Jamie went above and beyond the call of duty. I ordered a product that ended up not quite working for the specific needs of my flat. In trying to install it, I damaged the product a bit. Jamie was able to convince to manufacturer to give a refund. He also offered a discount on the suggested retail prices, which was nice. I don't buy fixtures or lamps that often, but this will be my go-to shop.
