I also work for a Letting agent, Kingswood Residential and we have been using Austins to carry out work on our tenanted properties for a number of years. The staff including Ricky and Lynn are very friendly and they get back to you promptly with any queries or updates you require.
I would highly recommend Austins if you require new flooring in either your own property or your buy to let properties, no matter how small or large the job is.
