Totally unexpected great experience. Was walking by and seen some interesting troll and knight looking toys. I walked inside and was greeted by a very friendly member of staff. Next thing I know I was painting little figures and learning about playing Warhammer. A fantastic hour spent doing something new and learning from someone passionate about all things Warhammer. Great experience and highly recommended. Thanks.

I'm from the States but lived in the UK during the late 90s/early 2000s and my friends at the time were super into all things Games Workshop. I had thought of the place much after returning home and having my own family. But suddenly I have a teenage son who discovered Warhammer and a dream was born to get him into one of the UK shops. Dreams come true, visiting Warhammer in November 2021 is one of his favorite life experiences to date. The staff was wobderful, really appreciate their kindness and assistance. Special thanks to Daryll Murphy, my teens are still talking about him a couple weeks later, he's got quite the fan club.

Had a really amazing experience getting into the hobby for the first time. Matt, was the staff that helped me and he was super cool and helpful. Helping me pick a kit and teaching me how to construct and paint the figures in it. Honestly I had a blast and I'm looking forward to returning when I visit London again.

Very engaging and informative shop assistants, As soon as I entered I was greeted by both of them and was attended to. Hello! This is a great shop! I bought a few things here during my trip to London and the people that work here are really nice! They helped with finding the stuff that i was looking for. The products that I bought here were really good. There are always people available that can help you find everything you need and if you have any questions about a product they will help you.

Very friendly and helpful staff. All my family were just starting to build warhammer miniatures and had lots of questions, especially the two boys. The staff took time out to interact with my sons giving them advice on their chosen armies, how to build them and how to paint them. As with all Warhammer shops, this is not huge, but a reasonable size. It was busy when we went in, which was early evening, with people building and painting. The same helpful attitude was seen from other customers, who were also more than happy to help my sons and answer their questions.

Came here on on a school trip to buy my first ever 40k set, and boy have I never staff so friendly. This is one of the best shops I've seen, great staff and amazing stock plus the displayed battlefield they had was a sight to behold. Would definitely recommend anyone near this shop to go and take a look.

People working there were very enthusiastic and talkative. But left you alone if you needed it. Though you may be approached by multiple people not knowing someone else had already spoken to you. Were understanding when you said you were just looking. They also showed me and a friend how to paint a model over about five/ten mins as we were in a rush but was good to get an idea of it. Clean, smart, efficient. The staff are pretty nice, and do a good job of the old 'hi can I help' shtick, which (let's face it) they don't want to do any more than we want them to do it, but they usually manage to pull it off without invoking a looming dread so lets call that a win. *wraith screeching* The prices, obvs, are more expensive than getting it from any 3rd party gamestore, and the selection can be limited now that GW has webstore exclusives, but I suppose when you have a monopoly you might as well twiddle that mustache, and they'll order stuff in for you for the very next working day. It's Warhammer what more do you need to know? Very helpful staff, a good sized space with great looking displays, always top paint jobs all around as is to be expected. There is a great stock selection, and Monday's are game nights if I remember correctly, with a decent friendly crowd. Last Christmas they did a promo with Forgeworld selling a limited selection of their stock for a brief period, I feel that more of this kind of thing would go a long way in getting some gamers into bigger armies, and considering apocalypse games with putting Forgeworld models in their lineup. Would certainly be nice to see more FW models sold in store.

Most spacious tabletop gaming shop I've found - so wheelchair friendly. Atmosphere is welcoming and the staff, while very friendly and helpful, level of knowledge is intermittent. They are however extremely... attentive - in a SINGLE 45ish minute visit I was asked if I needed help four times. While they only stock GamesWorkshop ranges and Citadel paints - where Dark Sphere and Orc's Nest have a more diverse range - they DO stock pretty much EVERY GamesWorkshop range and Citadel paint. OH, apart from the Sisters of Battle. I asked about them as they seemed to be the ONLY ones not on the shelves... A lovely member of floor staff went to consult her superior and reported back with; 'No. And we never will'. Evidently, he seemed to have some particularly... strong feelings on that specific warband.

PROs: - Staff is friendly and polite - Store is amazing - Well supplied CONs: - It is in London. It is totally unlike a small town shop with fix people and family-like atmosphere. Staff fluctuates heavily, you hardly see the same people when you walk in. Staff is used to tourists and window shoppers and you are usually treated as one. They are polite but you can feel like being on a conveyor belt. If the staff can't sell you anything in 5 minutes you will be left on your own. This is because London is like this, has nothing to with GW or the staff. (Don't live in London)
