The service we receive at Pets & Friends Bletchley is amazing. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and have helped me enormously with food advice for a fussy dog. We have used the groomer's twice now and puppy has enjoyed his experience on both occasions. The amazing staff make this store something special. 😀

Best pet shop around, all staff are overly friendly and helpful and they always have the best products and even often decent sales! They cover just about everything and anything! I shop here for my dog and 2 ranking dragons and family members shop here for cats etc, never a problem from these guys with any of us, would recommend to anyone and everyone !

Love this store. Great collection of good food like Orijen, AATU, lots of good quality chews. Less expensive that pets at home for identical stuff. Plus the staff is amazing! Especially Debbie! She is really lovely, knows a lot, and will go out of the way to help you with stuff! Plus our mastiff Col Grizzly loves her :)

Fabulous.. has everything I need for my dog.. I feed raw food which they stock and are happy to order especially for me or put by so I have enough when going away . the prices here are so much better than anywhere else on everything in store.But most of all The Bletchley store staff are all AMAZING.. always happy, willing to help, nothing is to much trouble.going above and beyond there jobs which is very rare. Thank you so much to the store lady who leant me a pound coin so I could do my food shop next door because I’d forgotten my own coin. You made my day. All of the above is why I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Thank you bletchley staff .
