Very well presented store, such a wide range of products for creative minds. Clean and tidy, everything labeled clearly, price range is reasonable considering the high quality of their products. The lady that served me was polite and friendly, asked me if I had found everything I needed which is also a nice attentive approach towards customers. Can't complain. Five stars.

Decent shop. Great range of goods for people interested in a wide range of hobbies. I particularly enjoy their range of goods connected to baking but I've also picked up other arts and crafts things for my children. Prices start from quite cheap for example around a pound but some things can be very expensive. Likewise, if you know your prices, some things are a bit of a bargain while others are overpriced. One of the best things about this branch are the staff who I have always found to be helpful and very pleasant. I would certainly recommend this place.

The reason I have marked them down is the lack of cutting dies. There was only two or three different dies. I was really disappointed. The other items there are ok and the staff are lovely.

This is a large Hobbycraft store and it would be difficult to think that you cannot find here what you need for your craft. Having said that, I was after some information on an expensive piece of kit but the demonstrator was busy with another customer that paid for the demonstration and did not allow me to watch the demo and told me to look online on YouTube so I decided not to buy the product there and then! Not a great sales strategy, was it? I was prepared to impulse buy and decided against it for lack of support and rudeness.

I love Hobbycraft, and not just because they have been stocking my own fabric range, but because they have so many crafty goodies under one roof. I can usually get pretty much anything I need. My only bug bear (and I have mentioned this on multiple occasions in store) is that I struggle with the tills as a hard of hearing person, because there is no customer facing display on the tills. This means I struggle to hear how much I've spent, and when it's busy and lots of people are talking I have to ask 3 or 4 times for the amount to be repeated. This is a bit embarrassing and so I end up just handing over my card and hoping for the best. Otherwise Hobbycraft would get a 5 star from me!

Love this store. I love the artists supplies....just about everything I need. However, I hate taking my wife. Since the last time we went, they have now quite an extensive supply of wool...and apparently the blended wool is quite good. Then there's the crochet magazines we just can't get anywhere else. Why we need little flowers for her hair is anyone's guess. The mother in law liked it but I failed to loose her amongst the miriad of racks. Next time we'll just have to drop her off at the flyover. Oh the store was clean, tidy with friendly staff who were all covid savvy.

If you like arts & craft then this is like a toy shop equivalent. There are plenty of choices for most hobbies, personally I like model making of which there are plenty of kits, tools & gadgets to help you build them. They even have Revel kits for kids as young as 4 years of age. At this time there was not a great deal of paint or brush cleaner on the shelves for the kits, although these can be purchased online. I bought a few Christmas gifts here including a picture sewing pattern for my wife. They have so many choices for young kids including scientific research/experiments which are educational. I would return here again if I required more gifts for hobbies including for myself.

Really good sized shop that's fairly easy to navigate around. The staff are all really helpful too. As it's part of a bigger shopping park the parking is really accessible. They do everything from yarn and wool, to paper, to decorations, to beads. They normally have a seasonal section like Christmas or Halloween where you can pick up some really nice things for not very much money

Nice range of sewing and quilting fabrics including fat quarters and fabric on the bolt if you need larger quantities. Sensible prices and helpful staff.

Wheelchair accessible entrance and aisles. Large car park with disabled parking bays. Spread over 2 floors, a vast array of craft items. From artist canvas and various paints to cake decorating items, to cross stitch and sewing plus many more crafts. Reasonably priced and friendly helpful staff.

Wide aisles so not bad for accessibility but turning circle for till quite tight. Lots of accessible spaces but they will all filled with cars not displaying blue badges so I'm going to raise that concern. Can be challenging to get a car parking space here but parking is free.

Pretty much everything you could need for crafting in one place, what's not to like? Convenient free parking too. The staff are always friendly and willing to help find whatever you are looking for and are often good at giving advice too. The kids loved the sessions we booked onto over the summer making masks and wind socks. Perfect crafting sessions for them without having the mess at home to clear up!

The shop was not as well stocked as I would ha e expected. For example looking for large letters to decorate ( for personalised gift) I was dismayed to see that popular letters like were not available and that they only had less popular letters like W & I. Some of the items on the shelves were damaged or boxes torn and these were the only one of that particular item. Shame but it gave the impression that it was either going.out of business or that they didn't have enough staff to keep the shelves stocked.

Prices not too bad, offers always available. 10th March 2020 Update: I am so frustrated as it is incredibly difficult to access the Brotherhood shops due to roadworks in the immediate area and further away. This has been a problem for some of last year but I had hoped they would be finished by now. Maybe an idea to access online until this is resolved!

Hobbycraft is not the cheapest place to buy craft materials but there is a lot of choice and some good ideas. I had a birthday voucher so thoroughly enjoyed my visit and the various things that I bought. The outstanding thing at Peterborough were the staff. My husband bought some craft material but wasn't sure of how it worked. The staff were very helpful. When I went to the counter to buy, I asked if there were stamped cross stitch in stock. The same sales advisor called for a colleague to look after the customers behind me, then checked on stock. When unable to find anything on the hobbycraft site, she was able to suggest where I might try. It's this kind of helpfulness that will make me go back to the shop. Ten out of ten.

A big store that stocks supplies for pretty much every craft hobby you can think of. I visited with my mum, who loves her knitting, so while she was looking through that section, I had a wander round the store and came across a book about Zentangle art therapy. I'd never heard of it before, but it looked interesting, so I bought the book and art supplies I needed for it, at a very reasonable price, and hey presto, I've got a new hobby!

Placed an online order for some dimple plush fabric, but when I came to open and use it I noticed that on the reverse side of fabric there was black ink writing which meant I had to cut off about 10inchs off the 2meters. I took a photo and put a message on Facebook messenger directly to hobbycraft and within 10mins someone had replied and offered a refund or replacement, I asked for replacement and that was yesterday Sunday afternoon, today Monday when I arrived home there was a package from hobbycraft with my replacement fabric. Just want to thank hobbycraft, your service was amazing and there was no hazzle it was swiftly dealt with, definitely going to continue shopping with you.
