m. k.Flavorsome food with amazing mouthwatering toppings that give you the feel of heaven as the food melts in your mouth. Everything from the taste till the aftertaste was top notch and so was the customer service. The guy at the tills helped me with my choices and explained the deals to me with a very calm , composed and friendly manner which is really hard to find nowadays . Would have given it more stars if possible mainly because of the friendly staff and amazing service.
M. S.I was shopping at Arndale with my daughter. We decided to grab some bite at Chopstix. We were served by lovely Jason. My daughter has some food allergies and has explained theirs food allergen chart to us so we were able to pick something for my daughter. He has also suggested us some extra toppings. Food was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!!

I have to admit Chopstix bring my attention straight away. Lovely food cooked by chefs right in front of you! All staff was so friendly smiling to us before We even enter the queue. Food was delicious and manager helped my parents understand what options are available ( they can’t read English too well) . And offered us great deal that We only pay 20p for a side!!! Amazing service and prices. Thank you team Arndale!

A.Visited the store today with the family and the service I recieved was amazing every single person behind that counter made the effort to say hi or smile and the fuss they made over the children was amazing to see. And to top the visit off the food looked and tasted amazing. Will definitely visit again. If I could give more stars I would.
b. b.Sweet and sour chicken so yummy, such a right balance on the sweetness and sourness. The sauce comes so well with the egg fried rice and I finished the whole box in just 5 mins. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I ate at the Food Court with my family and we tried Chopstix for the first time.
The service was fast and friendly and food very good and cheap.
The girl at the till helped me with the order. I ordered the drink and she raccomended me to get a side as well for only 5p: so kind :)

Chopstix definitely stood out to me when I went to grab some lunch. I was so excited to see that they opened up in there! Food was delicious... Cashier I think her name was Valery? or Valeria. She was so friendly ask me how my day was going while making my delicious food. Food service is so much better when you dont have this awkward silence... Valeria thank you ! For making my day by being so friendly and asking me how am I doing. World would be better place if we could all be this polite and happy.
P. H.Visited here earlier today and had the caramel chicken, bbq chicken and egg fried rice which was lovely. My partner has allergies, and one of the staff members was super helpful in going through the allergens with her and eventually he recommended the pumpkin katsu which she really enjoyed. Well deserved 5 stars and big thank you to that young man!

Food is always freshly cooked behind the counter,
staff and management are always extra nice and they
cater for everyone from my favourite salt and pepper
chicken, prawns and beef.

N.I loved the variety they have . They give three size boxes varey different price range like 5£ for small box and 6.60£ for medium i guess !
But i love the food when its fresh because its hot and more yummy . What i love about this is the packing like a box as you can takeaway and can easily eat in a car, office or on a trip !!
You can enjoy a traditional chinease in a go and i love eating chinease ,thai and japanease food so its a great option for my taste buds 🙂 . Its a takeaway, eat in and delivery as well which is just superb.
But if someone is thinking to eat a very high kind of chinease then the resturant would be a better option because you are able to get starters , full huge main menu including deserts as well . So that will be a family meal day .
So At chopstix its great to eat yummy and tasty chinease without going to a resturant !!

Carmen took my order and prepared the box, very nice and humble, good customer services and prepared good professionally. Guy on the till Urkram packed the food at the till and nicely served with smiles. Food quality was great, fresh and taste perfect. i my kids really enjoyed and off-course we will visit again.

v. a.The first time I’ve tried chopstix was 2 years ago when I started working in the arndale,I’ve never had it before but when I asked my colleagues where would they go for there lunch and they said chopstix.I usually get the large box with veggie noodles salt and pepper wedges,salt and pepper chicken and caramel drizzle chicken,I usually get it with the spring rolls too.I would definitely say chopstix is my go to food.:)

A. S.Decided to go with the Family Platter via Take-out. Opted for Chinese Curry, Salt & Pepper Chicken, Prawns and Beef Teriyaki.
I would not recommend the Chinese Curry, they overloaded it with peas and it lacked spice. The Beef Teriyaki and Prawns were the best out of our dishes however the portions were small.
The honest best thing about this take out arethe containers, they serve really great for using as packed lunch boxes.

A.I fell in love with this place when it first opened. They have a limited menu but the food is cooked fresh and tastes like heaven. Die Nudeln sind recht schmackhaft und mit der großen Portion für 6,50 kommt man gut hin. Leider wurden wir nicht sehr herzlich empfangen. Dafür konnte man Holzlöffel und Stäubchen mitnehmen.
