I am extremely pleased not only with the carpet but the customer service I received from choosing the carpet up to having it fitted. They have a massive range for all budgets and are happy to talk you through it. You can arrange a day suitable for you and the fitters were very efficient . I would definitely recommend them.

Although the carpet fitter spilt tea all over my freshly varnished window sill, left gripper poking through the carpet where my daught cut herself. Hes not fitted the door gripper correctly, so has damaged my new doors, left screws not drilled in enough so therefore hurts when you walk on them. Finally left the bottom step on my stairs with the carpet hanging off and is all baggy.
