I have been meaning to review this place for about a year and a half, but am only finally getting around to it. I think the manager is called Richard and he absolutely has superpowers in unfailing customer care and politeness even when it is slammed and the queue is to the door or people need help on the self service counters. All through covid it has been constant and people can get rude in there, but I can see he always tries his best. There are obviously not enough staff to cover this large and very busy store and the stationary till efficiently and I see him regularly doing the job of three people and his colleagues are all amazing too. I hope UOE send more staff to keep this great friendly team from burnout out. Camden UOE is the best. Thank you.

Mr David was super helpful & friendly. He told me the best options for my parcel that I did not even know existed - and then he even helped carry them to cashier desk! Excellent service and cheered me up tremendously on this rainy day! Moein took over the rest of the transaction and was also efficient and friendly. Had the best customer service I've had in the long while! Was greeted by Richard, who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with explaining the process for changing a NZ licence to a UK one. Was then served by Moein who was very patient and clear while assisting with all the different aspects of the application. We use Zipcar for our education courses and needed our driving licence renewed. Moein was incredibly helpful...my phone ran out of data which prevented me from emailing the postal label to the post office to be printed. Moein offered to connect me to his own personal phone data so that I could complete my transaction at the post office. And for a small fee, he printed my label which I provided to the Post Office counter. That is what I call customer Service. Thank you.

My colleague and I had to run down to the UOE store in Camden last minute to drop off 28 parcels. We arrived with only 1 minute to spare: or even seconds! The manager gladly offered to help us with our post and the rest of the staff too were more than helpful. I relabelled them to the hotel and assured me that by Special Delivery they would arrive by 12 noon today 15 June. And they did, What an asset to Camden MOEIN is!!

I was in your store today. I wanted to send off a post abroad. I was helped by a gentleman called Mo who was very helpful. He guided me through the self scan machine. As it was my first time sending a post abroad, he was kind enough to give me lots of information and helped me through the process .Even though it was very busy, he was still able to help me send it off. Thanks you for your great service, I had a great experience from this store.

I've been using this post office for nearly a year since I moved to the area with my gf and please to say the staff are always friendly and going out there way to help. Even when it's busy they keep the queue moving and try to keep the customers happy, which is not always easy in these times. Nobody likes queueing ofc but its nice to see a friendly face at the end. My gf also really like the cards section!

UOE has done it again. I usually go to my local post office in Stoke Newington and usually served by Madhur. Last Monday I went into the new Camden post office which is local to my shop, and to my surprise I see Madhur again. He is brilliant and has the best customer service I have ever seen. UOE has done an amazing job in rejuvenating the Camden post office. The staff are much nicer and waiting times are much less. Thanks Madhur once again and thanks to UOE for making the post office a pleasant environment to be in.

This place is one of the only post offices with normal opening hours at the moment (covid lockdown). There was a long wait time in the queue, but it’s understandable, for safety reasons. Guy who served me knew his stuff.

Richard / Ben gave excellent customer customer service at Camden Town post office . He went out of his way to do an ID check for SIA license .. .. a process he wasn’t to familiar with .. but eventually done it . Only bad thing is que is quite long because of less tills but there is self service counters .

Despite the busy times the service was fantastic and they were very attentive in finding out who could be served to make the queue go down faster. Richard especially helped a lot and gave me all the info I needed.
