First time buying cigars of any sort after reading through reviews ect I Purchased two boxed of habana cuban minis Romeo y julieta & montecristo today at a reasonable price. Came in to buy cigars because my partner said it's traditional of a wedding day so popped in as a complete novice. The service from the staff couldn't of been better. I will definitely be coming back here.

Really nice cigar shop, sells plenty of drinking and smoking paraphernalia along with other traditionally masculine items. A little more expensive than I'd like but for the knowledge of its staff and the quality of the items there, definitely worth it for a treat or present

Came in on the Monday to scout cigars, man with the moustache was extremely helpful. When I came in to purchase on Wednesday the next gents were just as good, very courteous and helpful! Would definitely recommend, they have an awesome selection, service and superior knowledge. Will be returning!

Fantastic old-school tobacconist with a large range of products. They sell all the standard brands but their speciality is the sweet-shop style array of fresh tobacco, both hand-rolling and pipe; must be at least twenty flavours. As well as this they have an entire section devoted to cigars, which they seem to be very well informed about. In addition to the tobacco this shop also sells all the paraphernalia associated with smoking, including a dizzying number of quality lighters. Oh and did I mention the display cupboards packed with exquisite or unusual bottles of whisky and spirits? Great customer service too - we need to keep these family businesses in business.

I have been visiting this place for over 20 years. They fellas who work here are so helpful. It is a must go to place. A dying breed alas. It has gone through a renovation some years ago. I found it sad that it has now got the look a duty free place in Dubai. But the service of the people is great. Never push you to something you don,t want, just well informed honest. I love this place. I could see why the English are known for their patience to fault sometimes. I travel sometimes over 140 miles just to get a feeling of where my elders shopped and I was too concerned about getting them to buy me an ice cream soda! I know take my nieces and nephews there and they want to know when we are going to the Apple Store? Sad times have changed. But this place is like Mr Ben's shop. Your are transported back in time.

I love this place. I only go in for hand tolling tobacco and have been for the last 5years. I love to browse the spirits and cigars and their choice of hand rolling baccy is the best. It's a lovely, classy shop and the staff know their stuff.

Came here to find a favorite brand but they didn't have it (I'm from the States -- it's understandable). However, the man working was able to match it nearly perfectly once I described the flavor to him and I walked out very happy! Very courteous, professional, and friendly. Well worth the hike from Blackpool. Will definitely be back!
