Spent nearly £70 on a new vape, coils, juices and found the unit was faulty, went in with it the day after I had bought it with reciept , etc and they refused to e change it.will not go there again, I've been a regular customer since they opened and spent a lot of money there then the first time I need something replacing they ripped me off. Will tell people to avoid this shop at all costs.!!@@

Excellent customer service, and very polite and friendly!! Would 100% recomend the shop to anybody!! Never foced me or anyone i know to buy anything, and has always answered any questions that we had. They always try their best to make customers feel welcomed, so any reviews about them forcing people into buying stuff, and claiming that they are rude and unpolite, they're all lies! Its just people that has nothing better to do with their lives. But yeah, if you are completely new to vaping, or been vaping for some time, be sure to go check out these guys. Well worth it💯

Top customer service! All the boys in this shop give clear advice they don't push for sales and listen to what you want. There is a huge selection for juice available from their own brand right through to well known brands and flavours. As for mods take your pick. The wall is full of them and the team are more than qualified and happy to explain them all.

Great place and great service, I was passing by at the beginning of March with my partner and the shop picked my attention, I did ask which items they did have, the two assistants were very polite and spent all the amount of time I needed to walk me through the e-cigarretes. After I selected and paid for my white slim e-cigarret and a sweet flavour liquid I left the shop thinking to repeat the experience since they are fairly close from where I live, shame they have to close because of the lockdown. When everything goes back to normal, if they are open I will pay a visit to the store for more e-liquid witout a doubt.

The best vape shop around👌🏻 The two business owners are very professional and helpful. Some vape shops I find intimidating for a woman like me, especially someone like me who knows nothing about vapes but this is a genuine shop with staff who only want to give you the best🙂 I’ve also messaged them on their Facebook page a couple of times and they reply pretty much instantly! Thanks guys😁
