We would like to commend everyone at Luna Blinds for outstanding service from the very first phone call to the final installation of 3 new fitted roman blinds and numerous venetian blinds in our home. We received prompt service and knowledgeable advice on the day of our measurements appointment with helpful suggestions to guide our decision-making. On installation day, Mitch and Mac worked their way through the house discreetly with skill and professionalism, gave us instructions on use and aftercare of our blinds and even took the time for the measurement of an additional roman blind for us. We have recommended Luna Blinds to our neighbours and friends and thank you for your fantastic customer service and quality of work!

Luna Blinds provided us with an outstanding service from the start. We chose Venetian Blinds for our living room window and door and blackout fitted Pleated Blinds for our ceiling windows in our bedroom. The Luna team provided us with great communication and advice, they were honest and made us really think about what would work best for us. We didn’t feel pressured into anything and was generally happy with the service we received. We were very surprised today to get a call from them to say our blinds had been made and delivered and they had availability today to fit them, we only ordered them 8 days ago. We were expecting to wait at least 2 more weeks for them to be delivered never mind fitted. It’s not normal these days to get anything quick, so this was a lovely surprise. Thank you again for the great service Luna, we will definitely be ordering more blinds for the rest of our house. When Mitch & Mac came out to measure and provide us with a quote for blackout blinds they were quick, efficient, friendly and really clear with our options with no pressure. A special mention however needs to go to Ian & Ben who came to install the blinds. Our baby daughter had just started a new sleep pattern and the timings worked out that they arrived just as she had gone down. It sounds ridiculous and a long shot but we asked if they could be careful with noise where possible. They managed to install blinds in 3 rooms so quietly, being so careful as to not wake her which was just going above and beyond! The blinds are fantastic, really changed the house for the better. Cannot recommend Tony and his brilliant team enough. From the first phone call consultation right through to the fittings they were spot on. With only a 3 week turn around. Completely covid secure in their working and felt completely safe with them carrying out the job. The blinds are of high quality standard and leave a clean uniform finish. Luna were initially very quick in providing a quote (considerably beating a competitive quote I had obtained previously from another firm) based on my over the phone measurements - Luke in the office is fantastic and very efficient. Measurements were then taken, and the gentleman who came out (sorry, forgot your name) was very friendly and professional. I had 3 blinds and a 5 panelled bay window fitted and I absolutely love them. They do some kind of mitre finishing on the bay window pelmet and it finishes the blinds off perfectly. It goes from a job well done to an amazing quality finished product. From start to finish it was a real pleasure from initial contact for a quote, to measuring and fitting. We recently moved into a new house with large windows and wanted some double roller blinds fitting. This was no problem for Luna blinds who advised us on the style and colours. So we have one normal blind in ivory for privacy and then a grey blackout blind for night time (which stops you being woken up too early). Measured all my windows and I chose which blind and colour I wanted. When they went to order the colour I wanted had just sold out. Had two sets of blinds. Really happy with the level of communication in the midst of them being stuck in France - circumstances beyond Luna's control. There had to be an amendment to my order, which was completely fine because of the way Luke dealt with the situation. Luna Blinds restored my faith in the blind industry and I absolutely love my new blinds. I went for 'top-down, bottom-up' pleated blinds including some that were Perfect Fit. Really happy with the price too. This was a big purchase for me (some 21 blinds in all!) and a month or so on, I'm still chuffed with myself for finding them and taking the plunge. My Luna Blinds experience was the exact opposite of the hard-sell hell I've experienced with a big name company. Not wishing a repeat performance, I was keen to find a local company who would treat me as a person, not a punter. Luke and Tony own such a business. And I think that's the key: they truly *own* everything they do from start to finish. They came to my house to discuss what I needed, advised me on options at different price points and were totally upfront on what were the key considerations when choosing a suitable and cost-effective product within my budget. They didn't try to "sell" me anything I didn't need, and allowed me adequate time to consider and ask further questions as needed. This gave me the chance to talk things over with my sister, and tweak the order before going ahead. Once the deposit was paid, turnaround was pretty quick too. What I really love about Luna Blinds is that they saw the process through from start to finish, from the measuring, through to the installation and the after sales support. They want me to call if I have any problems with my blinds, and I know they mean it. That's what I mean about them "owning" their business. I wish them continuing success and I would have no hesitation dealing with them again. We had one perfect fit blind, two venetians and one blackout blind installed by Luna last week. And we could not be happier with them. They first came to our house, check all the windows, explained to us all the range of blinds they do and which one of then would be the best option for each window and they gave us a quote. On the day of the installation they came, did the job very fast and, very important for us, they left no boxes, plastics or rubbish whatsoever (which we really appreciate when we have people coming to our house to install things).
