ロ.Good place to find almost anything pet related (if its in stock!) staff are sometimes a hit and miss (but i guess that is down to experience). Great aquatic selection and brilliant VIP app! Will often leave with some freebies thanks to the app 😁👍

S. P.Friendly staff I always find what I want if I can't find what I want the friendly staff are happy to help you. In the pandemic that we all in if you are deaf and you ask them to remove there masks they are happy to do so. So you can lip read them. Overall always happy to go back there time and time again. Thank you to all pet at home staff.
N. N.These Guys are amazing. I've recently rehomed a 15 month very nervous and scared German Shepeard named Rocky who spent his life mostly indoors until he came to my family. When I go into store he can get a bit nervous and barky but only coz hes scared as I'm currentlysocialising him with the outdoor world. I get funny looks off people and pull there dogs away. He does settle down eventually as he's not used to new places. The staff there are amazing with him and told me he's always welcome in. One lovely lady gave me advice on to treat his anxitey and took us away to help with a head harness for him aroundthe back of store were Rocky calmed down. She was amazing with him . I'm surprised he hasn't been banned but he's not a vicous dog. There brilliant 👏 5 stars

My only criticism would be that some of the products seem over priced, and as a lot of pet toys and furniture are "disposable", with a short usable life, a cheap alternative can often be found elsewhere. That's said, what they sell seems to be quality stuff.

I was with my daughter talking to one member of staff about adopting Ice Cream the hamster and when we got back to my Husband and son, another staff member had got a rabbit out for my son to sit and stroke. Nothing is too much for them and they are very knowledgeable about all of the products. The store is clean and fresh and prosucts fair priced. Well recommended.

A.I buy dog food from here regularly. It's a chore rather than a pleasure but it's an experience that is enhanced by a clean environment and friendly staff.
