I bought a hamster. It was a purely white and long haired hamster, very beautiful. It was significantly more expensive than Pets at Home (£25 v £12), but I guess people could afford the difference. I didn't have a chance to look around the shop as I parked my car in the nearby Tesco carpark, which only has 1 hour limit)

I visited this pet/fish shop for the first time today in a long time. I have recently set up my tropical fish tank again after 18 months. The shop assistant's were so very helpful even helping me to decide what new fish I could get that was going to be compatible with the fish I already have. The two young smart knowledgeable ladies today were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different fish they had and spent time with me discussing what I required and I have to say are a great credit to your shop. I would strongly recommend going here for all you pet needs. Oh yes let's not forget the well papered cat who was lazing away the afternoon and enjoys petting very much. Will be travelling here for all my fish needs regularly

I would personally like to say that this pet shop is amazing! I went there to ask how it’d be like having pet guinea pigs but came out wanting to get a rabbit. I came once more and then the next time I got the rabbit himself. I’ve had him for a week now and he is very happy. Moreover, the staff are very kind and helpful! All of the pets are kept in suitable habitats considering they aren’t kept there forever. They have fish, birds, rodents, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles including snakes. I would highly recommend going there to rehome a pet.

I received such amazing advice from Jordan and Jay. I found these women to be really patient with me, very passionate about the per and have a wealth of expertise and advice. I bought an aquarium and I bought some of my fish. Before hand, They gave me crystal clear advice about how many fish is recommended for my tank, how to prepare the tank for my fish, how to maintain and clean for my aquarium and so much more setting it up. They also advised feeding times, and when to clean my tank and more. I was so happy with their service, professionalism and honesty. You can see the passion when you talk with them. Lastly I found and their prices competitive and affordable too. I'll see you soon Pet Shop. I'll definitely come back for more pets. Thank you for your excellent support and service Miss Thomas X 😘

I’ve always gone out of my way to come here because they have a great selection of good quality dog treats and foods. I have always shopped independent pet shops as the animals are always of much better quality and never have any issues. I made the mistake of getting gerbils from Pets At Home a few years ago and they ended up getting cancer and dying quite painfully. I bought three new gerbils from here last week and they are all really happy and healthy. The animals in the shop all look well taken care of and happy too. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to fix any issues I had. They are one of the few independent pet shops in London that still sells pets and I would say are the best in terms of products and animal health.
