Found the manager very un helpful. Ask a few questions but she didn't seem to want to get involved with us. Will not go there again. This was on a Sunday afternoon

I. F.Brilliant staff, great service. They looked after our kittens when they were found abandoned and I'm glad we are able to pay back in kind. Took them for their first check up today, nurses are really helpful and we got seen to by the vet who gave us good advice and gave them both a full bill of health.

The guy (Connor) who helped us with our new pet was very informative, took his time to talk things through and even offered us information about another pet we had. F.Nice place to get our pet bits and bobs, staff seem to be friendly and enjoy what they do, we always get reminded about our VIP card at the checkout and the range of products is really good. my only criticism would be the fact that the dog toys always seem to be damaged but not reduced - we brought 3 items separately which had flashing led lights in them, on each occasion they didn't work, so we have given up now.

D.Whilst some items can be pricey versus other places (particularly online shops), when they have a special promotion on cat food, you can get some great bargains. Can't advise what offers are like in other departments though. Staff are friendly and helpful. If they haven't got what you want in store, but sell it online, they will order in for you to collect (no extra charge for this). Always worth a visit to check out the bargains.

Large chain pet shop chain supermarket. With easy disabled access, a large automatic front door, all on one level and reasonably large isles.
Has a large selection of what ever you could need for your pets. They also have a small vet service at the back of the store.

T. E.We took an obviously very ill cat to the centre. The vet advised that euthanasia was the kindest route to take. He was extremely gentle, caring and careful during the procedure and afterwards. He could not have been better.

T.We brought fish and hamsters from this place and we learnt the fish were not healthy they were attacked when they were there kept in small little tanks and with the hamsters they were not a few weeks old the dwarf hamster was fully grown and the man said he was 3 weeks old and gave us misleading information
J. B.Took my dog here for a groom and was a great service. The lady who did it was very welcoming and really listened to what I wanted. She was so lovely with my dog and made me feel at ease he was in safe hands. He came out looking and smelling great looking vert happy. I dont ususally like using big chain companies as i feel they can ve inpersonal, however would highly recomend this dog grooming service. 😁
