Staff were extremely helpful (especially Jeff) and supplied me with a few starter kits (pole and rod and reel) and I took my boy to his 1st fishing trip today. To see his face when he caught his 1st fish was amazing and well worth the money I spent. There's a great selection to choose from at very reasonable prices too. Thanks guys

And in some cases they will help you.
And they have massive stock of all the fishing supplies and good quality baits.
