He's always willing to have a chat and go through what he thinks is best for you as the customer. No hard selling, just advice on what he thinks would be best for you as the consumer. I don't bother with any other shops now as I know I can go in and get what I need and of it's not in, Lee will get it and let me know when I can come in to pick it up. Can't recommend the place highly enough.
