J. H.What an absolute gem. Found this place as they were the sole UK distributor of an American manufacturer for Old West models. Put in an order, but a lot of the parts were needing to be ordered, which would have caused significant delays. I emailed their customer service team, and they sourced the parts via alternative methods, and the order shipped the very same day. Bearing in mind, the order was placed mid-afternoon. Impressive and will get my custom in the future!
