Great service. I emailed after making my order to request a change to the engraving. I assumed it would be too late but thought id try my luck. Engraving Shop made the requested change and sent it out the next day. Would recommend.

Brilliant! I ordered two simple plates to put on a gift - self adhesive, brushed metal with black text. They arrived much sooner than expected, in perfect condition and in minimum packaging. Perhaps it was my fault, or maybe the online design facility could be clearer, but I needed to have one plate redone as the text was too small. I rang The Engraving Shop and the chap couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. Absolutely spot on. Within a few minutes he'd made a new one and sent it out to me, and it arrived two days later. All at no extra cost. Now that is customer service to be proud of. Well done, The Engraving Shop.
