I wish the selection of none games were closer to be more games related. Rather than a lot more "random toys" like they have now. I would love merchandise to be games related.

The staff here are what make it for me. Their management is like no other, everyone's got a lot of time for the customers and you know you're getting a good convo out of them just for that. It's game, but this is one of their flagship stores I believe and the company should be proud of how well run this place is. Thank you for always making me feel welcome. Game are a good store but have left their roots a bit as this is now filled with Apparel and Pop culture gifts. It is understandable with the move to digital, however the store felt messy and as some of the items were by the till it was difficult to view without being in the queue

Got a PS4 and Last Of Us Part 2 and it's amazing and thanks to Game got a few games premium games downloaded for only £6.99 on PlayStation Plus. A good store but I would only really use it to browse the selection of different games. The store selection is very good and the staff are friendly and attentive but most new games here are just overpriced. You're a lot better off just browsing any games that you might be interested in buying and then just ordering them online for a fraction of the price; same goes for their plushies and other gaming merchandise.

It's quite a small store. However, I came there for Nintendo console repair and staff are friendly. They took my console and fixed it on the till. Where I able to see it without having them going in the back room. Great service.

What's not to like. I am not a fan of buying games online. Best place to visit. Staff are polite, pleasant and fun to be around. They are not invasive, but highly approachable. By far the Manchester Arndale Game is the best.

It's a pretty standard Game, they have a small amount of other merchandise scattered around the store, a VERY small PS Vita section (usually only 1-5 games, if any), but the staff here are great, especially when you're trying to find something or make a preorder (picture of my friend pre-ordering her Nintendo Switch).

Today me and my friend went in for a nose. My friend was unsure of a purchase but a staff member assisted us and even highlighted a promotion. At the till a second member served us who was extremely friendly. However there was an agressive and rude customer. He was abusive and rude towards the staff and when the first staff member tried to deal with him he continued to be agressive and rude! The staff dealt with him well, staying polite and defussing the situation immediately and effectively. I believe this was extremely good customer service! Not drawing attention for the other customers while they dealt with it! These staff should be rewarded!

For all the bad reputation this place can get, the staff regularly have a genuine passion for the subject matter and a lot of knowledge on things I have no idea about. Yes, they have the upselling script and a dozen extras to try and sell you but beyond that, it's a very positive group of people.

Fine... I guess. It's actually kinda shocking how small the range is in-store. Many lesser known titles have to be ordered in and at that point Amazon can get it to me cheaper and quicker. Also they just don't sell Amiibo any more. I guess if you want gift cards, Halo t-shirts and FIFA it's great but Smyth's toy store does a better job and it's not even a dedicated video game shop. Staff are fine they seem to understand what's new etc

Lovely staff, they were able to help me find just what I needed, i bought a USB type C cable from them and it works great nearly a year later, I also picked up a charger for Ds and that too works great. Overall positive experience and will be sure to shop again in the future.

Great for finding what you're looking for but till service takes forever as the staff are a little too chatty with each and less so with the customers. This has happened to me a couple of times now otherwise I wouldn't have said anything.

If you're in the mall then this is the best place to get some games. However there are always ridiculous ques and the staff is forced to ask you to buy some insurance each and every time. So rather buy online if you can.
