Reviews of Vintage Retreat
L. B.
Lovely place to go and look around with lots of different retailers in one place. The food in the cafe was really good with very friendly and polite staff. We will definitely go back again to buy more fun and unique items.
C. K. P.
Amazing place!
Spent almost a whole day here!
Looking around all the different sections, enjoyed a lovely meal in the tearoom!
Would definitely go back again and again as the individual shops restock on a weekly basis!
a. s.
Just a great place to have a good old root around. Most things you're looking for are probably here , everything is well priced as well. Would highly recommend a visit.
S. A.
Disabled friendly a bit. Slopes in very steep with a door to open at the top. Back of the store is all stairs though with no disabled provision that I could find. No one around the stores to ask for help, only at the till at the front of the entrance.
Café nice and friendly.
Good choice of goods from all decades
C. G.
So much to look at! Very well- organised items with clear themes in the different sections. Something for everyone and a wide range of prices, appealing to all pockets. Can't wait to go back.
L. H.
Always intetesting to "treasure hunt" round the two floors of this Aladdin's Cave. You can find vintage and recycled items including furniture, china, glasswear, clothes, art work, soft furnishings and jewellery etc. Cafe is clean and friendly. Prices are reasonable in both the shop and cafe. Parking can be tricky at busy periods but there is some free parking at the front of the building.
J. S.
A great Emporium selling Vintage and Nostalgia. Clothing, furniture, toys, books, music and lots more. There is a nice Tea room serving delicious food also. Friendly staff. Love it.
M. “.
Interesting place lots of interesting articles, reasonably priced. Nice tea coffee and cake. Lovely place to spend some time .
K. S.
Great place to shop for vintage clothing and accessories. Lots of choice on big and small furniture. A visit to the tea room proved to be a real shock to your wallet. £3.75 for one scone that was a complete shock two hot drinks and a sandwich £11.95.
P. H.
Lots of small shops selling all sorts of fun stuff. You might need a whole morning to explore
R. P.
Treasure trove! An eclectic mix of shops followed by a delicious coffee and cake. A great place to pass a few hours with friendly staff.
A. N.
Good place to pick up a bargain and a walk down memory lane with all the vintage stuff
M. L.
Lovely place to have a mooch around and enjoy a tasty brunch in the cafe there. Plenty of veggie/vegan options too, which is always a bonus! I'll be back 😊
E. Y. P.
Always love a trip here to browse the shop and have a nice lunch out. Make sure you give yourself lots of time for browsing!
S. S.
Great shop, or shops! Loads to look at from trinkets to clothing, toys and much more. Furniture gallery inside too, great prices on sofas etc. Lovely cafe/restaurant also. Well worth a visit.
M. R.
My daughter had a 1920's themed wedding vows renewal here and vintage retreat was the perfect venue
Alex behind the bar was a real diamond he was so helpful .
We did think that bar prices were a bit much seeing as though it wasn't a proper bar
P. J.
Great place. A large Aladdin's cave. Cafe as well.
L. H.
A very interesting place to potter about in. So many wonderful things to see and buy.
The tearoom is spacious and very clean with great service. There are lots of food options including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. The chai latte is delicious!
The only downsides are that the tearoom, although only quarter full when we visited, is extremely loud, probably due to the flooring and the high ceiling, resulting in my having to use an ear plug.
Also, there's only one toilet in the building as far as we could find.
Other than those two points, Vintage Retreat is a brilliant and highly recommended place to go. It's great to explore there!
K. N.
Always excited with rolling new stock in there. Marvellous cafe so perfect for that well earned break. New furniture department to open shortly....had a peek and looking good so far. Well done to all the staff 👏
m. w.
Really nice shop lots of curious and lovely things ,really nice cafe ,breakfast is a favourite ,hidden gem
K. E. H.
Lovely items, delicious food and lovely staff
D. K.
Lovely place. Chicken and Mongo Salad was very good. Coffee was hot. Facilities were clean. There is so much to see we didn't manage to see everything in the few hours we were there. We'll go back.
L. A.
Fascinating, fantastic place with great prices. Loved this place!!!
L. M.
Loved it most awesome place like a museum loved it
p. b.
Interesting place that seems to get bigger and bigger. Always find something nice to buy. A pity they don't sell the more up market jewellery anymore. Probably due to the break-in they had. Pity. But still really like to visit often.
k. m.
Fantastic vegan options in the menu and amazing findings in the dozens!
T. M.
Lovely tea and snacks with huge selection of vintage and collectibles.
O. P.
Always enjoy a wander round here at the weekend - the range of sellers is great, everything vintage you can think of and so reasonably priced, I've never left without picking 1 or 2 things up even if I don't "need" anything! Tea room is also great, lovely sandwiches and cake and the staff are always so friendly. The COVID measures here are really good at the moment too, plenty of distancing in place and lots of cleaning stations. Would highly recommend!
S. O.
Fantastic, rabbit warren of little stalls and booths, crammed with vintage, collectables and antiques. A lovely art deco styled tea room, well priced and tasty food. Allow a full morning or afternoon to explore, well wirth a visit.
M. C.
Lovely shop with great customer service. A fantastic place to find little or big cool gifts and this etching that just make you happy to own.
Also purchased a sofa from here at a massive price reduction compared the to same sofa online as they buy in the one people return!
g. b.
Insurmountable level of antiquity and likewise to the merchandise, recently been invaded by low quality pinterest levels TAT and hasn't changed stock in many months
O. M. G.
I absolutely love this shop it's like Aladdins cave soo many bargains I can spend hours in here
A. D.
Limited free parking for patrons to visit this cafe and antiques store... Yesteryears toys, furniture, electronics, vinyl records of all speeds and much much more
C. R.
This place has grown so much! There really is a lot of little market style stalls to look at, not just antiques but vintage clothes, gifts, etc. The cafe is also nice, nice friendly staff and tasty cake.
J. T.
Vintage Retreat is of my favourite haunts on a weekend. Every time I visit it gets better, as they've had a reno in the last year that means there is even more space. They have a regular rotation of stock from all of the different independent vendors, and a lovely little cafe to grab a coffee or cake from after you're finished. Only (very minor) downside, which is not at all in their control, is the parking situation. Would recommend going early or parking a little further away and walking over to the building.
P. R.
Quirky but good food. Nice for lunch
J. W.
Lovely shop filled with a vast selection of antiquities. My daughter and I loved looking round we did pay a visit to the little tea shop which was exceptional.
Great value for money wonderful service and beautiful food so fresh and tasty.
Worth going to the vintage retreat for a coffee and snack anytime.
S. R.
I would 100% recommend shopping here for crystals and vintage clothes! Amazing fabric and crytals are 100% real :D. Did i mention the amazing costimer service here?? The cashier people are so nice! Going here again as soon as i can!
J. W.
It is a homely vintage store with a great tea room with plenty of space by lovely food. Plenty to choose from down memory lane 😊
H. B.
This is my happy place great staff and products
N. S.
Aladdin's cave, could spend hours looking around & the Furniture Gallery is definitely worth a visit. Quality furniture at extraordinary prices.
A. S.
Great shop itself, but the food was below average, very limited range and did not taste as if it was fully cooked. Cakes were nice though!
H. R.
Been shielding for some time, live alone and climbing the walls! My daughter brought me here, and enjoyed it very much. Also enjoyed cafe. Nothing was too much trouble for them, will visit it again.
B. O.
Long term visitors to this place and bought many items over the years. Always worth revisiting as the stock and stalls change regularly. An excellent place for period furniture and records too! Oh and a cuppa tea when you're done!
S. B.
Really good customer service, the lady who served us was so lovely and friendly! And she makes delicious English breakfasts 🤩 will absolutely be coming back 🙌🏽
R. A.
This is the best vintage/hand made shop I've ever been in. It's absolutely massive with 2 floors and so many boutiques. The tea room serve really tasty food and cater for pretty much all dietary requirements. You can find so many gems in this place from antiques, retro, collectables, clothing, jewellery, furniture, lighting, hand made crafts, ornaments etc.
The only thing that very slightly let's it down is there isn't a huge amount of parking. If you visit during a busy period you may be waiting around for a space.
P. F.
Antiques market with nice tea room. Good menu with vegetarian and vegan options. Worth a visit.
A. T.
Very interesting if you enjoy antiques curios and retro items. Large floor space with a good cafe attached
D. A.
I was outraged this place neither sold nor rented vans, especially as they are called Vantage Retreat, I was on the edge of legal action until I realised that they are in fact called Vintage Retreat and sell lots of interesting old things. The cakes are excellent too, even if they are not vans and therefore cannot be used to help you move house. 5 stars.
L. B.
Nice place to wander around. Lots of antiques and retro things. Lovely cafe serving meals and drinks
M. F.
Always enjoy a trip to Vintage Retreat as there are lots of units and such a varied selection of antiques, mainly vintage and lots of new. The cafe has a good food but the service can be erratic and slow sometimes (Not when they are busy either). Well worth a visit, more so since the parking has improved a little.
J. L.
Delicious food, everything is cooked fresh to order so be prepared for a wait but it is worth that wait!
Lovely vintage decor and vibe, staff are friendly and clearly very happy in their jobs. I had the cooked English breakfast, £8.00, generous portions, only gripe is that egg came well done when over easy was requested.
H. K.
Friendly staff, amazing service, sooo much to browse, amazing food and drinks from the cafe too. Bought a desk and lamp today, absolute bargains from a really wonderful gentleman :) definitely recommend!!!
T.
I love this place! Such a hidden gem and cavernous inside, packed with historic oddities and memorabilia - the people are great and there is a cafe which provides food options better than most other cafes I have seen.
R. B.
Amazing place for retro shopping and great food at the cafe easy parking
E. C.
Fab individual units (of which there are plenty) Gorgeous spacious cafe with tasty food. Very friendly throughout. Look out for special Vintage days/events on Facebook. Clean and well organised for distancing. Lots to see.
G. Z.
Always find something for me there. Very nice, tidy and calm shop with tea room😊
K. H.
Lovely place to visit for unique items. Parking is extremely limited though which is frustrating if you have limited mobility and can't walk there.
W. B.
Love live love this place it is my favourite shop in Northampton
T. H.
This place is huge, the variety of antiques in this place is immense. Start downstairs through all the different stalls, come up stairs and there are still more stalls. Thankfully there is a cafe as after all the time you spend looking, you are knackered and a nice Latte goes down really well. You will not be disappointed......promise
E. P. D.
Great range of items as well as being easy and cheap to book your own spot. Perfect for anyone wanting to sell their quirky, vintage items or anyone looking to spice up their home and wardrobe for an affordable price. Great day out, food and drink in the tearoom excellent also
Д. Х.
Lovely little (20 tables) restaurant and tearoom tucked away in Semilong (I think that's the area).
Marketed with a 'vintage' theme, its menu is extensive and full of delights - both health and naughty!!
Staff are friendly and service is fast.
Attached is a really nice, well stocked vintage shop with loads of interesting items.
Make a nice little walk after you've had lunch or a cuppa.
Google the address and give it a visit, it's worth it.
F. O.
Wonderful space for a little escape. Beautiful array of treasures, happy and helpful staff(especially Shirley ) and a fantastic vegan breakfast. Will definitely be returning soon!
L. P.
Always a fabulous trip down memory lane.
f. l.
Had a wonderful birthday lunch with my daughter last week, great choice of vegetarian food. The antique stalls have a wide range of goods and are reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return
J. J.
This is a collection of small collectibles / curios / upcycled / antique / clothes dealers, all under one roof, with a cafe attached. It's well run, and the stuff is interesting, so it's well worth a visit if any of these are your thing. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but do give it a look !
K. L.
Store was clean and tidy with great bargains to be found! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience all around!
L. C.
Lovely place and a great selection of objects. Totally disappointed in the staff, I had to use my own mobile to contact the dealer regarding price and possible delivery. I spent £700 in all, once they'd took my money I had absolutely no help moving my items from downstairs to upstairs, or to my vehicle. I was completely blanked whilst I did the numerous trips...I later discover there was a back door down the stairs which could have been opened for me to load straight in! They just couldn't be bothered!! I've never experienced such terrible customer service... ask about assistance with your items before you purchase, it could cost you more!
J. B.
Went for lunch and a mooge with my sister. Very nice chilli chicken sandwich, homemade coleslaw and crisps and a large pot of tea for two. Can't fault the food and the facilities, highly recommend.
Great place to pick up a bargain as prices are reasonable with a choice of traditional antiques and vintage collectables.
L. B.
A hidden gem in an unlikely part of town! My wife and I went here for Vegan Fest #4 on Saturday 11th August 2018. Before heading into the market, we had coffee and cake at the café. Soya milk is available for no extra cost but almond milk is 30p extra - very fair and a model I wish every café had.
Vegan cakes and menu items are available and prices are very reasonable. My flat white was a little weak and probably too big. Service was slow but we weren't in a hurry and it was reasonably busy at the time.
The inside itself is very hipster and focused on trinkets. Not really my thing but there's cool stuff to look at. The Vegan Fest was fun and we picked up a few foodie bits. Great range of sellers, e.g., artisan popcorn, Indian food, and soaps. Will definitely come back for the next one!
J. H.
Great food, good service, reasonable prices. I had a fish finger sandwich on really fresh granary bread, salad and tartare sauce. Came with a side of coleslaw and crisps. A glass of fresh apple juice to go with it.
D. B.
Nice food, nice place but you best not be in a hurry. Pre-ordering for takeaway also doesn't seem to affect how long the wait. They still only make the order once you get there. (review based on 4 orders. 2 eat in, 2 takeaway)
C. G.
Delightful; café is brilliant. Staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating, which was a great relief due to the dietary requirements of my grandparents. The food itself is locally sourced and of a great standard.
Be sure to check this place out ^.^
M. F.
I simply love it here, this place is like a Pandoras box of goodies from the past. I could spend a couple of hours Simply walking around here looking at all the items imagining the stories behind them.
We used the function room last year for a personal event and the service was good no complaints there however the shop staff seem disinterested and I never seem them leave the safety of the counter talking amoungst themselves. Nevermind.
There is a cafe inside and the food and drink is pretty good, only real complaint is the parking, there is not a lot of it.
Quick shout out to Dan at Retro Planet Gaming, his stalls are one of the reasons i visit this place so frequently, good selection of retro games from the last 30 plus years at decent prices
D. R.
Amazing place, it's opened a new section with lots of furniture too!
R. G.
Great place to browse for retro items! The cafe serves great food too, at reasonable prices. Parking can be a bit of an issue though, some spaces outside but double yellow lines on the road!
H. H.
Been 3 times so far and would recommend! I like how they present the items for sale and love the fact that it's so unique. Never find 2 of the same items in that shop so you know its a good find. Lovely little cafe where you can grab a bite to eat.
K. S.
What a great place. Brings back so many fabulous memories when you find something you remember from your childhood. Plenty of units to explore with 2 floors. Then a lovely cafe on sight with freshly made food and good range of cakes.
V. H.
It was our first time here. Saw lots of lovely things that I wanted to buy!! Visited the tea room, lovely cake!! Very clean and social distancing observed
P.
Beautiful shop with so many different kinds of vendors and stalls to browse. This place has literally a piece of everything: clothes, shoes, furniture, accessories, art, original pieces, the list goes on. The food in the cafe was also lovely and a bargain for what you get. I recommend a visit if you are in the area.
k. l.
After the other incident with an antique shop due to discrimination. Vintage retreat opened there arms to me and saw my laynard with my exempt. There was no questions or nothing. Just hello come in sanitize hands and have a look around. Thank you so much . You don't understand how much this means to me being autistic and going to antique shops is a favorite of mine. I will be coming here all the time now . Never mind 5 stars . Have 10 if I could . Thank you Thank you.
E. P.
Great antiques and vintage centre with many sellers and a wide range of curios available to suit all budgets. Could spend hours looking at everything. Nana's kitchen is excellent quality at a reasonable price and always a pleasure to eat at.
A. B.
The perfect place to relax and rejuvenate! I have had two wonderful massages with Ronnie and am already looking forward to my next visit. The shop is super clean, warm and inviting. I highly recommend booking in for a treatment!
G. M.
Better than I expected. A very large selection of items of interest and well displayed. Although as you'd expect many were over priced there were also some very reasonable priced items, you might even say cheap. In particular furniture.
There is also a very good cafe. Looked expensive but excellent quality, therefore good value.
b. c.
Spread over 2 floors is a large selection of lower priced items, ranging from vinyl singles and LPs to clothes, toys, a few books and some jewelry.
Not a place for furniture though.
The restaurant has vegan options for a lite bite and drinks.
Limited parking directly outside - Beware of private parking locations in the vicinity.
E. A. L. (. C.
Possibly best place in Northampton for Vintage staff and all year round antiques indoor carboot sale.
Vintage retreat cafe in my personal opinion is lacking some food options. As a local business worker, hard to satisfy my eyes when browsing through the menu. Lacking some classics dishes, such as fish and chips or meaty option, possibly soup.
But they can't satisfy all.
G. W.
Lots of interesting bits and pieces. Good, though not large, space for event. We had a great night dancing to the Retrobaits. Tea room could be a bit more authentic - how about a teapot and loose leaf tea?
F. M.
This Aladins Cave or in this case Caves as it is huge and well laid out with all manor of collectables. The Cafe is ideal for a rest between foraging for desirable pieces. Dog friendly of course for well behaved dogs.
Can be a long wait at lunch times. However, well worth it as the staff are so polite and friendly. My little Schnauzer 'Archie' and I love going there.
P. A.
Great place. Loads of nooks and crannies. Just the place for a quirky gift or retro item. Where else would you get an old pill pot or Chinese calendar. I got a 40's dress for £1.
L. M.
I love to go here. I always have a latte which they make to my taste and toasted fruit loaf. They remember me. Unfortunately loo is up steep stairs. Went there Tuesday after holiday break.
S. H.
A converted industrial building selling a great range of vintage products. Lots of individual retailers each having there own dedicated area. Shop is over two floors and also has a cafe and a room you can hire for events. Retailers selling everything from furniture to clothes, jewelry, records, smerican food, leather goods and everything in-between. Does have a parking area out front but surrounding roads have parking restrictions so can take a while to find a space when busy.
L. H.
Large shop on two levels selling everything vintage. Clothes, furniture, toys, homewares, upcycled items, jewellery, musical instruments, records, all manner of collectible items. You name it! Regularly restocks so always something new to peruse. Also has a lovely tea room to relax in and an entertainment area for occasional live music, dancing, craft workshops, food fairs etc, which can also be hired out for private functions. Could easily spend a whole afternoon in there. Open 7 days a week.
J. M.
Always something of interest here. So many different sellers, amazing finds in here. Friendly atmosphere.
E. J.
Nice place with lots and lots to see. Also went to the cafe, I had the cooked breakfast with a cup of tea, then also had a yummy brownie, disappointed they ran out of hot chocolate. Will be back again to investigate the rest of the shop!
S. B.
Doesn't get much better than this locally! Fantastic space with everything from food and drink (vegan friendly), clothes, knick-knacks, furniture, and gifts. There's even a Deco inspired events hall!
B. R.
What an astonishing place - there are so many outlets with such a range of items for sale, it's quite overwhelming. Guitars, furniture, retro games consoles, militaria, vinyl... It goes on forever! Oh, and the café is awesome, with great grub, great prices, big portions and vegan options!
J. W.
A really interesting place to go for a coffee and piece of cake. Hot meals served as well suitable for vegans and vegetarians with some gluten free.
Lots of smaller shops within selling vintage and antique stuff
V.
Huge treasure trove of vintage/ retro things.
k. m.
Lots of antiques and gifts. Very nice staff. So much to see. Cafe looks great missed that due to time. Worth a visit. Good prices
l. r.
A lovely aladdins cave for picking up intriquing items of all sizes. Very reasonable prices and good service. They also hold events here and have a cafe serving an array of delicious food and drink.
L. B.
Brilliant place, buzzing with folks, fantastic coffee shop / restaurant Vegan and Vegetarian food , gluten free good selection of coffee and cakes and the deco is so interesting.
You must visit but give yourself plenty of time to browse
S. W.
Could easily spend a few hours browsing as so much to see.Great cafe and very pleasant staff.Would definitely return
A. H.
Absolutely love this place, always something new in stock, even if you don't buy anything, it's a trip down memory lane. And there's a coffee shop
C. H.
A quirky find. Nice little cafe with super home made cakes. All kinds of nooks and crannies to explore - stalls filled with crafts, bric-a-brac, antiques, collectibles and shameless tat. All that glistens is most definitely not gold, but you'll enjoy looking for the treasure.
M. H.
Good set up for covid shopping. Looks different, cafe much larger for better social distancing. Same great people and service. Thank you it was great to come back
S. C.
One of my favourite places in town to visit, have a browse and have lunch with friends.
T. G. P. F.
Large second hand / vintage market. Lots of individual vendors. Some bargains, some overpriced tat. Location is right at the heart of Northampton's scenic red-light district, so I wouldn't recommend ladies coming to the location on foot. Unfortunate parking is also very limited.
S. O.
I absolutely love this place. So much variety. A great cafe and helpful staff. 😊
If you want to sell your wares, there are units available at reasonable prices.
G. S. C.
Love this quirky vintage store! wide variety of stock and a lovely cafe playing vintage cartoons. Social distancing was well adhered too.
B. G.
fantastic, brilliant jacket potato with tuna, fresh salad and amazing homemade celery coleslaw! very friendly waitress and all staff bubble and chatty.i can't wait go go back!
N. I.
Such a unique, amazing place. A bit pricey , but good value for the money. You will not get bored and you will find truly interesting vintage objects. Do go!
A. E.
Love it, a gem of a place we stumbled upon. They host vegan fairs have an amazing cafe and also have an eclectic range of antiques/vinyls/oddities for sale
S. K.
Love coming in here for. Browse. Though the furniture in the old restaurant doesn't go with everything else and is disappointing
K. G.
Great cafe to enjoy before and after shop and during if you send kids off in search of bargains.
Presents found for 3 birthdays. Items can be over priced.
R. H.
Wonderful place for vintage stuff.
R. A.
Great atmosphere, wide variety of old and new stuff at very reasonable prices. If you like vintage/retro you will find something you like whether it's clothes, furniture, jewellery or vinyl and more there is a good chance there will be something here for you!! Enjoy 👍😀
L. R.
A really big big store, just like a labirint with a lot of rooms. All assortment looks like was straggling everywhere that makes you tired. Unfortunately the prices was bigger than ordinary charity.
S. B.
Treasure trove of vintage perfection!! Love this shop. Staff always polite, friendly and professional.
K. B.
A lovely place your always made to feel welcome fantastic value for money a real treasure trove, the food is lovely good value all round
Y. A.
Pleasantly surprised when I first visited, had afternoon tea with a friend who's a regular visitor. Nice layout and selection of products. I will return.
P. B.
Absolutely full of quirky stuff. Also some great restored and shabby chic style furniture to look at. Worth visiting just for the quirkyness alone. Also has a coffee shop inside which looked nice.
D. M.
Lovely place to have lunch and then browse amongst the many antique and retro bits and pieces for sale. Most enjoyable!
s.

Pleasant staff, great service food excellent.
D. G.
A truly great find tucked away but not far from Northampton town centre
With both vintage, antique and second-hand goods for sale
A stunning Tea Room / Coffee Staff
All served to me with a smile free WiFi and free parking also
L. C.
We visited for the first time today and loved it. Staff were really helpful and the range of goods sold was vast. We didn't have time to look round everything so will definitely be back very soon.
G. P.
Stuffed full of vintage/retro but not so you can't see anything, it's actually really well set out by different sellers. And a great cafe. Worth a trip on its own.
W. J.
Loads of memorabilia. Well worth a visit. Pleanty of 1940's clothing. Plus variety of Toys and antiques. Cafe makes great snacks too.
D. H.
Great place with a vast array of items for sale with a great cafe. Highly recommend. Only downside is parking.
D. W.
Amazing place for all of your retro, vintage wants, hope the tea rooms come back as they do awfully nice teas and snacks.
s. c.
The Vintage Retreat is a hidden gem in the most unlikely location. Their breakfast and coffee are amazing and when your done, you can explore the ground floor and basement for little vintage treasures.
F. T.
Great place to have a look around, always something different to find!! The cafe is nice with a good range of vegan food. But closes far to early!!!
H. A.
A great place to browse away the day. Vintage and retro.. Curios.Nice tea and cake parking was a bit if a problem tho.
N. R.
Vast place with many nice items, never disappointed
P. J.
Plenty of vintage stuff to look at on two separate floors. Complete with with old style dance hall as well. Lovely cafe where we had tea and toast.
H. T.
Great little vintage shop with a fantastic cafe and a really good event space available to hire with accessible kitchen.
Limited parking due to locality to the train station.
K. W.
Fantastic shop! Always spend a good hour or so in here! Tea room is lovely too. Perfect vintage shopping experience
W. H.
Do great cakes but need to have a clear enterance for wheelchairs the ramp to the shop is scary steep the one from the cafe is better, but is no longer the main way in.
L. E.
Such a fantastic place.. so varied and friendly open 7 days a week with parking! Great day shopping
I. R.
Amazing place. No matter how many times you'll go around, will always see something new. Love it
C. T.
Somewhere so unique it has to be a must go to place. It gave me a real trip down memory lane. I will be taking my friend there as she loves everything vintage.
J. T.
A veritable Alladin's cave of all sorts of interesting and inexpensive articles. Add to the above an atmospheric cafe and you could easily lose a full day in here.
S. B.
A gem of a place with great coffee, a 40s-70s era Aladdin's cave and excellent cafe food (especially) including vegan/vegetarian options.
