Me & my partner couldn’t do in the week so we asked for a Saturday and Andrew came and did an amazing job!! Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using you again. Thank you so much! I visited the Arnold shop and got an incredibly professional service from Andrew, with excellent honest advice as to which carpets would suit our needs. He visited the property, measured up, took care of all the paperwork, and provided an outstanding team of fitters who were friendly, professional, and amazingly quick, fitting seven rooms, two flights of stairs and two landings in a day! I can’t thank you enough.

T. W.The manager at the shop is brilliant. I didnt have time due to my busy schedule to choose carpets for my home. He guided me over the phone and on the PC. I trusted his judgment and had my carpets fitted. When they arrived id ordered the wrong size...nothing was too much for this store. The manager drive another carpet to my home to make sure the fitting could go ahead. Customer service like this is very rare. Businesses lack a personal touch..not in this business. They will do everything to help you and make everything you want possible. Im glad I didnt look at the reviews because I definitely would never have gone to this place if I had. I would Highly recommend anyone to visit this store and to give them a chance. You wont be disappointed. Thankyou so much for everything ...we will be back and Im telling everyone how brilliant you are at your job.
