I'm currently looking after a dog and popped into Pets with Hart for some feeding advice. What Sharon didn't know wasn't worth mentioning, she was so kind and helpful and I left feeling very reassured. Highly recommend this shop.

I have to be Honest I, have been shopping on line quite a bit over the years for pet stuff but recently been using this shop more and more often, Sharon is friendly and helpful , the range of Dog stuff is Vast , from Ostrich and Deer legs, Pigs ears ,rabbit ears Willies of all animals ., chickens feet , bucket loads of Raw , tinned and dry food . Theres to much to list . Pets with Hart as well as the pet shop in Freshwater are Joint 1st pet shops on the Island.

I visited pets with hart on Wednesday 3rd August, I brought pets treats, squirrel food, bird food and joint supplement for my dog. I was very impressed with the customer service I received, the owner was very knowledge, friendly, polite, smiley, kind, very welcoming and I could shop with ease. I was served by an older gentleman with glasses I think he is the owner.

Very helpful, our dog Barney paid then a visit for a coat fitting, tried nearly every coat on that they had beige picking the first 1. Throughout they were fantastic with him and very patient with us. After comparing their coats to Pets At Home we also found they were cheaper and much better quality. So if you want the best customer service and best value for money then ditch the national chains and shop here

This is a gem of a pet store! Staff are lovely and have a stack of knowledge, if they do not know the answer then they look it up straight away. Good for getting the smaller dry food packs (large ones go stale I find), can also order things in for you. Prices are comparable with other pet stores with a bargain to be had as well.

A great pet shop, it has a vast array of items for all kinds of pets including exotic pets. I get my live food that I give to the wild birds from them, they deliver this using their delivery service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, couldn't ask for a better pet shop! It's fab!

Nice little shop island shop, lovely staff in there and always ready to help, your used to be able to get live animals in here, I remember going in there and letting the kids watch the birds and hold the bearded dragon that they had there for a while. Only criticism is that when they are busy and can be a bit difficult to get the buggy around

Contacted Pets With Hart to purchase some Diamond Doves for our mixed aviary. Previously we purchased our birds from a different Newport pet store, but found they became unwell after purchase. We are very pleased with the service Pets With Hart have given us and look forward to picking up our new birds soon. A very clean pet shop, and the birds have plenty of room to exercise.
