It's quite a small pets at home, but plenty of stock and choice. Staff are always friendly. Although the car park is small there's almost always a space and, if not, just keep driving around as people come and go quickly.

amazing place though they gave me false information when I bought my first hamster pup saying she needed to be bought in a pair: hamsters are SOLITARY. They ended up fighting until they bled and likely quickly kill each other if I didn't forcefully separate them. Ended up buying another terrariums, double the toys, etc. which isn't as cheap as you'd expect to own hamsters because I won't put them in some small cage and not give them a good quality living. Neither two lived very long presumably because of the stress of changing home, etc. and weren't very friendly either. I was absolutely heartbroken when they died and I bought another (single) hamster from them; he is amazing; very friendly and has already outlived them by more than double the lifespan the other two lived! Please do thorough research before purchasing and keep in mind not all staff may be educated on animal care and handling.

Doesn't always have the 80 pack of Whisker's 7+ so have to go elsewhere. Our daughter loves to have a look at the rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, etc.

Great selection of pet toys, it was good to see they had numerous toys for cats. Always struggle to find something different for my daughters cat do this is the place to visit and pick up something different. Bought a little mouse in a circular basket for the cat to push around a toy worm so the cat can chew it. Also they sell a great selection of everything for your pets. Pop in and have a look and uou will not be disappointed.

Always lovely to look at the little animals and fish when buying dog food for my puppy. Staff are helpful, friendly and always willing to help. Good selection of food at reasonable prices and lots of offers on. Particularly a fan of the pic n mix dog treats!

I can only comment on their stock of food for leopard geckos and that does appear to be limited. However, it is there when I need something before my delivery arrives from a specialist supplier. It always seems well stocked for other types of pets though.

Excellent store the vets is brilliant the bet and the nurses are very friendly! The car park is a little bit like whacky racers but there is always a space. The selection of products is a little limited for dogs In my opinion but that's just due to personal taste they have everything required if your not fussy about designs

Here once/ twice a week. I seem to supply other dogs with dog treats I meet on my walks. Lovely pick n mix for them. Crocodile big chews a favourite. Vet and grooming service there as well as bunnies and other curries to buy. Nice place. Well set out. Friendly staff.

Great place with very pleasant staff. It’s great to see that they also have an adoption scheme for pets too and seem to support this quite a lot. A good variety of products at relatively good prices too. Would suggest this place to anyone. Vet’s service is good too, a must go for anything really.

Staff are lovely and I enjoy my shopping trips there, very knowledgeable about lots of feeding regimes, my dogs are looking absolutely wonderful after changing their food on the staffs advice, my Cavi girl has lost her pot belly. Would recommend highly.

Staff we're extremely helpful and friendly. The store is nice and tidy and the animals all looked well looked after and clean. I know Pets at Home sometimes gets a bit of a bad rep, but I'd definitely visit here again. Decent location too, with a few local shops nearby as well as some larger stores.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the parking is an utter nightmare. As a disabled person in need of specific disabled bays, I had someone repeatedly beep their horn at me while I waited for a car to reverse out of the spot I was waiting for. Once inside the shop everything was great but the risk to myself and my car for parking didn't feel worth it!

Nice a friendly staff and very helpful. Unlike the staff at pet's at home in Salford regents retail park which I find unhelpful and one in there is the most miserable person I have ever delt with. So that is why I try and use the prestwich pet's at home to get my dog's food. It's a bit out off my way but I don't mind.
