exposed there: like Star wars falcon or Death star.
R. D.
Outstanding place, excellent level of interactivity for the children, with little pods where they can practice freely.
C. E.
Hot. Queues to get in but moving quickly, means they are limiting numbers which is good.
D. L.
Super giant models on display, worth a visit just to see them.
C. M.
Not as big as I thought wanted a Lego lunch box but they don't do them
s. s.
Great store . Really interesting builds. Adidas trainer self portrait !
H.
Excellent store staff super friendly and we were given a glimpse of the Lego Luigi before release (thank you Michael) as well as a free gift.
M. J.
A must visit for any Lego fanatics. We had to wait a bit to get in. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
A. G.
Took my grandson there for a birthday treat. He loved it. The lego around the store was brilliant. Worth a visit even if you don't buy anything which is impossible!
L. B.
If you're a Lego fan this is an essential trip. They have one of the biggest ranges of Lego sets out of all the stores I have been in. There's something for anyone even just to browse the many London themed displays. HAPPY SHOPPING!
G. C.
The famous Lego bricks opened their flagship store in Leicester Square. Expect long queues all day long. Ground floor and upper floor all with shelves full of brick models of any kind (monuments. movie themes, castles, pirate ships). Big sized London landmarks are all over the place ready to be used photo-instagrammed! You can even enter the photo booth that creates your face photo in a brick portrait - amazing!
T. L.
Uber friendly staff who are only too willing to help you.
D. B.
You can find amazing stuff there! They have very friendly staff.
S. W.
Fun little store with very friendly, cheery staff. We were waiting quite a while for the Print-a-brick as a large group had just gone before us, and we had I think 4 separate staff members ask if we were alright and apologizing for the wait.
R. R.
The store is amazing and the staff really friendly. I had a great time creating my own Lego characters there. :D
Y. S.
Even if there's not enough types of lego, there are so many cute and awesome lego structures! See what's in there and have to take pictures with these. This lego store is the most memorable lego store I've ever visited. Go and see these cuties.
D. S.
Very helpful and kind staff. The shop is huge but also full of people. Variety of products and Lego figure that can make by your own.
P. W.
Love this place. Loads of Lego and the staff were very friendly. I'm sure I'll be back with the kids before Christmas!
O. T.
A brief amount of my life spend waiting the queue outside of this store. Selections can be surprisingly limited sometimes.
z. b.
Wow! The things you can do with lego is awesome. Staff are very very helpful and plenty of opportunities to play and take photos
H. L.
the best LEGO store I ever visited! They have a mini Leicester Square including maps, subway, and all the signages~ think about how excited it is..! sometimes in the afternoon there is a queue to get in to the store simply because too much visitors or customers! There is also a mosaic maker which allows you to make a Lego brick mosaic painting of your selfie(from the camera in the store)~ expensive ....around 99 pound per picture I recall but totally booked of the day...so remember to reserve it online if you would like to try one~
very nice and patient staff, and totally worth to check it out.
A. L.
Long queue to get into building. Well worth it to see the models. Temperature a bit high for my liking!
A. R.
The Lego store in Leicester Square is a nice place not only for shopping but to visit in general. It has nice lego replicas of landmarks such as Big Ben. The store itself is quite big with a ground floor and first floor, therefore twice as much choice! If you visit it, I suggest that youquickly have a look at the screen on the side of the store (next to McDonald's), there is a fun game where you can scan your hand and your lego counterpart will appear on the screen. As much fun as it is if you are visiting with kids, it's also a lot of fun if you are hanging out with friends as the results are sometimes quite unexpected.
M. O.
This place made my day! Me and my daughters went here and they were overjoyed!
A. W.
An amazing store, filled with great LEGO models and of course things to buy. It's just as much an experience as it is a store
K. C. L.
A must visit if you are into LEGO. There are lot of sets to buy and the LEGO art in the store is at least worth a shot.
R. J.
Lovely big shop with loads of really impressive lego models on display.
J. L.
Excellent shop with a great range of products and friendly staff. Create your own minifigure is great!
F. F.
Amazing just don't go at the weekend. Way too busy
a. t.
Good fun although very busy! Some great displays
n. h.
Very busy fun and free to visit with loads off cool stuff to look at
T. D.
Friendly staff, but the range of Lego available in store is quite limited. Smyths Toy Shop seem to stock more !
J. A.
Bought first Lego item for myself since 1970.
Lego in Covent Garden is packed with people. Girl at the checkout asked if it was for me, probably cos how old I am... Of course.
C. H.
The shop is nice and clean. However, I think it lacks a bit of characters such as areas that people can touch and play the Legos. I guess it is difficult with covid, but still thinks it can be more fun.
K. G.
This the best Lego store I've been too. All the Lego structures deserves an award. From Big Ben to a London telephone booth. Me and my kids truly enjoyed this store and recommend a visit to anyone
M. A.
Great selection of childrens toys, but can be a bit pricey with some toys ranging from £99-£699.
N. L.
As usual a very good experience. First time for the 7 year old granddaughter. She loved it!!! The staff were very helpful.
G.
This was really interesting, the staff were lovely, including the security man who greeted me with a red Lego sword. Big up your chess. I mucked about and the staff were cool
H. N.
Really nice although I didn't find a set I was looking for. I mean it's the largest in the world so I was expecting it to be there. But nonetheless it was an amazing experience. Quite pricey so remember that.
F. M.
Awesome collections of Lego and fast moving queue!
M. S.
Amazing place to get gifts for your friends Kid’s Birthday Parties and Also to enjoy and maybe buy something for yourself!
K. l.
A great experience friendly service with a smile 😃
D. M.
A good store to pop-into with kids for a few minutes of magic. No hard selling going on but lots to buy if you're so inclined!
J. M.
Amazing shop, with helpful staff and great products.
J. w.
Really enjoy staff introduce the Lego how it works to us,thank you
P. A. G.
Amazing store full of toys and LEGO pieces 😍
S.
Lots of new arrivals very friendly and helpful staff. Loved it will be comeing back as soon as I can.
N. M.
If you love LEGO, you must definitely visit this store.
T. B.
Very crowded, need patients for anything. Very friendly personnel, small store, not so much variety.
S. K.
Too easy to spend too much. But that's never a downside. Brilliant
L. I.
Awesome Lego store, but is not as big as you could imagine.
F. F.
Very helpful staff, pre-sorted the new Marvel CMF series so you could grab the ones you want.
J. H.
Was very helpful and had what I wanted in stock.
O. B. (.
Lovely interior, very nice service. More than just a store, would recommend a visit if you're around!
H. V.
What's not to love about Lego. The store has plenty of stock on popular sets with most built and displayed. Service is great and friendly. Nobody rushes you or approaches when you are browsing, unless beckoned. Its fun for adults and children, with areas for all to play.
D. v. d. W.
Who doesnt love Lego? Not only can you design your own character, you can print a complete custom design on the 'shirt'. If you want you can even get a custom Lego artwork of your face!
G. C.
staff were so friendly, i could have bought the whole shop if i wanted too. went on saturday afternoon and queued for an hour and went on monday morning and walked straight in. 100% recommend to any lego fan.
R. H.
Amazing lego constructions in the shop. Eg a big ben with coordinated time for it to ring at real time. Also has a good amount of things to do there such as a picture creator for you made out of lego and a new minifigure making factory so you can design and create your own custom lego figure. The workers here are supportive and show good communication skills like asking you if you would like their help with anything or if there is anything in particular you are looking for and if so they will direct you to it.
C. H.
Very friendly staff who helped me immediately, took great care of me and ensure I had everything I needed. If you like lego it's a great store to go visit!
S.
Amazing Lego 😍 daughter loved everything about the shop from the amazing displays to the friendly staff, we will definitely be back 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍I
M. F.
Always good fun popping in and the staff are brilliant and helpful.
M. T.

Fun store with tons to look at and to buy. The builds inside are pretty cool!
A. Y.
Got to make custom lego people with my love, recommend to all!!!
G. R.
Amazing store with really lovely staff greeting you at the door!! Great for kids as you can go there and build what you like!
D. J.
Brough my grandson here before the lockdown, absolutely fantastic! I think I enjoyed it more than he did HA HA!
Great sets, they've come on a bit since my day!
Had a lovely time and the staff were very helpful when we Meade some little Lego men.
M. B.
Not very large shop. too many people looking around as if they are into a museum, I wanted to buy fast and there was none so I had to ask for someone to serve me.
E. G.
Friendly staff and it's Lego. It's good they control numbers in the shop so it doesn't get too crowded although it can still feel busy at certain points...
Z.
Queues can be really long, worth the wait if you’re Lego fan. Staff were great.
F. N.
The best Lego shop in the world where you have a lot of attractions, like it being a 2 storey, shop-sized, legoland but also a shop. Also has so many events and specials that are always a treat.
B. S.
For kids big and small. Seriously the best place in the world and thr staff is super friendly in spite of how busy it is.
N. K.
Very busy but nice organiser for the queue not let people go in a lots they have staff happy for help over all excellent
A. S.
This store is great. Sure it's a little expensive but it appears well laid out and managed, and the team running the store do a great job ensuring that the store is busy but not over capacity so there's room to look around the store without tripping over people constantly. Also, love the feature statues and the wall art.
Great job to the whole team! You've done a great job with the store.
K. A.
Great London themed shop (99.9% of the goods are the same as you can get in any Lego store, but the theme is nicely done)
K. K.
Very friendly crew, amazing things built from LEGO.
Z. C.
the atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff are absolutely friendly! that was my last day in London, and I spent the last of few hours playing these legos! haha
W. W.
Brilliant Lego models/ art...lots of great sets!
S. j.
Amazing! Such a beautiful clean store with the most helpful staff ever! Especially at the build your own mini section! So impressed
N. M.
Got a great McMuffin and the best hash brown ever made
T. S.
Just awesome! Perfect for kids, teenager, adults and also people who don't like Lego at all (in case that they really exist).
N. A.
Great to visit, especially at the end of the day when the queues aren't as long. Best after 6pm
J. B.
This is an event. Expect to wait in line unless you arrive early in the day. Many new Lego sets that might not be easy to find elsewhere. Super warm and friendly staff. Great welcoming environment. Had to set a spending limit with the kids because there are just too many fantastic options to choose from. Prices are what you would find elsewhere so only worth it if you are looking for a Lego "experience" and variety.
You can also make your own Lego figure, choosing the body and head etc. Very cool options. Would have been better if they offered this for the Lego "friends" series of figures as well.
T. S.
Friendly and helpful staff, great selection. Both old and new sets
R. R.
What a store! The selection was amazing and mind blowing. The staff were amazing and helpful. Plus they found out it was my sons birthday and they gave him loads of free things.
B. 8.
A great place for Lego fans young and old.
C. I. R.
100% recommended. Not just for kids. Staff is super duper and you can have hours of diversion and joy in family.
A. P. (.
The best Lego Store ever. I could spend here whole day 😍
E. P.
The day I visited the store it was very full and I couldn't see things well.
P. M.
Excellent for all ages , bit of a question to get in but we'll worth it . You are not packed in so you can have a good look around at the wonderful displays.
L. T.
A super fun shop with amazing Lego structures. Had some incredible technology too, definitely a must visit.
a.
Great place to just browse and windowshop, very vibrant and busy!
Last time I went here, had a great interaction with one of the staff. He had a lot of knowledge on different models of lego sets when we asked about a specific one. Had a nice conversation while he helped us look around.
Although it's a hectic place it's worth going to especially with kids or lego fans.
L. O. M.
Just an amazingly wonderful experience and place. Wall to wall reasons to smile
F. F.
The best lego store I've been to. Very nice and creative
P. G.
A must visit ... staff here love their job!!!!
M. T.
Staff was super helpful and friendly! American levels of service! My son (and my husband! 😂) were absolutely thrilled!
R. K.
Great place to see if you like legos
D. R.
A big world ful of toys. I’ve never seen anything like this before, just amazing.
A. Y.
I love this store. Despite how busy it gets, always cheerful staff, good service and Gabriel even went back upstairs to get the heavy tree for me!!
R. R.
Extremely helpful staff, all very happy to help
C. S.
Great place to visit, the kids love seeing the large Lego figures on display. There is an area in the store with Lego for the kids to build their own creations. There is all sorts of Lego to buy from all the different ranges, some more expensive than online some reasonably priced but visiting for the experience.
I must give credit to the staff working in the store as they were extremely helpful and welcoming everytime we have been in :)
R. S.
Great store, amazing variety and friendly staff. Some items are quite expensive though.
K. B.
What a great store!! The awesome Lego creations will blow your mind! A wide variety of Lego kits of all sizes are available. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful.
S. S.
Im not a lego person but the models are unbelievable , the amount of bricks its taken to make big ben .
M. D. s.
It was a cool please to visit with children, many staff but just half of them really useful
I. M.
The place is epic for a Lego fan, could spend a fortune in here
G. M.
One of the most interesting shops in Leicester Square
J.
Went in for a portrait on the mosaic maker and the staff (Specifically a lady called Maria) were super friendly and it made for a wonderful and memorable experience.
N. B.
Wow some truly amazing lego creations in the store
M. C.
A joy to visit. Excellent customer service, very friendly and enthusiastic staff, as in all LEGO stores. A lovely place to visit and spend a long time in
s.
Good Lego store, queues are always mad outside and staff seem a little rushed off off their feet always but always try their best
M. G.
It's a Lego shop so it's immediately awesome but this one is too popular for its own good. Very busy inside, lots of tourists, tough for actual shoppers, especially when trying to get upstairs where people block the top to take a photo of an amazing Lego panorama of London above. No lift on our visit so had to leave pram downstairs, a wheelchair user would be very disappointed if they'd made the trip!
R. P.
Helpful and friendly staff, good selection of Lego. Loads of great London themed Lego models in the store
K. C.
Well laid out and good stock levels. The mosaic photo booth is a definite highlight
M. C. (.
Knowledgeable staff and everyone has a smile (u can't see it from the mask, but hear it in their voices)regardless of the time of day u visit. Check out the store and sets for Halloween ween, it's a treat 😜!
D.
A great place to come with the children for a play with some interesting pre-made sets on display, spread across two floors. There are probably better places to go to actually buy Lego though, as the shop is quite small and isn't able to stock anywhere near the full range of products the company has to offer.
A. S.
All things Lego! Friendly staff too!
J. O.
Absolutely brilliant! Prices more affordable than rip off Hamleys.
E. J.
Amazing! brilliant designs, staff super helpful. Prices havent been jacked up because of location. London store exclusives.
L. F.
Really surprised at all the models inside. Like a mini version of Legoland
A. T.
Surprisingly small & not a lot of variety IMHO
P. B.
I have to give this 5 stars because I love Lego so much but they could have done such much with these place. Compared to the M and M world across the road these seems to be a poor attempt and building a flag ship store that draws customers in although every time I have been there there has been a queue around the block. The prices are reasonable with some good offers.
s. w.
First Class Staff! Obviously enjoy their job, friendly, helpful, fun!
