First time at the shop today. Absolutely brilliant! The team are lovely, know their stuff and didn't try to con me into buying the more expensive brands. Gave me a welcome pack, loyalty card and help with a diet sheet for my puppy. Once she has all her vaccinations I'll be taking her to meet them!

Such an incredible place. Whenever I bring my pup here he is always greeted and welcomed by each staff member in such a nice and fun way! The staff are very helpful too. They sell a perfect selection of raw food, treats and now have a great selection of items such as harnesses. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone who ways their dog to have raw food!

Huge thanks to your amazing team. I came to your shop today as a new costumer with my 10 year old daughter with additional needs. Staff were so engaging when she wrecked the pâté display, throwing the tubes around and made sure we were not made to feel uncomfortable for her sensory difficulties. Staff offered tongues to accommodate for her sensory difficulties noticing she didn’t like the feel of the treats and even provided a bag from behind the till to carry them in. This is a place I will definitely be visiting every time my dog requires anything and can leave any other supplier behind. On top of the staffs kindness the treats went down a hoot with the pup too x

I’m so happy this place has opened local to me! (I was previously having a large order delivered from the coast). There is a large variety of minces; complete food; chunks; bones; carcasses available and my pooch is so happy his dinners are varied every day; and I’m so happy that my bank balance is happy! When considering the switch from dry to raw; I was worried I couldn’t afford it; but finding this place has finally put that argument to bed - the prices are so affordable! Took our new 8 week pup to Northampton Raw Dog Food to stock up. The lovely ladies weighed him for us and talked us through everything we needed for him as a newbie on a raw diet. All the food has been of a high standard and Albus has loved it all so far! For something that could have been a bit daunting, the fantastic staff were helpful, explaining how much he needs each feed and what to give, even going as far as giving us a chart to track his well-being on each new food introduced. We are already looking forward to visiting again soon with Albus so he can meet his new doggie friends, and get him some more goodies. Thank you very much for making the transition to a raw diet as simple as possible! Highly recommended
