You can always find good bargains! There are a variety of products at really good prices. The staff are really helpful and friendly. But you need to buy items there and then as items sell out fast.

Missus loves this shop. Pop in most weekends. Some items are cheap and cheerful but you get what you pay for. Plenty of variety.

Today visited this shop whilst on holiday on the island, as I absolutely love home bargains. So a friend and myself decided to make the half hour journey from St Helens and as we were looking around my friend who is disabled suddenly felt unwell and needed the loo, so I asked a member of staff explaining she felt ill and could she use the loo, no its not for the public only staff, look somewhere else. But she really doesn't feel great, nothing I can do said the member of staff.. who was a young girl with hearing aids. So I said to my friend we will have to go and try argos to which a customer said argos doesn't have customer toilets. As I turned around there was a young male member of staff so I asked him if he had a loo my disabled friend could use as she felt unwell. Well how lovely was he, of course madam he called a colleague asked her to show my friend the loo ( which was disabled) and that was that. Problem solved. To the manager, if that was u today thank u so so much but could u please have a word with ur hard of hearing staff member who was rude and bloody out of order. And if it was not u then please praise the male member of staff who was so kind and still have a word with the girl with light brown hair and hearing aid. Thank you.

Very busy but hand sanitiser and replacement masks at door. From what I could see all customers were using them. Prices are very good, cleaning products, pet treats were all extremely good value. As expected my bill was kind of big but did buy a really beautiful lamp for my home (the red is a reflection from my salt rock lamp). Even the wallpaper I wanted was reduced to 3.50 a roll. Bargain!

Being a bargain shop there is always a few surprises well priced and affordable seasonal costumes. Food range is quite wide catering for different dietary needs and cuisines. Popped in for three things came out with six 😁 that's always the way... Noticed the items were a lot cheaper than my local supermarket . Staff were very pleasant. Store layout was easy to follow quite busy when I went, very quickly opened more tills. Would definitely go and shop there again

Great choice, selection & value. However, they seem to stop stocking our favourites from time to time and if you suffer from social anxiety, it's quite stressful doing a shop here because it gets quite busy and crowded here.

Been to a few Home Bargains and this is probably best. Maybe as its new. Very smart and we'll maintained. Tidy and we'll stocked shelves. Sells a little of everything. Toiletries, grocery, frozen food, fresh food, toys, chocolate, wallpaper, paint, storage, kitchen stuff. The list is endless. Everything is very cheap but some of the sizes are smaller than you'd normally find. Still great value though. Wheelchair accessible. Friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

A great new store with good sized car park that is welcome to the Island. Staff are friendly and helpful and the shelves are always well stocked. The seasonal ranges offer a good variety. Store also offers an order service if you are after bulk of any item.

I use the store quite a lot and the staff are always lovely especially the lady on the till in the mornings. However my visit today was spoilt by a rather rude male manager. I did not like the way he way calling to the staff across the store and the way he spoke to them was disgusting. I am going to watch him next time and will not hesitate to say something if he is behaving in the same way. He needs to go on a managing staff course.

What an incredible shopping experience, I was amazed at the range of products available but even more surprised that the price of national brands were often substantially lower than other established retailers. When in Newport it would be rude no to drive out to Gunville to visit the store. Most things are around the same price as other stores, but there are a few exceptions that are around 1/2 the price of others, obviously keep your eyes open, there are some items that I frequently buy that I have not seen elsewhere. Free parking is a bonus and there is a great charity shop just down the road.

Handy home bargains galore fill this large store at prices that make Wilko look expensive. There are loads of staff on hand to help, and they really know where to find stuff. I couldn't find a feather duster for cobwebs at a reasonable price anywhere but in Home Bargains it was 89p!! It's hard to go in for just one thing because there's so much. For example, check out their toiletries range, you'll be hard pressed to find better prices.

Home Bargains (HB), well what can I say, obviously not as cheap as Poundland, but why would I mention Poundland? Well, because you go into HB with the intention of buying one or two things, but leave with a whole trolley full of items at a bargain price, just like Poundland, but with much better quality items. So, would I recommend HB, of course I would!! Customer service also features highly at the Isle of Wight store. Just a quick note, I do not work or know anyone at HB, my comments are from a very satisfied customer
