I had an issue with my dog's prescription for his flea medication and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who talked me through what I needed to do and how to place my order online. Very competitive with other online pharmacies. Would highly recommend.

J. H.I always judge a company by the way they deal with things when something goes wrong and this company is right up there with the best. I ordered some flee treatment for my dog and, although I got a confirmation email, was surprised that the order had not been sent after a week. I contacted them and, within hours, had a reply informing me that they had a glitch with their IT system and promised to deal with it immediately, which they did, and I got my delivery exactly when they told me I would. Other companies should learn from this fine example. Will have no hesitation in using them again.

J.Used them for the first time this week which was in hindsight a bit silly as my package got held up by Christmas post. I called up though and they explained and it arrived the next morning anyway. I think next time I'll go for the tracked option for peace of mind.
