Great service. Spent time talking me through what I should buy. They didn't have it in stock but did have it in their other store. They delivered it to me the same day after closing time.

Highly recommend!!! Staff recommend helpful and friendly with manners I have some for a really long time been trying to stop for too long now , I am currently on the 8th day since I did NOT smoked any cigarettes or tobacco! The gentleman who served me on the first time I went to the shop gave the the perfect vaper and liquids for my needs ! Thank you guys for helping me make a big change for the better 🙏

Amazing vape shop, been to loads over the years but this is by far the best. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. If they haven't got the juice you want they always order them in for you. 6/5, if you haven't been, then definitely pop in!

Second time I've bought liquid from these guys and I got to say they're very helpful and knowledgeable in this field! They were also able to help set up my vaper mod to the correct settings to stop me burning through my coils (even through i didn't buy it from them). Definitely recommend!

Great little vape shop based just up the road from Colliers Wood Station. The guys there were very helpful/friendly. The shop itself looks really good with lots of different flavours and equipment. What sold it for me was the fact that you can try a flavour before you buy it. Really like that idea. They do a decent coffee too. Will be back for sure. Definitely worth a visit. Cheers boys.

Great shop, selection of mods, and juice. Majid helped me out and was patient whilst I took my time choosing everything. Thanks again, and will be visiting shortly for a top up. Relaxed atmosphere, offered drink whilst i choosing which was unexpected. Knowledgeable and an expert if anyone needs assurance. Great location too, found parking immediately on Saturday!

I usually do not write reviews but this time I felt the need to drop a review for this local vape shop which I came across after moving into the area a few months back. Having been a vaper for a few years now, I have been to a few stores in my time, abroad and in the UK. What I can say about these guys is that their service is second to none. Genuinely nice and honest guys. No hard selling, no pushy service and very unbiased advice on a new product I was looking to purchase. I have experienced the service from surrounding shops (before I found vape lab) and without going into too much detail, one was more interested in selling me something I really didn't want or need (maybe it was double commission that day?) and the other shop looked as if he would rather be lying on the beach somewhere (wouldn't be all ?!) Zac served me but his colleague was in the store who equally had great input on his experience and the product. What I noticed was their overall service to other customers whilst I was being served. Every customer was acknowledged as soon as they came in and each and every customer was served with a smile. I even spoke to one of their regular customers who mentioned they would not even think of going anywhere else. Its not really hard to see why these guys have a great rep to be fair. Other than their service, their juice line is huge, selection is amazing and that goes for their hardware range as well. I have already recommended a couple friends who have popped in and are just as happy as I was. keep up the great work guys, you will be seeing me again pretty soon! (Danny - Events Manager)

A great shop, huge range of products and amazing staff who are so friendly, bought a lovely new mod and some great new flavours! The guys were really helpful in finding everything I wanted! Also it's just around the corner so that's super helpful! Don't go anywhere!

I'm so glad I finally popped in to the store - very knowledgable for both experienced and new vapers. Great selection of juices and importantly (for me) spare glass tanks for when I've dropped and smashed mine ! These guys go out of their way to help and advise you if you need it ... definitely my fave store around !
