I have been provided an excellent after sales service in my used M8.2. There were dust spots on the sensor and they arranged a service with Leica in Germany and had good communication. You feel safe in your purchase with them and that's what matters the most

Worked with Ben after meeting him at the store while on holiday from the US. Absolute pleasure to work with -- quick responses & extremely knowledgeable.
