D. M.What an amazing service and the owner Paul has been absolutely superb. I ordered two sports shirt frames which arrived extremely quickly and were brilliant quality - exactly what I was hoping for.
Once I opened them I realised that the grammar on the text plaque was incorrect. I contacted Paul who could not have been more helpful. I resent the correct text and he sent the new plaque out in the post that day at a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend artsy framing and gifts.

L. C.After many failed attempts at finding a wood engraver nearby, I contacted Paul about engraving some chopping boards for a friend's birthday and I'm so pleased with the outcome. I visited the workshop and in about 20 minutes they were done and they look fantastic! Brilliantly quick, fabulous customer service and a really friendly and helpful bloke. Couldn't recommend his shop enough and will definitely be using the service again.
N. S.I brought a print that needed bespoke framing but had no idea of what colour or type I needed. I found artsy on the internet and popped in to see Paul. We had a discussion about what I thought I wanted he gave me an example to take home and see if I like it. I brought the picture in for framing. After speaking to Paul again I wasn’t convinced on what I had picked out, something wasn’t quiet right. Paul seemed to known what I was looking for and showed me another frame. It was perfect. Within 24 hours It was all done and I couldn’t be happier. It looks fab. The service I received from Paul was fantastic. Great customer service. Would defo recommend.

Paul kept in touch during the order process and made sure I was happy with the design before making it. He then sent me a photo off the frame once it was completed with the photo I emailed him with in it! have just received it and I couldn’t be more delighted at the quality and over all finish.
