What a super find - several shops all seem to be selling locally produced items. Each of the shops without exception were very friendly and there was lots to look at without feeling pressured.
The restaurant was lovely, warm and welcoming - we only had a drink but the cakes looked amazing - will definitely be back

Having been to the dairy farm many times before the lockdown and found it excellent what a disappointment today when we visited, the restaurant was decidedly shabby, not shabby chic, just shabby, the painted chairs were a mess and the tables that were painted also, on one chair back you could see where they had moved it before the paint was dry, hand prints.. None of the chairs matched, each table had a couple of different chairs. Even the China was mismatched. Such a shame as it has great potential. On the plus side the drinks and cake were delicious.

Excellent choice on menu. A couple of queries about the meals but otherwise excellent.
There needs to be a door in the entrance to the toilet. We were a party of eight and those sitting near the curtain. Our legs and feet were freezing.
Otherwise an excellent place to eat on warmer days.

Lovely food in the cafe. Dogs welcome. Hayrack gallery has wonderful hand crafted gifts . Second hand books in aid of the church and lots if other lovely shops
C. G.
Varied and interesting crafts on site. The Railway Conductor is an aladdins cave of engines, rolling stock, etc - Rod Stewart should visit!! Arts and crafts are well catered for and you can get food and drink in the barn cafe. Well worth a visit when you are in the area

A lovely day out for Mothers Day and seeing baby lambs being welcomed to the world. £2 to enter the lambing sheds otherwise all free including the parking. Great family day out and staff are very friendly.
Nice little arts and crafts shops although most said they were open but were not.
Dog Friendly and has a great little cafe with delicious food and cakes.

We went to The Barn cafe at The Old Dairy Farm Craft Centre this morning for brunch after a walk with the dogs. There's a good size courtyard that's dog friendly, there's parking and quite a few tables. The coffee was good quality as was the breakfast which was very reasonable price wise and the staff were friendly. We didn't have to book and being able to have the dogs with us was really great. There's a few craft shops and the like there too to have a look around. Worth a visit

Really good, well run farm which opens its doors for the public to see the lambs being born along with other animals and attractions,a toy shop which has loads of train stuff and airfix models, an art gallery shop with some amazing stuff, a cafe and various other bits too....well worth a visit and great for the children....

My dads loves his trains, so I bought him a voucher from the Railway shop there. So much stuff. He says loves having a wander round there. Very friendly staff. Definitely visit again

Called in for a mid ride cycle stop on a lovely sunny day. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A great selection of cakes to choose from and all the drinks you would expect including smoothies.
Service was very good from the two members of staff whilst the number of customers was relatively low.
A very enjoyable tea stop which fuelled us all the way home.

What a gem. Went to the Railway Conductor, a fantastic model shop with a good selection. The barn cafe is excellent with a tasty ploughmans, bread and butter pudding and a good range of cakes etc. Good coffee to. The other units have reasonably priced art and craft items. Well worth a visit.

They don't cater for the disabled very well. a Uneven paving on paths and lots of gravel, not easy to negotiate. Tea and cake were good, but couldn't visit a lot of the barns due to poor access.
K. D.
It's a nice little place but there needs to be a bit more there. the cafe there is really good, had a fantastic cheese onion and thyme quiche. And they have some very beautiful cakes.
G. P.
A few decent shops here, not a massive amount of parking but adequate. The Railway Conductor is a great shop for those into the hobby and always has changing stock. Good prices too.

Really enjoyed watching lambing here! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The best part was being able to pick up orphaned lambs. I think this is such a great way in getting people involved and being able to appreciate the experience even more. I am 36 and I have lived in the london all my life and see all this and touch was awesome. I never knew a lamb felt like a small jumper lol. There was sufficient wash areas for hands. The place had kids and adults visiting, I highly recommend. There's a cafe on site too.
A. F.
Visited the Railway Conductor shop. A treasure trove of Railway products and lots more besides. Very friendly owners too.

Good food and service. Even though it was packed. Polite staff and the food also came quickly. A new shop is about to open there. They also have lambing and gift shops. Quite pleasant.
Possibly need more parking space.

A lovely little farm. We went there to see the newborn lambs and the kids loved it.Tea rooms were nice as well. If you're going to see the lambs - take your wellies! Also watch out for the overflow car park - the field got a bit boggy and a couple of cars got stuck.
B. D.
Lovely place, lots of interesting places to find unusual items and a lovely cup of tea to be had.
A. P.
Nice Food And Staff At Reasonable Prices.
Lovely Delicious Cakes And Sandwiches.
M. A.
Nice to take the kids to see the lambing. Craft shops are OK, cafe is delicious for cake and coffee. Get there early if you want a meal as opposed to coffee/cake.
K. R.
Went up for lunch. Service was fast & pleasant. Food was very nice and good portions and priced well. Highly recommend.
Plus they have very cute pygmy goats on site that are very cute and friendly

Disappointing
The headline here is disappointing; which is a shame as I drove here especially.
There is a treasure trove based here - The Railway Collector - which is an Aladdin's cave of wonders for the model railway enthusiast.
The art gallery is worth a look if you happen to be passing, but overall the place feels down at heel and disappointing.

Really lovely and rustic setting. Affordable items and friendly staff. Food was yummy and homemade. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful hidden find in the glorious northamptonshire countryside. Wonderful eclectic mix of shops and galleries. Picked up two beautiful tops in a pop up shop called 'The Closet'. Will definitely be back.
M. S.
Lovely venue all year round. Massive cakes slices! Welcoming to cyclists. Even wet ones.

Not lots to do here atall apart from watch the sheep. A few shops to check out. This place would benefit greatly from a having a bit of money spent on a childrens play area, a few more animals or small petting area.

This is a lovely place to stop off, have some food or just a drink and cake, browse a range of art, craft, furniture shops or have a dog groomed then go on your merry way. Food is good home cooked food, on the dearer side of acceptable but within a budget. (£45 for 4 adults and a toddler to have a lunch, no cake)
