Absolutely scrumptious and always consistent. Presentation is always on point which is part of the temptation and it delivers, this also helps if you want to provide them as a gift to someone else, that is if you can deliver them safely without tucking into one as Joey would do from Friends. No hesitation to recommend.

We've had nothing but friendly, lovely staff across all branches. We always feel welcome, and never feel rushed when making choices. Tom at the Beeston branch is always lovely and went out of his way to fix a problem with our embargo app. Helps that the doughnuts are delicious too! Great vegan and non-vegan range :)

I had such a positive experience at Donotts in Beeston Nottingham last weekend I just had to leave a review I collected a celebration cake I had pre ordered for my 17yr old son I had my hands quite full with balloons and decorations for his party and the cake was the last thing for me to pick up Customer service was excellent as the guy behind the till was so lovely and helped me carry the cake to my car I didn't even ask him to assist but he happily did so without promptings Can't thank you enjoyed for your help Outstanding service will definitely return and the cake was a hit too

My visit was on the 17th June and based on this visit I shall most definitely be back again. Myself and a friend decided to stop in for a coffee and naturally a Doughnott! Upon walking in we was greeted by one of the friendliest gentleman ever, and I mean ever! We was given time to pick what we wanted, and the whole time we continued to converse about which were each other favourites. This gent could not have done more to make our visit better if he'd have tried, honestly nothing. I had one of, if not, the best coffee's I've drank in many many years. It had such a deep flavour with a tasty froth that lasted all the way to the very bottom of the cup, so goes to show how well it was made. I went for a Lotus Biscoff cookie and to take home for my partner a Lotus Biscoff Doughnott and was not disappointed with either one! Thanks again to the manager of the store for everything!

Friendly and helpful staff, and great doughnuts!

Been a few times , staff pleasant , first time I went got doughnuts in a box which stopped them getting smashed and paper/wrapping stuck to them but had a paper bag since , not always the same doughnuts in store so if you only like a particular one then it’s hit and miss if they have it

Been wanting to try Doughnotts for years... Great taste and quality, just a bit pricy. So it's definitely a once in a while treat.

I was one of those thinking what's all the fuss about donuts? They are so tasty and not as sweet and sickly as I thought they would be. Very glad my eldest son opened my eyes and made me try one.
