My store experience was fantastic with Kieth being very helpful and attentive and clearly very good at his job. The carpet is lovely. Unfortunately it took a month to get the carpet fitted and the fitters left loads of mess behind despite "hoovering" - including nails and sharp debris from door bars - thankfully I found all the sharp bits before my 10m daughter did!!! They damaged our daughter's bedroom wall but won't pay to repair it, door trimming is expensive- £25 per door!!!! It sounded like the fitter said £5/door otherwise I wouldn't have agreed to it. And even then they didn't trim all the doors. They left loads of sawdust from the door trimming with no effort to clean it up and dumped our new mattress upside down half against the wall when they moved it back through. We complained in writing with photos and the store management don't want to know. We only went there because our insurance company gave us a voucher for there as part of the repairs from a water leak. Not happy.

I'm a year late with this review, since I went here last year when this experience happened, but hopefully it helps others with their choice. Firstly, everyone I saw was great with following guidelines that were set in place at this time last year, everyone was wearing masks and respecting distance guidelines which I completely give my respect to. Secondly, the people there did a great job at helping me find a colour carpet, ended up with a nice blue carpet that was the perfect color to blend in with my room and its accent walls and generally just looked, well, nice. However on my end when it came to the price I didn't have enough; but the person in-store helping us (sorry to the person who it was, It was so long ago I forget your name) came to the rescue and was able to do what my budget allowed for, which helped in the long run. So thank you so much! A year later, my carpet is still holding up; looks great and is still as nice as when I got it, I'd definitely consider coming back if I ever need to get carpet for my floors! :)

Entered the store with an idea of what we needed but Vip was absolutely brilliant, recommending colours that would work with our new colour scheme, suitable underlay for the use of the room, and talked us through the fitting process. I spoke to the assistant manager who I believe was called Stefan...I wasn't confident on what was required to sort out my uneven floor & lay new laminate flooring. But my lack of confidence was soon cast aside as Stefan was clear, concise & confident in presenting to me my options. So after considering my options I was happy to hand over my hard earned cash & i wouldn't hesitate to shop there again 😁

Fantastic service from start to finish, as I walked in I was greeted by Sam who guided me through the whole process, narrowed the options based on my needs, once the carpet was selected he then got me to stand on the underlay to see the difference between the various options as well as offering premium and standard door bars

I just wanted to share a great experience I have had in your store from Stefan he was brilliant he helped us though his demonstrations to narrow down to a carpet using the window to show the light against the carpet something I’ve never experienced before and got me to walk on the underlays to ensure I picked the right one just didn’t expect this when I walked in.

Carpet good but getting expensive. looking for small amount of lino, I felt because didnt need large amount, staff didnt show good customer service. may have staff off day, who knows? Plenty of parking available.
