100% Positive recommendation! From start to finish this has been an easy company to deal with. Zach and Sam who came to fit the carpets were excellent. The service included the removal and disposal of old carpets and flooring. New carpets were fitted without hassle and the guys are just great! Super friendly and didn’t mind the dog trying to get in on the action. Clean and tidy and very knowledgeable with any queries I had. The house has been completely transformed and looks great.

Very professional business. Carpet fitters did a really great job fitting a striped carpet to our multi level - multi landing staircase, hallway and top landing, matching the stripes throughout. Brilliant right from the start in the showroom the team member who looked after us was really helpful. as promised they turned up on time the fitters were very professional also very caring. we had a 10 meter carpet fitting nothing was too much trouble they did an amazing job and we are absolutely delighted with the whole experience we had. we would love to have given 10 Stars but unfortunately we could only give 5 stars. we would definitely recommend them and will be returning to the showroom again. I haven’t got a lot of money so wanted to fit the carpet myself, The manager was so helpful , They were just about to close ,but still had the time to explain how to lay the carpet ,and which way the pile should go. Carpet Style Nottingham is one of the best Carpet shops in the Area. The quality of service and after sales is second to none 100 % recommended by a number of established businesses and customers over 30 years of excellent service to the people of Nottingham and beyond,

It is with regret that I have to write this review. I will be detailed open and honest. We went to Carpet Style and was met by some very helpful gentleman who were able to help us pick a vinyl floor for our small bathroom (including a false floor). We provided them with the measurements of our bathroom but they were keen to come round and confirm the measurements. We paid a large deposit there and then as we were informed by the Genteman that we did not need to pay the full amount. The final payment would be made after fitting. We arranged for a date for fitting. We were advised to phone the shop the day before to find out what time the fitters would be arriving the next day. We were advised that the fitters would arrive between 8am and 9am and they would take the morning to complete the job. The fitters arrived slightly late at 9:20am, but were very polite and quick to start. My husband had booked half days annual leave as he was advised that this would be plenty of time. After 4 hours my husband had to check how long they would be and was advised that it would be another 30 minutes. After 5 hours my husband had to politely ask again how long they would be as he was now late for work, and needed to inform his manager. The fitters advised that they had nearly finished and they just needed to clear up. They eventually left at 2:50pm Upon review of the flooring, there were several issues: 1. By the toilet, there was a large tear in the vinyl which looked like it had been stuck down. It was very obvious. 2. This is when we noticed that there was a bolt/screw missing from the bottom of the toilet on the right hand side, and the toilet now also squeaks when sat on. 3. It appears that the fitters tried to fit the vinyl under the skirting board in some parts but we’re unable to fit it underneath in some parts. This caused some small splits in the vinyl and made it look messy and inconsistent. 4. There was NO sealant used around the outside, apart from around the toilet. Please bear in mind that this is a bathroom..... so it needs sealant!!! 5. The vinyl was not cut properly behind the sink. It looks like they had cut it too short and tried to patch it up, but didn’t even bother to stick the pieces down. 6. The vinyl was all crumpled by one corner of the door and didn’t appear to have been put down properly. I then informed Carpet Style of the problems and they arranged for the manager to come and look at the problems the following week. The manager confirmed that it wasn’t good enough and that he would go back and speak with the fitters and arrange for the flooring to be refitted. Following the visit by the manager, Carpet Style called and offered a £60 discount but this was if we kept the Vinyl. The mistakes were so obvious that we did not want to keep it as it looked a mess. We then arranged to have it replaced but had to wait another 2 weeks. Two days before the replacement, fitting my husband called to ask what time the fitter would be arriving. He was told late morning. My husband again booked the day off work, due to the length of time the last fitters took. On the day of the replacement fitting, my husband had to call Carpet Style to ask what time the fitter would arrive, as it was now 1:30pm. The gentleman at Carpet Style then stated he did not realise my husband had been given a time and stated if he had known, he would have called earlier as the scheduled fitter had encountered issues, and they had to organise for another fitter to come out. At around 2:15pm the fitter arrived and confirmed that the previous fitters had done a poor job with our flooring and proceeded to replace the vinyl. He did a good job and sealed the vinyl round the edges, however the toilet still squeaks, and even the 2nd fitter had no idea what the previous fitters had done to make it squeak. When went to pay the final bill, we did get an apology but not even a little discount for the wasted time/annual leave days. I am afraid to say that we will NOT using this company again.
