What an amazing service. Jon goes above and beyond to help you choose the best carpet for your needs and budget. The fitting is outstanding, I would recommend to use him hands down. If you want someone to give you the most honest opinion on price, time scale and quality then you need to go and at least visit to understand what everyone is talking about.

From start to finish Jon and his team were fantastic , my wife and I are new to the area so we contacted a-lot of flooring companies to re floor our 4 bedroom town house. J A Flooring were head and shoulders above everyone else and filled us with confidence straight away coming to our home with samples and guided us through what works with what etc. They quote and arrange fitting dates promptly ensuring you are happy the entire time. I 100% recommend this company you are guaranteed a great service. I will be using them again in May for another bedroom to have a carpet fitted and also in the future with our bathrooms. Mick and his team at J A Flooring provided a first class service in laying new carpet to our entire upstairs. The project was completed in 3 stages over 4 months and Mick was very helpful with stage payments and advice in the selection of appropriate carpet with years of industry experience to call on. They also assisted with door trimming that was required and I would recommend them as excellent local tradesmen rather than the big carpet chains.

Bought bedroom carpets from JA Flooring over Tapi and Carpetright in Dec 2021. The quality of carpet for sale was much better than the corporate brands and prices were very good. Fitting on the day was excellent (quick, zero fuss, and quality fitting). Soon to be ordering more carpet to finish the rest of the upstairs! Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service all round. Can't rate these guys any higher. These guys are passionate about what they do and will go over and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with everything they can offer and they way the provide their service. I'm a single mum of two and find it hard to make ends meet and having my whole house carpeted seemed like a financial nightmare. But the guys here made it very easy for me and showed me every carpet sample they had to offer and helped me to make having my house carpeted with out any financial strain. Just had JA Flooring replace all carpets and vinyl in a rental property in Northampton and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Jon came to quote and I was reassured by his professionalism. He also picked up on one or two little issues (e.g. sunken door mat in the hallway) and clearly explained my options. Fitting was carried out to suit my timeframe and the property was left in good order - by that I mean no scuffs or marks on my newly painted skirting boards. Offcuts were left as I hadn't asked for them to be removed. Just needed a vacuum and the place looks great.

We contacted J A Flooring to join up a few sections of excisting carpet, after speaking with them they couldn't have been more helpful and we decided to go ahead and book them on the quote they had given. When they arrived the job was much more involved and complecated than first thought, this was never a problem for them or to much trouble, because it was more complecatated than first thought it required all there expertise to do the job and they done an exceptional job, but still only charged what they quoted. we couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service, we highly recommend J A Flooring to anyone and will continue to use them in the future. Jon and Damion did a fantastic job they fitted my LVT after another screed level and it's perfect, I'm so please with it. Mick and his fitters have been a pleasure to work with. They have been very professional every step of the way. The carpet and fitting was reasonably priced. The fitters did an excellent job, they were very accommodating and helped with moving our stuff carefully to fit the carpet. New carpet has been down a couple of weeks and looks great.
