The parcel was delivered damaged once opened I had to reshape the bottom of the bouquet 😪 REPLYING Oh no need for replacement I did managed to fix it that is a lovely gesture thank you I should have took photo of it I normally would but time was not on my side as my friend was leaving that afternoon Kind regards Kym
