Brilliant service and quality of finish! The proprietor was very helpful and friendly from the moment I dropped the wheels off to collection great job and I'll be sure to return for future repairs. James was also handy in tyre choices also. Highly recommend

Great service … had my brand new Audi TT two weeks and kerbed the front wheel and damaged the tyre they repaired the wheel and replaced my tyre for a very responsible price and the turnaround was great … All in all i can’t fault them would 100% recommended… cheers guys

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I got from the guy that runs things at the wheel specialist, he was very honnest about what I was going to get if I chose white alloys like I wanted. Although I really did want white i was having them powder coated because it's more hard wearing. So seemed crazy to have white if colour had to be mixed in to mach the car colour as my car is off white. He said mixing paint would make it less durable. So spent time finding anothe colour I liked. I didn't get the wow factor i would have had its i had them white as I set my heart on it but they were very well done, and the service was great. I would definitely recommend the wheel specialist to anyone. Very friendly, reliable service, there were done a couple weeks ago and so far so good. 5 star service 💫👌🏾

I took my Mercedes in on Saturday to have my wheel trims repaired due to dents and scratches . I was greeted by Jamie who informed me how long it would take and said the car would be ready by Tuesday of the following week. Jamie said he would call me once the vehicle was ready for collection this he did . Jamie has a very friendly personality and his customer service is excellent , I would have no hesitation in recommending The Wheel Specialist -my trims look brand new.

Amazing service and amazing workmanship on my wheels. I took my BMW 5 series in to have it’s wheels refurbished and I can only say the whole experience was exceptional. From booking it in to picking it up I could not fault this absolutely professional service. This morning I took my car in for its first wash and the bloke there said they where the best wheels he had seen for ages and asked me if it was a new car. He couldn’t believe it was 13 years old with 115 thousand miles on the clock. Thank you James and all your team, you are all outstanding.

James and the team re-sealed the metal valves on the front two Advan Siena Gen II wheels on my 300ZX due to both of them leaking. These have been repaired unsuccessfully in the past by a local garage. Several months on they are still going strong, top quality repair and friendly service throughout.

Exceptional work and service Took my Lotus Elise Sport 190 in, which has very rare lightweight O.Z racing alloys. Excellent and honest communication from James. He went the extra mile to look up jacking points, wheel nut torsion, put some new decals back on, and did the spray work himself when a colleague was off sick. The end result is actually better than new. Such a good job, and James such a nice bloke.

Great customer service. I dropped the car in Monday morning and collected Tuesday lunchtime. James was really helpful and did a great deal on 2 new tyres as well. The refurbished wheels look great. Very satisfied.

This is the third time I have used the services of the team at Nottingham wheel specialist, and each time I have been very impressed at the quality of the work done. Not only is the work done to an exceptionally high standard, but everyone there is friendly and helpful too. I have to travel 40 miles to get there, but I would rather do that than settle for a lesser quality service from somewhere else. They might not be the cheapest, but for the quality of the work done, they are certainly not expensive either. See you next time Mark & the team !

Mark and his team did an excellent job refurbishing my alloys last week, November 2014. Wholeheartedly recommend them. My wheels have done almost 100K miles and were corroding internally so it was not just a cosmetic job. They even supplied two new tyres at a discounted price. It gives you confidence when you see that the local Aston Martin dealer has sent a DB9 there to have its wheels sorted. The premises are very clean and tidy on a not too nice industrial estate behind the Showcase cinema on Clifton Boulevard and the cleanliness of their frontage and reception area again instilled confidence that this is a place that takes care of itself and your precious vehicle, too. They can refurb four alloys in a day if you get the vehicle to them by 8.30am. No public transport nearby so perhaps get someone to drop you off and pick up. I would definitely go there again.

Excellent service, would highly recommend, had all my wheels diamond cut on my Astra Elite,look brand new .

They did my Audi A3 which I had in 2013, the alloys were in such a bad state however made to look new after. I dealt with a chap called Mark at the time. I have no complaints there at all however.. Only downside was their pricing isn't the cheapest and there are plenty of other companies in Nottingham that do full refurbs using the full process and also when I did have my alloys done, a few days later I slightly kerbed one, so went back to them thinking they could smart repair it, they said they don't do smart repairs (not sure if they do them now?) and expected me to pay another £90 to fully refurb the wheel again... I took it to speeds who for £30 did a smart repair and it didn't stand out at all.

Full refurb on OEM alloys Audi A6 Quattro: two new rear tyres. Mark, James and the team at The Wheel Specialist, Nottingham have been professional, friendly, honest, courteous and very understanding when I had to re-schedule three or four times! This is how a business should be run - absolutely first class work and service. They know what they are talking about and they clearly take pride in their work - it's just so good to see in an era of second-raters. And be aware that the best clearly does not have to cost the most. I rate the work done as absolutely top value - and that is what counts; cheap is cheap. Too expensive is a rip off - this was a Goldilocks deal - just right! Thanks guys, I will be back. Totally recommended.

Having had my bmw 1 series convertible m sport wheels refurbished and changed the colour to hi gloss black I must say the service at the Nottingham branch is second to none from getting a quote for the work last week to dropping the car off first thing yesterday morning all the staff were very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable they called me at 4.30 to say they were just finishing the work so I set off a little apprehensive of what to expect I needn't of worried the standard of the work and the finish were second to none and we are over the moon so if you want a proper refurbishment rather than the usual quick touch up that the mobile companies do definately contact the wheel specialists at the Nottingham branch.

Just picked up my 4 X 19" Alpina dynamics now with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres. I thought if any company would be careful in fitting tyres to alloys it would be a company who specialise on alloy wheels. What I especially liked is taking to the person who is doing the work than a person who just greets customers as what you normally get with the majority of tyre fitters companies, a special thank you to James! I must say the alloys are still in mint condition not a mark on them after the tyres being fitted to them. Plus the counterweights are squarely positioned on to the alloys and all excessive lubricant has been removed of the alloys and tyres. Wheel Specialist have done a fantastic job. I recommend them to any individual who wants their alloys to remain in pristine condition after tyres have been fitted to them. Thank you
