B&M stores are always good places to go to. Their prices are very affordable, meaning, good quality products, not cheap ones. Many bargains can be found if you got the time. Staff are lovely, apart from a couple of them, who do not have any customer sense of customer care.

Fun store. Has a little bit of everything. Store layout is well done, they funnel you down an entrance way which has neat gadgets and then opens into a bigger store. Frozen food is sold here, rugs, and various tools. Disposable gloves are sold here as well. Checkout lines are fairly long. If you have just moved into an apartment, or student housing, or have a friend that has, this place is cheap and has plenty of home items for you to use. In America I would compare this place to Big Lots.

A wide selection of products at low prices. Offering food items (including frozen), toiletries, homeware, toys, storage, furniture and much more. It is a large store, so plenty to choose from. My problem, Which seems to be a running theme with all the B&M stores I have visited is the lack of air conditioning. This shop has to be one of the worst. This is evident from the fact that on a hot summers day, upon leaving the store to step outside, I felt instantly cold. It does not make shopping here a pleasant experience, which is a shame, when there are some great items. I cannot imagine what the workers feel like. Perhaps they have built up a tolerance to it.

B&M is a very busy store , the aisles are well spaced out and are clearly marked by overhead signs. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. There are no customer toilets .

I love this little B&M. Literally just purchased a George Foreman Grill 2 days ago for less than even Asda sells for so I was really happy about that! Staff are usually very friendly and the lines are not always too long. Always a great range of items as well so could could fault it

Staff friendliness 5-star. Unreasonably high prices take at least two, sorry. I am not a price-freak, but it was so obvious that many were double the other shops' prices. Would avoid in future. Poundland/Tesco/ASDA etc. have the same items, but not at 200-300% price.

Plenty of merchandise. Mainly at prices that represent good value. I must mention how helpful the staff are and in spite of heaving queues make sure every customer at check-out is helped with packing bags etc. The store is vast and does get very hot in summer as there is no air-conditioning. Fine in winter!!! The Security staff are kept busy and regularly have to confront those who choose not to pay for items. So it is probably the most action packed store in City.

Good for prices but long Qs at there are almost always @checkouts. Probably the best choice and prices for batteries. Not a huge choice but you get good VFM. Good customer relations to boot. Possibly some of the cheapest prices in Peterborough. But being 12th in the Q takes away the pleasure of shopping here.

What's not to love about B&M, I pop in for a few things and come out with a bag full. Some of the staff could work on there customer service skills but the majority are friendly enough. Store is always clean and well stocked. Only gave 4 stars as nothing has wowed me as yet.

Good prices on most stuff, cheap items. However every single time I visit here the cashiers seem like they couldn’t care less about you. I’m gonna be blunt and say I don’t care if you hate your job, you have been hired to carry out good customer service. Mum and I went in today and i popped the basket on the conveyer belt, with barely any items in. Lady at the till stared for a moment before slamming the basket handles down in frustration, clearly expecting me to empty the basket for her when it’s her job. I almost laughed because of how rude she was. No smiles, practically shoved our items towards us too. I hope this feedback gets taken seriously as it’s an obnoxious way to behave and such a shame you have terrible staff. Management really need to sort out who they pick as workers. Also there’s like five tolls but only ever two workers at the most so you can be waiting a while sometimes to pay.

This store is huge! It it bright and roomy and has everything under the sun on its shelves. Well, OK, that's an exaggeration, but it has thousands of products at some pretty good prices. 4 stars, I hear you ask? It didn't have what I wanted on the day 😀.

This is a nice store which has more varieties than most of the other stores I shopped. Large place too, which is good and spacey too. Definitely has much more varieties of brands and products then my local stores. Kudos to you all, this is a great store and an actual retail store this is too.
