M. E.Went into Drayton Rd shop today to collect some purchases, only to be obviously ignored by a new member of staff/volunteer. This is not the first time this has happened and other staff had noticed. I can only assume it is a personal issue that the individual has with me from previous work days. It's a shame that I am made to feel uncomfortable in the shop as a customer due to 1 person. Other staff are always polite, friendly and lovely to be around.
J. M.On the 12th May I found a forever companion - a bit of serendipity I think - a friend of mine called a friend of hers and before I knew it I had a new doggy pal. I quite simply love him, he’s as mad as I am and since my dog Lily passed away in 2017 I haven’t slept well but last night I did, well we did. Thank you.

m. l.Love it. Friendly, helpful staff, they are truly sincere in their mission to assist animals. My dog Brodie refuses to pass the shop without visiting, since we have always been warmly welcomed.

Found injured pigeon in the back yard at work, left them voicemail and they responded in 10 minutes, hour later birdy was picked up by one of the volunteers and on the way to the sanctuary 😊 Cheers guys!
N.Lovely little charity shop, run by a great lot of volunteers. Can always find a gem here if you're happy to rummage and it goes to such a great cause!
