Just had our upstairs done, 4 bedrooms, landing and stairs. This is the first time I’ve had carpets changed in a non empty house and was actually stressing about moving furniture etc. from start to finish Monty and Martina were excellent at putting our minds at rest. Giving recommendations and supplying a reasonable quote. James did an awesome fit, really friendly, helpful and a nice guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend carpet supacentre to anyone!

Amazing amount of stock for a small backstreet store. Easy access with free car park, knowledgeable staff and no delivery charges like some other stores. I've has several carpets and floorings from this store and have always been pleased.

They may not have the largest range but I think they have the best prices. We paid a couple of visits and on both occasions got carpet and vinyl at extremely low prices. The quality of these products was pound for pound much better than the large carpet chains. I just wished I had used them before. Worth a little haggle if your after a remnant. Fitting was also good value with no nasty extras. Obviously you pay for gripped, door bars etcetera but they didn't want 50 quid to seal the ends! What ever that is. All in all a very good experience.

I visited a number of shops and found it a pain to get a quote either sent or ask for differing options and the pricing. Some places offered terrible carpets. Tony came round measured and quoted and the carpet was of good quality at a fair price. James the fitter was excellent and the carpet was fitted better than any I have had previously. Good carpets, fair prices, well fitted. I have read some of the other reviews about timekeeping etc. In my case I left a key so was not an issue for me. I did pop back to check twice and no concerns at all. I would thoroughly recommend this store and will definitely use them again.

After Carpetright let us down massively, Martina and the team at Carpet Supacentre really helped us out. They gave good advice and even promised to deliver and fit a carpet that they didn't have in stock within 2 days! Amazing. The customer service was excellent, delivery and fitting was perfect and the carpet itself is as least as good quality as we'd picked out at Carpet Right and it was cheaper and delivered when they said they would. I can't recommend them highly enough.
