M. D.Went in to buy harness for our Bernese mountain dog puppy - amazing -Jess in the store was knowledgeable and informative. She fitted the harness onto Bob, booked us in for the puppy hour. She spent time and effort to explain the benefits of dog toys and rewards. Nothing was too much trouble - she knew her stuff regarding puppy training. If only all stores had someone so informed and clearly passionate about their role. Worth a visit if you need guidance for dog training.
M. S.This is a very professionally run session. All the dogs are cared for and matched for personalities. It is a great way to start the socialisation process I would highly recommend it to anyone with young puppies who wants to get them out and about. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and generous with their experience and puppy advice. Thanks, Jess snd the team.

We love taking our kitten in to see them.We have been shopping there for our older cat too for the past year and won't go anywhere else. Whenever we go in its like talking to friends. They are also very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to make sure we get fantastic customer service.

C. W.Great advice and service! I would definitely recommend this shop if you are looking for some advice with what to buy for your pet. I am a new puppy owner and brought my puppy in to get his first harness, lead and collar. Not knowing where to start, Lauren (who served us) was able to point us in the right direction and helped us fit the correct size items to our puppy. She even recommended a chew which puppies tend to love - she was right!

L.Popped into harlestone heath pets corner on saturday with my new pup and a young lady called Aimee was so incredibly helpful, had exceptional knowledge of products and was able to help me find something to help my pup with teething aswell as happy to discuss puppy food. We shall be visiting again and hope to see Aimee again. Please make sure you let Aimee know how fantastic she was and how lovely it is to go to a pet shop and staff have knowledge and interest. Not just trying to make sales.
G. K.Jess was always great at building confidence, reading puppy behavioural signals and reassuring puppies and parents. It’s a shame there isn’t an extension beyond 18wks as puppies grow in confidence and want to continue interacting.
