Visiting this store is a great experience. The staff are really friendly, and took me through a couple of games which was really fun.

The guys at the shop are fantastic, went in on a sunday with my partner to look for miniatures for our DnD games, and Paddy was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond with recommendations and making us feel comfortable. Only went in to have a look, maybe buy one but ended up getting a lot more because of how helpful he was! He was in with another man as well who was just as friendly, but I cannot remember the name sorry!

Went in for a free painting less for models. Explained and let us get hands on with the process start to finish. Excellent tuition. And a friendly helpful staff.

Great staff, they know their stuff. Very helpful, with a great understanding on what you need and/or looking for. In my case, finding comparible paints to aproximate what i used in the past.

Popped in for some paints, guys are very welcoming and knowledgeable on what I wanted to do with my army and give me some good ideas on what to try.

I took my 14 year old grandson to this shop twice over the Christmas holiday. He spent about 2 hours each visit in the shop. The staff are very helpful and friendly and tort him how to bild the space marine and how to paint it. And advised him what to buy first to get into this hobby. Help and advise free, priceless!

Amazing. Staff are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions that you may have. I learned the basics on how to play the game while i was there last, and they were very helpful and patient. A few days ago, I was just starting out in Warhammer, and I didn't have much money. (£25) The shopkeeper recommended the Citadel Essentials pack (£20), as well as a magazine with one free model. Not only this, but he gave me two extra free models just because as he said, "It's not very fair to get all this exciting kit just for one model." I am definitely returning with more money in the future. This is a wonderful place and I am thoroughly pleased by my visit.

Warhammer stores are a bit hit or miss, some can feel like a crèche and others feel like staff just can be bothered. Not this store, staff are ultra enthusiastic and informed without being over bearing, stock selection is fine and the general atmosphere is great. Best place for all your luxury plastic soldier needs.
