C. M. W.A wide range of arts and crafts materials, much of it suitable for beginners.
Also, it seems one of the few stores in Norwich where you can buy an A6 sketch pad.
Some items you'll find cheaper elsewhere.
And a few of the staff seem to regard customers with an air of world-weary apathy.
B. A.Mostly OK. Helpful staff, some good deals. Plenty of the basics, at reasonable prices. But some of the items are overpriced, and some of the items I was interested in were mispriced on the shelf.
J.Nice big shop with lots of arts and crafts stock for almost every need, age group and skill level. Great free parking and a card gift shop next door for a complete crafting present gift if that's your thing. Costas next door for a coffee and snack ! Couldn't ask for more.

R.Visited for first time today after recommendations from friends who use it for there kids art and craft, and was really impressed and shall certainly will be returning as had alot more to offer than I thought x as I was new at finding the bits I needed I had to ask a couple of staff members one I believe was a manager and they were so helpful , and actually took there time in helping find the best art and craft bits for latest project unlike some shops of other names I have been going to who just point and say it's over there ! So a big thumbs up from me and shall be returning very soon 🙌and a thankyou to those staff that did take your time and helped me find everything I needed 🙌
