G. P.Showroom is difficult to find and access and made worse by building works. They have a full selection of their mattresses and beds but the many staff did not engage with me and when I approached them seemed to lack knowledge and advice and were more interested talking amongst themselves. Most unusual for a flagship bed store. Lucky for me I knew what I wanted to try. I went home and ordered direct from Silentnights webshop and got 10% more discount than their shop was offering using a Welcome code.
K. A.What a lovely experience it has been at the Manchester store today! Salman was extremely helpful in guiding us to decide which bed suited us the most. He shared his depth of knowledge with us. It felt like a great experience purely because there was NO push by Salman to buy right there and then. He presented us our options and gave us a chance to think. I believe that is extremely important specially when deciding for an important purchase like a bed. We have now made a decision and will be purchasing online. Salman made us feel extremely valued and welcomed which added to the lovely experience!

m. r.Really helpful staff, so nice and kind with our son, who was most pleased (and helpfully distracted) with the TV and mini play area. The digital bed visualiser was very clever and made it easier to picture what we were getting. All in all a brilliant experience.
